Hi there when I was browsing your website and came across the shoes I wanted to buy the price on the website was £12.00 + £6.00 shipping Total £18.00 so I clicked and added it to my shopping cart. after authorizing the payment I was surprised that the price charged to my bill was £18.00 + £6.00 shipping £26.00 in total. So therefore I was overcharged by £6.00. Can you please refund me the £6.00.

Ordered my items a couple months ago. Got charged and never received my items. I'm about to take this company into legal matters for basically stealing. I'm not the only person who has apparently had this problem. And the customer support line won't let you connect to anyone. I would like to have my items or be reimbursed about them PROMPTLY. This is the worst website I've ever ordered anything from and I will NEVER visit this site again. I have already told everyone I know what has happened and to not order from these thieves. This app needs to be shut down before they have a lawsuit against them.

the delivery process
I really enjoy shopping on the wish site however I really can't understand why does it take a month or more for an item to be delivered and most of all the tracking package feature doesn't work right. That's kind of the reason why I don't like buying items off line cause you charge for shipping but take a long time to ship which leaves the item likely to be stolen out my mailbox!

First of all I would like to express how disappointed I am with your system, it seems like you did it on purpose. Why would you do such a thing erasing my order history, how am I suppose to give you all the requirements that you've been asking if it's already deleted!? How am I suppose to produce that? It was been over 3 months and I have not received my orders. You cant call and get answers I have called 3 different numbers several times each but it refers you to go on line text or e-mail you can talk to anyone and get results. I have answered Wish e-mails " did you get this product" I answered No and nothing done about it. Your company is a money grubbing scam, I will not use again. I want what I ordered, that's is why I ordered it. Wish company should be ashamed or at least the people there should be, I know the CEO is only worried about $$$$$ well you have my money and I have no product.

I ordered this for someones birthday the beginning of June and it said it will be in South Africa on the 31st of July. The date then moved to the 6th of August and I'm still waiting. I contacted support on the 14th of august and clicked I received the item by mistake and now it shows it delivered but it hasn't. My pants that I ordered got delivered on the 11th of July in claremont and wish made no effort to transport it to brackenfell where I live. This is ridiculous.

Purchased an item for $15 and $45 was taken out of our Bank account. After trying to solve it through email with Wish support, we received nothing but pointless, time-wasting back and forth messages regarding a refund as they stole our money. Any link sent through email shows an error code - which makes it more dodgey on their end as theyre avoiding any chance to help or address this issue. It is highly illegal and unprofessional. Give us a refund or we will not be afraid to take matters further. You cannot just rob people of their money when you feel like it. We have been patient for days now but like I said havent received anything even remotely helpful from Wish Support. Their phone number is a robot that charhed me.for 2 minutes international as I am from Australia and did not help either. All social media sources are a robot as well. This is highly unprofessional for a "Business".

I went thru the same crap with them it went on for a good 3 months of all this back and forth email. I ordered about $135 worth of stuff from them. I NEVER RECIEVED ONE ITEM OR REFUND OR ANY KIND OF AMMENDS.they just kept saying the were looking into. It started when i was checking shipping I noticed wrong delivery address i did what it said to do and nothing. They said i put it in wrong. UMM no sorry my payment wouldnt have worked with wrong address. In the end 3 months later they said they couldnt issue a refund because the 2 wk refund time was long gone! I do believe they do it on purpose. So not only did they get my money they then got the items returned "supposedly" they were about to turn around and sell them again. THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN!

I ordered an orange outfit o 8/9/18 and it was charged to my credit card for $9.00 but it only has a phone number that has been disconnected and no order number on it at all. I tried to call and the number does not work. The clothes I ordered have no care instructions or material contents, and are not even close to resembling the picture I ordered from. A wool coat appears to be felt. Everything so cheap looking and cheaply made. Will not be wearing. I even feel bad about donating to Good Will. Horrible site, and after reading return nightmares I am not going to try to return. I have earned over 4, 400 points on wish since 2017. In order to do this you must make a purchase (100points) review an item(10points) upload a photo(10points) upload a video (20 points)these points are said to NEVER EXPIRE clearly stated in their FAQ section. This morning, ALL OF MY POINTS DISAPPEARED! No explanation, NOTHING! I have attempted contacting support through the app as well as corporate office with no response. Has this happened to anyone else recently? Any recommendations on what to do next?
I ordered something by accident told was getting refund and now i'm not.
I ordered a bunch of stuff on an accident and need to speak to a live living human being. I was not planning on buying any of that stuff I was just browsing. I keep everything in my cart for a later date and time so that I can purchase the items when I can. But when my two year old daughter jumped on my lap and knocked off my phone, I reached to grab it and pressed the purchase now button. The face I made and feeling I felt was stress. My chest started to hurt due to the fact that I knew I didn't even have the money for said purchase. I only had $30 in my account and the purchase was $109. I cancelled the purchase with wish that same night and was advised that same night that the statement of refund will show on my account by the 13th of August. So I let the bank know that I really didn't want to be hit with an over draft fee for this and it will be resolved in a few days due to what the automated wish support had told me. Now im i took the overdraft fee penalty and i just looked at my account and nothing nothing shows in my account as a return. Nothing shows at all. But now I'm being told that yes I was reimbursed with wish credit...how do you tell someone that the refund will show up in their bank statement on a specific date and then say that they have been refunded with some fake wish credit. I don't want wish credit I want the refund I was told I was getting. I was told it would show their in my bank statement by the 13th of august and the refund would be present. I was never under the impression from the automated support line that I was getting wish credit only a refund. Now im not. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. I have been doing buisness with wish for a while i like wish but this game about oh we wont give you a real refund is not cool. Not everyone wants credit, not everyone wants store cash as a reembursment to paying money to a place. And the reason for that is if at any moment that store goes out of business their goes that person's store cash or credit cause they now can't use it anywhere else. And that's how I feel. If I made the purchase willing knowing, did have the actual money and it was not an accident I would not be writing this but it was an accident and I didn't have the cash and I was told I was getting a refund too.

I tried to buy, but can't. it's asking me for my bank statement.
I was trying to buy 3 items and it keeps asking me for a picture of my bank statement. I haven't buy anything for over 10 months, so I don't have any bank statements with purchases from Wish. Plus, that seems fishy to ask for private information like that. If the purchase goes thru, it means you have the money to pay. I'm seriously thinking about canceling my Wish account.
What is you guys problem @Wish.com? we are trying to make purchases and you are asking for bank statement's showing previous purchases? This is my 1st purchase! WOW an amazing sales tactic... have fun going out of business.
