Unauthorized Refund/Card Update Not Allowed
The egregiousness of this company is astounding. Not only do I not request refunds and get them anyway, but I'm not allowed to update my card? Seriously, Wish? Coupled with extremely poor to no customer service, which is typical for a marriage between California and China, and no way to contact them to speak TO A REAL PERSON, it's safe to say that y'all might as well just dump the entire company and be done with it. (Except for the fact that they like to take our money.) At any rate, I'm unsatisfied and irritated.
Desired outcome: Send me free boots. Fix your damn website AND google play app. Let me update my card!
Customer support and locked out for a dispute over unpaid refund and just plain ripped off.
First the lock out over a dispute is ridiculous. I ordered a gazebo and the merchant didn't have one and I waited for a while and noticed it still hadn't been processed. I contacted support and they replied that they could get another merchant to supply one at no extra cost to me so I agreed. Noticed after a while it was not getting processed also so reached out to Wish again and I was informed no-one had any and I agreed to the refund. Waited and didn't go thru got back on to Wish several times and kept getting the same reply it was refunded and it should appear in your account in 14 days. At which point I waited a month for no refund. Rang my bank and had to submit proof of purchase and refund. I sent thru every interaction I had with Wish and so my bank honored the refund and now they want Wish to reimburse the bank. Now because of the lock out I cannot get thru to support on my app instead I've been jumping thru hoops to get onto support. Every way I turn I get a msg screen saying There is a problem with your username plz go to payment/support page. And it asks to send photo Id which I've done numerous times and keeps sending me to the problem with username again. When I sometimes can get in thru other avenues they send all these different alternatives to get my account open which don't work. Im so over being ignored I purchased a green Kuppet cakemixer @ 94% off for $26.38+ $14 delivery and$3.77 gst. Now what i got delivered is a $3.85 whisk and there's no way in hell I'm paying over $40 for it. The app has changed and my invoice changed to the whisk. I cant open the app it comes up error plz try again. My search of the other listings of the cake mixer are gone.
I have several refunds to be received and I don't have any bank details on my Wish account for them to go back into Wish have told me my bank and Wish accounts don't match. So how did they take my loan payments.
The whole thing makes me sick.
Desired outcome: Refunds paid into my account, the cake mixer I ordered or a refund minus $4 for the whisk and for someone to sort out the wrong email and put in the right one.

I have been having issues with wish.Com. There is no way to speak to somebody over the phone, and i can not email them about the orders im missing because they do not show up any where. I have ordered multilpule hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise over the last couple years. I had not had any issues until the last 6 to 9 months. One order was over a hundred dollars and consisted of several different items, what i recieved was two pieces of clothing. Upon going back to the store it was sent to i was told that was the right package they gave me and to contact wish. Upon contacting wish i was told my items were delivered and that my issue was solved. Nothing was solved and i cant even talk to anyone about it. This company is committing theft and fraud to the fullest. I have had issues with almost every order since that one. I will never order from them again, and they should not be allowed to opperate like this in the united states of america. It should be ileagal. Due to the fact that they have removed several of my missing orders i cannot calculate the amount of money i have lost. I know that the order i mentioned was about $117, so im sure i have lost over 200 as of recently.

Product showed up completely destroyed
I had ordered a 64 slots wooden challenge coin display box, when it showed up at the house it was only wrapped in clear plastic wrap, no bubble wrap and no box. It was chipped and the lid was broken off. Trying to communicate with Wish was next to Impossible. But when I finally did, they wanted pictures. I told them that my parents who are in their mid 80s live in Santa Clara County, and are on strict covid-19 quarantine and they don't have a cell phone, but they were willing to pay to have the item sent back for reference. Wish did not care, and my parents (who live out-of-state from myself) had to go out of their house to get film developed in order to provide the pictures, literally risking their lives.

Ordered a laptop, received a mouse
I ordered a laptop at a great price on Wish.com on November 24, 2020. What arrived today, January 2, 2021 was a MOUSE. Clear and straightforward fraud. The laptop was supposed to be a Christmas gift and now I have to suffer the embarrassment of telling the intended recipient of the laptop what happened. Wish.com offers no recourse unless an order was NOT DELIVERED. Well, the order was delivered, but not the correct product.

i have been a loyal wish shopper for years and never had any issues...i recently noticed i was no longer receiving my orders and checked the tracking info on all the orders i had been placing...almost all of my packages said they were already delivered but to an address in california that i have never heard of...the rest of my orders that have not yet been delivered are also on the way to that same address..when i went in my wish account to see what my shipping address was listed as my actual address was there along with this random california address that i have never seen or heard of before...i don't know what to do about all of my orders...i want them delivered to my actual address or my money back because this is completely unacceptable
