I purchased a smart phone from wish.com they said its been marked as delivered on 3rd of febuary but I havent recieved anything so far I checked with my local post office and my neigbors if they have received my parcel and both said no post office said they would leave me with a card if they leave an item with the postoffice or elsewhere and then I contacted wish customer service they said wait til 16th feb you should receive it by that date I told them I will wait and today is 21st feb the phone hasnt still come?
bank order cancellation fees.

Everytime I cancel and order my bank takes off money for each order cancelled, I then have to pay the ttal amount to my bank, I want to know if wish refunds me for every order I cancel that my bank subtracts!
This is unaceptable the Bank should not be deducting money from my account everytime I cancel and order with WISH!It has accumulated to almost R300 (zar)

I have been using this cheap but ok site for a good few years and never had to deal with a repeat message saying I was 30 days over the time limit that I hadn't complained to the where a bouts of the several pairs of Earrings I had purchased and paid via PayPal. Knowing Wish being up to six weeks and sometimes more waiting on a small product can be a bit of a jaunt but as cheap they are some items are worth the long jaunt waiting for spending a £1.00 sterling British pound! I was given a message asking me to wait for longer than usual and then still no delivery of my products they suggested to send a second lot of all the earrings I had previously ordered but no avail! And now they say I was out the 30 days time scale they originally asked me to wait, its now been may last year ive been asking fir either my earrings or my money back, " I wouldn't even mind if I had the products delivered in the first place to be able to start this complaint! in the first place. I am a disabled woman I cant walk or use my hands and I like pretty things to make me feel happy and all they have done is make me so sad and feel like they have stolen both my money and my pretty sets of earrings I never had delivered.
I am so sad. All I want is them to send my earrings I ordered.

Charging diffedifferent prices it might say 3.00 on the item and you go to buy it and it coast 10.00 why is it not the 3.00 like it said it was that is false advertisement you need to put the real price on them and some of the shipping prices are more that the items cost the item said 1.00 and the shipping is 5.00 I don't know what's going on but I am very upset about all of this. Using the image of an African woman on a door mat to me is very offensive. Shirley's Door Mats Anazing Cartoon African Woman bathroom kitchen workstations Decor Mat(23.6 15.7) decor rug mat welcome doormat should no longer be available. I like buying item from wish but I can't continue to shop there if they allow the selling of racially offensive items on their site.

We ordered one of these back in the end of October last year. A couple of days later I came to the realization that we were charged $568 for this scrapbook. I have been disputing this charge ever since. Wish had the indecency to not honor their mistake. I will be looking into doing some sort of small claims court or the better business bureau to sort this out if nothing else works out in my favor. Wish is a scam site. I wish I knew of this before I made any purchases.

I have 16 orders from you that I haven't gotten. It doesn't do any good to track it cause you say it will arrive by this date and it never does. iphone 6s plus case not delivered
On February 9th, I made an order for an iPhone 6s Plus case, it was expected to be delivered on March 20th, but after some days it says that I submitted it was delivered but it never came to my house. I had orderd eye shadows, since I did I cannot review my order. I go to 'my orders' than I chose the ithem, page starts loading and that it just blank. I tried to do it in the app and on the web site it does not show anything. Now, this've been happening with all of the options, only the noftications showing the info, the others doea not. I live in Ukraine, and it's too expensive to call to the costumer support. And I have idea what to do. I have ordered a few ithems and I don't know if anythings cominig. Fix your app!

On 2-11-18 my daughter placed and order for $254.51 and received a response that the order had a problem and had not been placed. Then this fraud of a company charged my credit card and refuses to answer the simple question of is the order coming or not. There is no one to speak to and the support emails are a joke. You have the order number, you have the last 4 of the credit card, you have the date. Fix the issue.
I have filed a dispute with my bank and will be contacting the better business bureau and the attorney general. This is fraud.

Also, the folks that work for Wish are celebrating their Chinese New Year holiday, and most shops have closed up for the next week. I ordered two 14-inch laptops from the Geek app. for Christmas gifts, advertised to include Windows 10, but when it arrived Dec. 2017, there was no active license for the Windows OS. This means the computer cannot run anything.
So, using their contact customer support link, I sent a request for the product key. I received very quickly, within 24 hours, a response directing me to a link provided. This link is zip file that contains a video that is blank and a pdf file that is written in a language other than English.
I tried to reply to the email with the link and got redirected to start over through my order history as the only option is to ask a new question to which I received the same email with the same link to the same contents. I went through this loop at least a dozen times, I even tried to contact through my desktop computer only to be told I had to contact them through my app. I tried to call and only got an automated message directing me to the app and to use their provided contact us form, so I did in the off chance I got somewhere else...can you guess? This took me to the same link to the same bad information.
Now it has been more than their 30-day return period and they won't let me return the laptops.
shoes several pair
I've been trying to email or speak to someone for over a week to try to find out how do I go about returning these pairs of shoes I ordered and am very unhappy with. All of the shoes are poorly made and don't look anything like the pictures I saw when I ordered them. It's very unprofessional that I can't speak to a person and that they have a phone number that is just a recording saying go to the website and the website is not helpful either.

Carmen, firstly, this isn't the Wish website. This website has no affiliation with Wish. Secondly, you ordered from China. It typically takes 3 to 6 weeks to receive items from China. Third, they are in the midst of their Chinese New Year/Spring Festival. This is a major holiday for the Chinese people, and many businesses shut down for 2-3 weeks during the festival. If you have issues, you need to contact WISH directly either by calling them at the number on their website/app or email to support@wish.com

I stated more than 4 times that I didn't get the order, and it says there to contact the support within 30 days of expected arrival date. The "expected arrival date" was january 5th, and I wrote the support about a week later.
No reply, no items, no refund - nothing!
