My account has been randomly blocked so I can't communicate, purchase or return with wish.
I've emailed requested info and received no help from wish at all!
I can't call cos it's premium rate America call.
I need this unblocked or at least a reason for why this has happened.

Yesterday, I noticed that pornographic recommendations are coming through on my account. I never ever look at that stuff nor do I want to. I am very offended. When I looked at my search history I noticed that someone has put a search in for said offensive material. I never did that, I have a feeling my account has been hacked and would like to know what to do. I am waiting for some purchases that I made for a portable fan, 2 or 3 shirts, 3 flashdrive pens and maybe something else. I was thinking of closing my account after I received my purchases, since there is no way to stop the offensive material from being recommended to me let alone that there is no way to delete search history from my account. I would like to know how to fix this without having to close my account. Once, I close it I will never open it again.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. USPS tracking simply states delivered at xx time on xx date. I filed a tracking request with USPS in which I was advised the package delivered on the next block over by mistake and the carrier was unsuccessful in retrieving the package back.
I notified WiSh.com of the error and provided the documentation from USPS stating the package was delivered to the wrong address and that I had not received it. I repeatedly explained this via their contact support option on their app as they suggest. I kept getting the same automated response which states their team has been notified and is looking into the matter. Please check around my mailbox and ask my neighbors for the package. This has been 2 weeks of my explaining and them giving the same response. I want a full refund but i cannot get a live person. The phone number listed is a machine with no option of speaking to a live person.
I had this same problem. They mailed my package to the Florence Supermax Prison & someone signed for it . FedEx says its Wish at fault they say FedEx. I have no chair. Apparently if THEY send it to the wrong address it's my fault. Even though they show it being sent to my correct address. FedEx shows the Prison address on the box. I have all this documentation and nobody cares.
I have same issue they just started sending to an address not mine to a government building with dozens of people who apparently are not honest enough to return to sender. They just disappeared. Wish has worthless auto system with limited options and continue to do nothing. THEY ADDRESSED IT WRONG, IT'S THE VENDOR'S FAULT EVEN THOUGH RECEIVER IS DISHONEST. FIGHTING WITH CC CO.

I've been having trouble getting any of my orders. They ask me if I have received it yet and I say NO and then it's like they ignore you. They ask if this was helpful and I put the thumbs down, then, They give a list of things for you to pick one. Other is the only reply because...did not get my order is not there. I ordered a laptop for $200 and it was delivered and signed to an address in PA USA signed by someone with a very different name from mine. The only address I have in wish is mine in San Diego CA USA. Over 2000 miles away! Wish provides no means of contacting them or requesting a refund. Is wish just total fraud or what? I will never order from them again no matter how tempting it might be.
Same thing. The package made it to my local post office, but for some reason it went elsewhere in their distribution area. Haven't been able to figure out where. This has happened twice. My address is 100% correct in my wish profile, so all I can think of is that it is getting transcribed incorrectly when it gets put on the shipping label. My most recent effort I saw a delivery notification, and then 10 minutes later my mailman showed up at my door and did not have the package. I unfortunately did not catch him and was not able to ask about it, and when i went to the post office they just had a picture of the barcode from their scanner, but the address was on a different side of the package so it was not possible to tell from the picture what the address on the package was.
I'm having the same issue. I ordered a jacket from them, and they sent it to a second address I had listed. Not my primary address. I tried to change the shipping address before the order had even been processed. So seconds after placing the order. And wish told me that I couldn't change the address once the package had been shipped. But like, I had just placed the order so ? And now wish won't help me and neither will the post office or ups. And if my package gets shipped to this particular address, I won't ever get it.
I had about 6 packages sent to Monterey Canada rather than Monterey California...I havent heard back but will update on how Wish reacts...

I have purchased multiple products from Geek.com. After changing my payment method, I was asked to send a photograph of my bank card with the last 4 widgets covered, before I would be able to purchase any more products. I do not feel comfortable doing this as it means you would then know my complete bank details, which is an obvious risk to my security. But I would still like to buy further products from you.
There was an issue with my account and Wish customer support advised me to "re-verify my account". They gave me a link to do this. However the link, https://www.wish.com/payment-issue does not give the option anywhere to do as they said I had to do.
I contacted CS numerous times and still have not had any satisfactory progress.
Is there anyone here that has experienced this? If so, what did you need to do to resolve this issue?

I haven't received received this watch in over 2 months now. I've been waiting patiently and now I'm starting to get agrivated. If I'm not going to receive my item then I want a refund. I placed this order on March 6th, 2017 for my upcoming wedding. On April 26th, I received an email stating that it was taking longer than expected. They gave me the option to wait or have a refund. I chose to wait. I had to buy another pair of shoes for the wedding. When I got back from my honeymoon, there was still no shoes. I contacted wish and was told that they shipped and should have arrived by April 27th. This is one day after the day they contacted me to tell me it was taken longer than expected? When I told them I still had not received them, they could not give me a tracking number. I asked for my money back and was told that it was past the 30 day mark. See conversation below:

they lost my items
The Wish system messed up my shipping address so that the street name and number were not included. As a result 9 different items were lost and never delivered to me. I first contacted them on May 17th and they said to contact the post the truce and give them my tracking numbers. I did that but the tracking numbers Wish gave were not accepted by the post office. The post office said the numbers were too short. I contacted Wish again and they kept giving me the exact same response even though I kept telling them the post office couldn't use the tracking numbers they gave me. Now they are saying that it has been over 30 days and they can't help me at all. I know it's only like $30 but it's my money and I want it back. This company is impossible. You can't actually get a hold of anyone. They just copy and paste responses when you contact support and their "customer service " phone number is just a recording. It's completely ridiculous.

I received notification that the item had been delivered however it wasn't received, I contacted wish about this who advised that the item was showing up delivered so they couldn't provide refund or have the seller send another one. I checked with the post office, family members & my surrounding neighbours & no one had received this item. I've contacted wish on numerous occasion to provide proof of delivery which they have not been able to provide me with. They then advised that it was dropped at a safe location. So I asked where this location is & why was it dropped somewhere else when there was someone home to sign for my orders but they haven't been able to answer any of my questions nor do they know where the item is.

They sent me items I did not order since then I have requested a return label for a refund. They emailed me the labels which I printed and shipped all the items back within the 30 days even checked the tracking and they have received them. Only one of the items say refunded which I have not received the money for, this was 2 months ago. There is no customer service number to talk to a live person. This is 347.00 dollars worth of items. I have made a order on 10th August 2017, which I have paid with my Mozambican card but asked that the itens should be delivered at my mother´s address in Portugal (Lisboa- Amadora).
On August 12, I have received an email stating that my order was to be reimbursed and my account was blocked because the wish team needed more information regarding my purchase.
I was asked to submit proof of payment, amount paid and currency, which I did provide.
From there on I have been exchaging emails with a couple of wish team members and each one of them requests the same information (kind of a default message). Yesterday I have attached the information at least 4 times to different people.
One of the solutions I asked was to reimburse the amount and I will find a way to buy them (using another card or so). I have some urgency to make this order, so a quick reply would be highly appreciated.

STOP sending me this default message asking for my bank details to prove I have made the payments.
One thing is clear, the money is not in my card and my bank statement shows that the money was paid to WISH.
With whom can I talk to get this solved once and for all?

On Aug 11 2017 I order numerous items from wish after I look on their site and see it cheaper I order the same item but for less after I paid a 100.00 off my credit card it says I need to send a copy of my bank statements. I go to check my bank statement which it says they refunded it's not on there what's going on. When I try to contact Geek.com it tells me the same thing wish.com tells me please help me I can't use my account. I try to order other things same thing.
I have never used this site is this fraud or a scam sites you try to talk to a person in customer service but no one answers the account keeps telling me I need proof it's me on my account.
