Wish Refund on cancelled item.

On 1/13/21 I ordered a surveillance camera package (Order #5fffa7e7d0e9593bb335e18a.) I immediately received an order confirmation and estimated ship date. Soon after, on the same day, I was notified that my order was cancelled due to fraudulent activity on my debit card (there is no evidence of any fraudulent activity). On 1/14/21-the day AFTER the order was cancelled- my card was charged $123.14. On 2/12/21, upon viewing my credit card statement, I noticed that there was no credit for this cancelled order. I assumed that since the order was cancelled, there would be no charge. I attempted to call the 1-800 number and learned that it was not operational, and that the only way to contact Wish's customer support is online. I contacted customer support and was told that $135.38 had been credited to my card on 1/16/21. It was not. I have contacted them 7 times and always get the same answer. My last correspondence, on 3/16/21, included a screen shot of my statement showing the charge and the absence of a credit. The name of the merchant is Hello-Heart and I have attempted to contact them directly, to no avail. I verified with my debit card issuer that there is, indeed, no credit for this item.

Wish A product that was not ordered.

I purchased a round pet dog bed last month, and today received a square dog mat. I know exactly what I ordered and unfortunately this item is not correct.
My order was for a round fluffy Blue dogs bed in XL

Wish My account a problem with and no answer

I can't get any response from wish when I am trying to get my account running again as I had to change my bank card as fraud on my account with bank I sent new bank card an id pic and all the time a message to say 2 3 days would get a response but never to get one I have an order waiting but they won't let me pay so I would like to know why and will it be sorted been going on for under a year now I would like an answer.

Wish delivery shop for Wish products a fraud

I ordered over $50.00 worth of merchandise and had it sent to our local Wish location, and when I tried to pick it up, the store is bare and locked up, the phone has a constant recording and I was charged for all the merchandise.
I want to reorder my merchandise and have it sent to my home without some 20% re extra charge because it wasn't my fault I couldn't pick it up.

Wish Wish won't allow order cancellation even within minutes after placing it

I mistakenly placed an order with the Wish app on my iPhone and immediately tried to cancel it. Instead I got a message saying "we're sorry to report we're unable to cancel your order. Orders begin processing shortly after they've been placed, so there's a short period where we can cancel successfully." This conflicts with their official policy that orders can be cancelled within 8 hours. This is a scam company that tricks people into ordering things, then prevents them from cancelling, and provides NO way to resolve problems other than return items but you have to pay all shipping. In this case, the items were $170 and the shipping was $150! They even placed dozens of face masks in individual shipping envelopes ($5 shipping), then put those in a large envelop and shipped them. The items did not ship for several days, and came in 4 separate shipments over a period of weeks. It is outrageous that a company can operate like this without repercussions.

Wish Order history not available. Products showing available on Wish

Placed big order in Feb 2021. The confirmation email send to confirm order was not cut off, so not all the products ordered, shows on the email. No Order history showings on the Wish software.

I have send several complaints to their customer service about the Order history that is not showing the order placed by me. No feedback.

Several items was ordered by me, which is out of stock but still shows on Wish available

Desired outcome: I want to see my order history and Wish needs to keep updating the product availability

Wish Payment for an order that was not registered and not received

On 12 September 2020, I ordered a pair of Boys pants and sweatshirt from Wish.com. I was based in the Netherlands at the time.
The site took me to a payment page from which I executed the payment using my Abn AMRO phone app. However, the screen went blank and returned me to my order page as soon as I finished payment. No confirmation number, no email was received. The payment was however taken out and paid to an account with Klarna Bank Germany. I did not notice this at first and thought that there was a system error which I foolishly tried to correct by ordering again. After this second attempt, I was not taken to a payment page but instead received a confirmation number. This made me believe that I effectively ordered only once. Sure enough, the items arrived some weeks later. So did the invoice for these items from Klarna Bank Amsterdam. I thought initially that this was a receipt and ignored it- it only became apparent to me later that this was a separate charge.
In short, the system performed a nifty switch where it took my money without leaving much trace for it and then legitimaty charged me again for the items I received. They also changed the amount slightly between the two purchases. The first purchase was for Eur 43.47 and the second for Eur 44.95. I have now paid both.
I have attempted to address this through wish app customer service for months now, without success. Initially they said they would repay me for the first payment but then started saying that I have received the item (they were referring to the item that I did indeed receive, the one from the second purchase). They kept saying that for a while. Then they said the payment had nothing to do with them because it didn't have "context logic" in the description (it did). Now they say they want more information and order number even though I told them already I don't have it as I never received it.
I attach the 12 September 2020 payment. I want this money back. My email is ruth.[protected]@gmail.com.

Wish Misrepresentation of product

i am complaining about order no 602d6040756c05694c4fdd4f
i placed the order on 17/02/2021
the item clearly states " 7 color changing LED solar lamps
£10.00 plus £4.00 for shipping.
These are small plastic stick lights.
I brought 2 packs which should have been 14 lights.
I paid £28.00
The items were delivered on march 6 2021.
Only 2 turned up. I got in touch with customer support straight away and asked where the remaining 12 were.
I was absolutely gobsmacked when i was told it was for one light and as i ordered 2 packs that what i got.
I pointed out that the description clearly says 7 colour changing lamps not lamp.
I was then told that no it says the lamp changes 7 colours.
why would i pay 28.00 for 2 lights that you can pick up for £2.00 each
not to mention paying £8.00 postage.

Desired outcome: i want a full refund or the remaining 12 lights

Wish Nose cones

I ordered a set of nose cone for $5 at Wish website on 2/3/21. I was told that I would receive it by 2/25/21 through USPS. It still not arrived at USPS on 3/8/21. I asked for a refund; I was told to wait until 3/8/21; then Wish asked me to wait for another month til 4/7/21 for refund.

Wish False advertising and overcharging

Good day
Yesterday, Wish.com had winter Jackets advertised on their website for ZAR170 each, which I thought was a reasonable price so I added two jackets to my cart, only to find that each jacket was marked up to ZAR497 and ZAR466 each, that is a ZAR330 mark-up, more than a 100% increase. I queried the price hike, but had to deal with automated responses, after a few hours of back and forth wish.com refunded me the price of one jacket... Which is still unacceptable to me, wish.com is acting in bad faith with their false advertising of their items pricing and hiding behind a wall of obfuscation namely their returns & refunds policies, which I believe many an ordinary person will have difficulty understanding.
I have screenshots of my conversations with their support staff and I have just reaffirmed my desire to cancel the orders I have with them (08 March 2021 11H14) and am awaiting a response from them, which they advised me will be 2/3 days, which is unacceptable, as they would have shipped the item to me in that time frame. In my opinion, as a businessman/business owner, what Wish.com is doing is engaging in highly unethical and predatory business practices, designed to confuse and con the unsuspecting clientele that frequents their website.
I am willing to furnish any/all correspondence I have had with Wish.com, emails, screenshots and any other means of communication I have.
Zi have included some of the conversation I had with wish.com support staff and included are the original price of the jacket and then the markup after I had selected the buy option, the added cost is not seen until I had purchased the items and checked my bank account to ensure that payment to wish.com was made. Within an hour of seeing how much Wish.com had deducted, I initiated the cancellation of my orders and now, more than 1w2 hours later, I am still being given the run around by them and I've been asking them for a password reset link to my wish.com account for 2 days so far...

Desired outcome: I would like to pay the advertised cost of the Item(Jacket) or have my money refunded ASAP. I have now attempted to cancel this order several times since yesterday and its becoming frustrating, to say the least.

False advertising, period-t!

Attachment #1: When ordering a "Wall Tapestry" that is what is expected. When carefully checking the measurements and doing renovations for your growing Grandchildren's play/learning room for their visits. Clearly displays a "bed" on the picture. Falsely giving the impression large enough for a "Wall!"

Attachment #2: "The Wall!"

Attachment #3: The measurements offered on the confirmation email and I would have definitely ordered the largest in length and width. Even with the conversion measurement the "Seller" definitely cheated me! True measurement 23 x 36.

Attachment #4: This is what I received! I didn't order a piece of useless material for $8.00 plus S & H.
I do arts & crafts and if I wanted material to make top covers for oversize pillows it wouldn't have been this pattern/design.
Ps: Came weeks later then the mentioned delivery expectancy date.

Lesson Learned and Never, Ever Again!

Wish Bob Ross T shirt-$12 shipping and $11 for the shirt

I bought a Bob Ross T shirt for my daughter in a size large. There was nothing wrong with the shirt except it was way too small. I went through the proper channels and instead of them going by my word I had to take two pictures.
AFter that, they sent me a return label to my e-mail. The package had to go back to California which the cheapest shipping would be $5.20. Therefore,
I would only end up with $6.80 which is ridiculous!
I have been a long time Wish buyer and have always been satisfied. I have even recommended many friends to your site.
I am very dissapointed in your customer service and won't be buying anything from you again.
