hoodie but received plastic car part
Ordered a Hoodie but received a Small Heavy Thick Plastic Car Part. Initially Wish.Com offered me a full refund. The following day they e-mailed me again to say they will no longer honor the refund. Their Excuse/explanation was : Because the image of the package label I sent to them (Upon their request) states the package weighed 0.100g, so therefore I must have received the hoodie and not a small plastic car part. Tell me what child's medium size hoodie would only weigh 0.100g. Even a child's small sized sleeveless polo neck weighs over 250g. We checked. Also you would never ever fit a hoodie into the packaging they sent the small plastic car part in. We will send the packaging to PayPal when we escalate our case. Basically I have been called a liar & scammer so Wish.Com can cover up their mistake. Wish.Com will do and say anything to get out of rectifying their, or their suppliers mistakes or wrong doing. They will lie and do whatever it takes to avoid going through all the time and effort to refund customers. My only blessing is that I paid via PayPal and I will request I send them the packaging as evidence to prove Wish.Com are total liars.
Wish.Com must be making millions upon millions of dollars on a regular basis by not refunding customers. Be warned : Wish.Com are fraudulent, liars and scamming on an industrial scale. Read all the different review websites for yourselves and you will see the reality of what they are doing. It's a diabolical disgrace no official body has closed them down.
refusing to refund my money for an order I never placed
My name is Carol, for about 2 weeks I have been trying to get a refund from Wish over orders I never placed. I am filing this complaint because they refuse to refund my money after they said they would. I have an email proving that. I need my refund and they have not done anything about it even after contacting them multiple times. I need my money I have given them plently of time and chances til this day nothing has been resolved they took my money without consent.

When I received the RTIC 30 oz cup it totally is not a RTIC cup and it is a FAKE. I just got a plain silver cup not RTIC symbol on it at all. I never did receive my lid for it. This company is a JOKE. I try to call them they say no one is available to answer the phone you need to call someone else. I chatted with someone on line and they wanted me to play $5 to get my question answer. WOW I hope they shut this company down if they are treating people like this. What a terrible company to do business with. I will never use this company again..

I have returned a wedding gown to the store ningpin6224 before end of return date and asked for REFUND. Parcelforce returned the package and was signed by the company as a proof of receipt. Up to now i havent received any response from them. Custmer service closed the window for Refund and said im no longer eligible for refund despite ive mailed the parcel back before the expiry date. I have sent a copy of receipt as proof of dates. Ive escalated my concerns yet i havent received any reply as of this time.
wish app for iphone missing components that android has.
If you have the app on an android device, (Smartphone in our case) you are have the ability to spin Blitz buy wheel daily, try for daily giveaways, a tap to see what's available for speedy delivery, a selected Brands tab, as well as a Stores for you tab. No issues with android device. Now I have an IPhone. And on the wish app for iPhones you are not given the stores for you tab, and absolutely no option ANYWHERE to participate in a daily giveaway. Why am I excluded from having an equally chance at the daily giveaways simply because I have an IPhone?

I have ordered this shirt three different times... I've tried to get in touch with y'all no one's called back, I've even tried to call the customer service phone number and no one answers never, ... So once again here I am with a sad child who got a maybe size 6 shirt and I ordered an extra large literally the shirt can fit my five year old... My oldest son is 10 it won't go over his arms barely! I just think that y'all should take the shirt back and send me the real extra large or either send me my money back for at least one of the three that I've ordered... This is only my third time ordering as you can tell as I said at the beginning nothing has been right 3 shirts all of them wrong sizes I mean it's not that hard to send an extra large shirt that will actually fit my child!

Everytime I get on wish and try to buy something it tells me there is something wrong with my account and go to a website to fix it ... So I get on the website and it tells me to send pictures of my bank account and proof that I have made a purchase through wish... So I have done that and never heard back from u guys...now it's been at least a year since I have been able to make a purchase and I just want this matter resolved so I can shop on wish again... I have been trying to get my money refunded since the 11th. I keep being told it will be looked into and I keep getting the same responses over and over again. My money was refunded as wish cash and I want my money BACK ONTO MY CARD! I want to close my wish account and cannot do so if my money isn't being refunded! I'll be contacting the B.B. this app is a scam and my money if being withheld and I'm being prevented from closing my account. I'm being denied my money refund and I nobody is helping me. This app needs to be shut down. I tried to purchase my items and cancelled it because the bad reviews were hidden and when I came across them, they all said that the item was not authentic. People said that the items were shipped and the item was squished so badly that the item wasn't useable. I just want my money back so I can shut down my wish app account. They continue to send me the same emails saying that this will be reviewed. They've asked me for the order information and I provided it many times and still no refund. I just want my refund and the options for customer service limit it and do not allow me to explain or write them something. This app is truly a scam and this should be shut down. I'm truly frustrated and just want my money refunded.

I understand Better Business Bureau (BBB) are a very effective organisation that can help with getting your money back from this very, very deceitful company. Better Business Bureau can be found here : www.bbb.org/en/us If you paid Wish.Com through/via PayPal they are also very effective at getting your money back and in my experience are always on the customers side. Do not give up your fight with these scammers and I hope you are successful. Wish.Com have been pushing it to far now and for to long so their ugly reputation is well known by BBB and others. I'm complaining about a package I ordered in July 2018, they sent me an e-mail saying it was shipped out July 27th 2018. I never received my package, the expected date was August 22nd 2018 and I never received anything the next expected date was August 29th 2018 I never received anything wish support said to wait 30 days after the expected date of August 29th 2018. It is now September 22nd 2018 and I still don't have my package.
Been waiting a year and a half for a package listed as still in transit. Every time I email support I get a canned response telling me to allow proper time for my package to be delivered. I think I've waited long enough. No? I found that wish.com's support will keep you waiting until it's too late to be able to do a chargeback on your cc. Stole my money & no product.

Hi there, Wish is normally really great to deal with. But I ordered 3 toilet bowl lights and they were supposed to arrive on July 28th, and I have not received them yet. And when I complain to their support tech, they say it is too late for a refund. I don't mind waiting for items on Wish because they are fairly priced, but I do not wish to pay for something I did not recieve.

I didn't receive the items I ordered so I was given an option to get wish cash instantly or money returned in a few days. I decided to take the wish cash and got $60 dollars. Once I got the wish cash wish locked my account and wont refund my money, I have tried contacting them several times and dont even get a response. Wish is a horrible company and needs to have a class action filed against them.

Hello. I bought a Gameplayer from Wish in January. It's since became faulty. They say it's out of the 30 says refund policy. I'd like to point out that they could still send a replacement or offer a voucher but instead they have closed my complaint. Usually electronic items have a years guarantee. There was no place to enter code "CUSTOMER" (up to 50% discount) before my order was placed. I would appreciate a resolution to this as it is not addressed on the help section on your website, I did not want to cancel my order, and it appears it is impossible to get a live person at your 800 number. I have been very satisfied with your service thus far, and have confidence you will assist me to make this right. I'm certain that you do not offer discounts as customer appreciation rewards without honoring them. Perhaps I did something wrong as I am rather new to online shopping (senior citizen here) but placed a larger order thinking I was going to be able to apply the offered discount. I placed an order Order ID: 5b47957e139affdfa2742cc5 on July 14th 2018 < as per proof by picture they estimated the delivery date as 12 - 29 september 2018. Now today 21 September they say its been delivered 18 th August 2018. Thet changed the shipping date and now they say i cant get a refund as the time has passed already.

Keeps telling me something wrong with billing address to go here to get it resolved, I also had other times I was ordering something different and it asked for bank statements and that order was being paid with credit card. These issues if u don't fix u will loose customers. Then we all think when we do try to buy it u take it out anyways and charge us on multiple attempts now I'm not saying that happened but he's a thought that comes across my mind .we should, be enjoying your site not complaing so if u don't want to loose business I suggest u fix this issue asap.

I paid for 3 electric bikes (£ 1300 Sterling) of which I received none ? Wish keep on sending the same request over and over again repeating request a Refund through the App but to no avail ! I went to Royal Mail Uk who informed me that the tracking numbers given to me were against items delivered to a different address in a different country (England ) ? Hi I saved my CC details wanting to make a purchase then decided not too. Only the next day when I went on the site on my tablet and wanted to see the total it took the payment! That same day I contacted then via this automated crap customer service system. It said someone will be in contact in 3 working days and that was 5 days ago...I DONT WANT YOUR [censored]! I just want to speak to someone human and sort this out and give me my money back! You took my last money for the rest of this month...I WISH I had never even registers an account. I am going to let everyone on social media know too.
job not done correctly
I have made several orders via the Wish App on the 7th August 2018, and only received one item on the date of delivery. Other items ordered were not delivery on time. The date went from August to September 12th and 15th. I have made several attempts via the Wish App and emails only to get the same instructions to go the Wish App find the orders I am querying and contact customer service. The contact options are limited to waiting till October or get a refund.
I have so far asked for refund on two items and have had to cancel orders in my Cart due to late delivery on previous items. I did not feel confident in making further orders.
I do not want to wait another month not do I want a refund. I would like the items ordered delivered please.
