They said they refunded my money two weeks ago and then told me to call my bank so I did and my bank says it's not on their end! I feel like they do this so people give up and they get to keep money without sending a product! I want my money and I will not quit! It's bad enough they have no phone number to talk to a person but it also takes two or three days to get an email response! I've seen other complaints about the same thing! Wish is a scam!

I purchased a ring. And never asked for a refund but was REFUNDED and they never shipped item. And now I am trying to purchase some thing else and they will not allow me to. Says something about payment center. Every time I emailed them, I get the same response back. I have done everything they asked me to do and still can't resolve this matter. I am so unhappy when all I have heard was great things about wish.com. My experience has been nothing but a headache.

I have ordered several things from your app. In the meantime we moved and I hope this is the Only reason I have not received the products My address WAS 3608 E. San Miguel St. Co.. Springs, Co. My new address is 4108 Fitzpatrick Dr. Colorado 80909. The post office screwed it all up in delaying the change.Please send the products I ordered or a refund. I would have ordered more but I changed my mind after making another list and could not delete the items I did not want. So I never placed it nor would I if I can not delete items. I ordered a scratching post for delivery cost only, £3. The tracking info updated to say they'd attempted to deliver it on 28/6/18 and then it was delivered on 4/7/18. I told them on both dates that I'd had nothing to say an attempt had been made to deliver or the product itself. After many messages, they finally believed me that it wasn't delivered and told me that they were refunding it and to repurchase it from a different store. To do this, the cheapest one I found was £20 + p&p.
I have contacted Wish on a daily basis to get them to hold up their end of the contract but my questions are ignored and they close the complaints.
On the occasions they do respond to my complaint, I get copy and paste answers that don't acknowledge what I'm saying or answer questions.
I've tried to escalate the matter but the same things happen.
It seams that the way Wish want to solve their problems is to punish their customers and reward their stores. After looking through the stores full feedback they have done this multiple times.

So I am wondering why I cannot use wish to check out because we had an incident yesterday where I wanted to cancel what are my orders because it was taking too long to process so I didn't know if my mom had money on that one keep in mind I do erase my payment after I because with where should you keep your payment on there and I automatically just charges you when you're at the checkout even if you don't want to check out it's very sensitive so I always delete my payment history my cards I've used Whirlpool multiple cards my mom's cards my cards and it's fine so trying to figure out what happened yesterday try to cancel it because the payment was not going through so I was going to do it all over again and use a different card not understanding what is going on I will not let me do anything process any of my stuff
non delivery of item by date
I failed to receive an order by the date specified in an email received from them. I contacted customer service, only to receive an answer stating they still had another week to deliver my item, even tho I sent them screenshots as proof of their failure. Not very professional on their part. They proved me the same tracking info, which hasn't been updated since the 8th, and changed the delivery date to suit their needs.

I bought these wireless earbuds on Jul 27, 2018 and it was estimated to arrive 9th August, 2018 but it did not. Then the estimated delivery date changed to 16th August, 2018 and still, my purchase has not arrived. Today's date is 19th August, 2018.

I do not want a refund, I just want my purchase to arrive now. It is getting really frustrating with these very incorrect estimated delivery dates.

There trying to not pay my money back, they are making me wait days and days. I want my money, Mary they should change there guarantees cause I've done exactly what's asked. And they come up with excuse after excuse.
I ordered a high quality blow up doll honestly, it was supposed to have a skeleton frame, and high grade. The one I got was a cheap crappy one, I could buy for 20 dollars I'm very dissatisfied with this company. They are wrong and something needs to be done. I would like to have my full refund. points lost, customer services not offering support
I had originally 5390 points accumulated from purchases and reviews and hadn't spend any points for over 3 months, and suddenly the Dashboard and Available Balance changed to 100 as if it re-setted itself. I contacted customer services to enquire about this and I was given the following automated response:
'I understand that your points disappeared. The points reflected on the sidebar panel displays your total available points you'll have to redeem for a coupon.
Once you redeem your points for a coupon, the number of available points gets deducted from your available balance and from the sidebar panel.
The points shown in the 'Dashboard' reflects your total lifetime points earned since you joined Wish. This also includes the points you've already redeemed. To view your redeemed coupon history, please go to 'Dashboard' > 'Used'.
We hope this helps clarify things. If you need further help, please review the 'Information' section of your Rewards.
I emailed customer support again to explain as the agent clearly did not understand what I was referring to, and they gave me the same response as above. The third email i sent them i provided a screenshot so they might understand yet still received same automated response. Don't think they even bothered reading the contents of my email.
I became a Wish customer in March 2018 and have spent well over 500 GBP and submitted reviews, photos and videos for every single item i have bought. Over this course of time i have accumulated over 5390 points which i have been saving up for Christmas. The last time i used any points were in the first 6 weeks when i started. I check the Wish app everyday numerous times for changes in prices and to view my account. My points have been building and building for over 3 months and made many purchases over that time. I had 5390 points when it somehow re-setted to 100. My dashboard shows i have earned 100 points since i started in march 2018 and my available balance shows 100 points as well. I repeatedly explained to the wish contact agent my issue yet it seems they haven't bothered to read it and just gave a lazy automated response. This level of customer service is unacceptable. With everything i have bought on wish it doesn't make sense for both of those to be sitting at a perfect 100, especially since i have not used any of my points to redeem any coupon. I sincerely hope you look into this matter and give me a satisfactory response.
I would also like to make a formal complaint against the 2 contact agents i have dealt with so far, Maia and Jhulie Anne customer support.
I have enjoyed shopping with wish since i started and thought the level of service was really good, so to go from that to this was extremely disappointing.

Please look into my customer record and you'll notice how many purchases and reviews, photo's and videos I've made, and how many points I used at the start and not in the last few months.
I hope this would be dealt with efficiently.

shipping and delivery
I have made quite a few purchases from Wish, like 27 purchases, and one has not been delivered on time. Another one only has one day to arrive, but since they usually arrive two weeks early than the date given, I now think it isn't coming either.
I have received quite a few of my orders, but not receiving even one package just isn't right. If you can't guarantee someone's stuff that they pay for, then you should not continue this business. If you order from here, keep in mind that some of your stuff might not come. It's pure BS and gambling with your mail pretty much. Very annoying!
