I placed an order and gave my new address yet when I got my email to say items had been ordered it was still showing my old address in the shipping details All the items have been sent to my old address even though I asked for it to be fixed before anything had been shipped and you have refused to fix it sending the items anyway. Why have you used my old adress which i removed from your system and replaced with the new address for shipping and for my payment details.

My necklace order is a week late and you guys keep telling me the same thing over and over again. It's really not helping, I just want to know when my package is arriving. I ordered the personal item on August 5th 2018. I didnt pay for Express shipping so I was shocked when wish said it was delivered on August 15th. I was home all day and that day I opened our gate to my apartment building for the mail man and I talked to him. I didnt get a package at all. I was mortified as I thought one of my neighbors might have gotten the package instead of me. Wish refused to help in any way. I was told contact the post office. Dear Complaints Board,
I have spend about $1000 on the wish.com site and taken receipt of water taps and shower units, of which none of the items I am allowed to install into my house as none of them meet the Australian Standards. They do not only meet national standards, but also have the wrong thread so that these units can not be attached to existing plumbing.
Wish.com customer service is refusing to either exchange or refund them which makes a mockery out of the company's ‘shop with confidence' and ‘30 day return policy' as described on the website. I have strongly suggested that both my existing supply issues and the ongoing supply into Australia and New Zealand are to be resolved forthwith, but to no avail.

Hi, I am so glad that I saw the reviews online today for wish because I was going to place an order. And what I noticed was that I saw things advertised for $5 $8 different things like that and then during check out the price would be $15 from $5 to from $8 to $20 and I'm like how could they do that because isn't that false advertisement you are not allowed to charge something different after it's been advertised for a cheaper price anyway I'm glad I saw that because it happened every time I clicked on check out. everything I have ever bought through them
I was introduced by a friend on to Wish, and started shopping in March, but till today i have never received a single thing that i have bought through them. i am even beginning to wonder if Wish is real, their stuff looks real but when i buy i never receive my stuff and all the time i get told to wait, then i get refunded. I am very unhappy with Wish, it looks like they are not real.

I have a wish account that I always use . I have ordered stuff on it many times and it had always worked for me without fail.

money taken without consent and being blocked
I had over $64.00 removed from my account without my permission or a purchase. I have tried to contact wish via the "please submit a proof of purchase" wished asked for when I teied to purchase a necklace and other items. So I sent a picture of my recent paypal purchases, but all I received back was blocked from wish. I cant access my account and have a not been told why. Please explain. I have emailed so many times asking for an explanation but I just get a reply stating "please tyoe your reply above the line" which makes no sense. I did receive one stating it was an automatic system decision and when I asked why, I got the same reply. I have spent alot of money with wish and feel that this is an unprofessional way to treat your customers. Please explain why money was taken from my account and why I got blocked. This has been going on since July 2018 and I would appreciate answers please

We have your back! you never have to worry when you shop on geek. this is their guarantee. when they don't deliver or the item is defective they do give you a refund.
However if they are inefficient as they are and they make too many mistakes resulting in too many refunds - their guarantee is worth nothing. they block your access to report problems and say:
"your account has been flagged for excessive refunds"... "we routinely audit accounts"... they block you..."once your account is determined to be back in good standing, you will be able to contact customer support." good standing - how do you get that I asked?...
... "by continuing to purchase on wish and not requesting excessive refunds"...
So there it is - they make mistakes and if they make too many you got to keep on buying without complaining and they will eventually let you back in and tell you -...,,, "we have your back! you never have to worry when you shop on geek...
Be warned... check your own back and save your money - there are other great deals out there.

This is a womans size. Xl. Gray hooded sweatshird with fleece lining. It would fit a child that wears a size. 12-14. This size is very wrong and mis guided in the description this was my first order and probably but my last unless I get a xl in an adult s size. Have spoken to several people that have purchased items of clothing and they all said the same thing. Everything comes x small in sizes. The cost in great but not if it's the wrong size. Ordered item on 23th Aug 2018, Item still not reach to me. Today is 27 Sep. Getting chat reply saying will get refund if not received by Sep 26. But now these guys without notifying me dragged the date to Oct 26. All the chat message are recorded, even though I am asking refund, they are not interested to refund my money.
This is seriously a fraud company which is running business.
NO Cod, Prepaid item also not received. No refund, Not sure how Govt approve such sites.

false advertising - pricing in cart
On the Wish app, I see an item advertised for $5, I go to buy the item but as soon as I click buy and go to check out, the price in the cart is WAY different than the price advertised. This is false advertising and it is illegal, regardless of how much they say they are ‘'Optimizing exposure'' on the website (see photo). I will also be posting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Complaints.
Please change the advertised prices to the actual prices and stop deceiving people!

The bait and switch game Wish pulls on consumers has gotten out of control. They also sell counterfeit Morgan dollars, fake gold and silver chains, etc.
Bottom line is they are using millions of our dollars to make profits on the interest. They couldnt care less if everyone they sold wanted a refund. The game is to use our dollars to make interest.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from wish over 2 months ago and i still havent received them.I believe the store isnt honoring the sale. I think someone messed up the priceing, because i got them for $1.00. They were and still are $15.00 . I also just found out the tracking numbers they gave me are not legit numbers. On August 20, 2018 I placed an order for some hooks all nautical 3 or 4 of them. I received 2. One of them was a bar with several hooks on it. Which I did not receive and I have not received all of my order.
The order has been reoved from my account. I can only see the latest order which was sent on 9/17. There is no reason to remove previous orders other than dishonesty.
I will wait till Friday of this week for assistance or I will request a full refund.
