Undelivered parcel
I have ordered items in the past which have been ok (quality reflects price), however I am so disappointed with their service as of late - I placed an order on 12th may 2020, I had checked the site again in july but as it had an estimation delivery date in august I couldn't follow up until this date had past. At the end of august I then informed the site I hadn't received the item. No response - just tried again 2 months on but I received the message "window for refunds has now closed", and there is no where on the site to issue this complaint or chase up a refund on an undelivered package! Even though I did follow this up within the time frame allowed! Shocking customer service. Absolutely disgusting, won't be ordering again
I received unknown suspicious package
I don't recall ordering this, but I received by air mail from China from wish. When I opened up, it scary to an exposed face mask. Not in any plastic or cover. Not even sure it has been used or have covid virus. Just 1 piece disposable face mask!
What the hack is this!? Is this a joke? Or is that house the virus being sent around to other countries?

Not receiving many items they say delivered and items never ever delivered from 2026 over 169.00
They keep marking items delivered when they know they are not delivered! It says properly cast and that's it I've asked for time Del and who delivered and where they placed this supposed delivery. This keeps happening. Then they ask for pics of label I tell them label isn't going to match what they have because I didn't get the order they are comparing the label from order I did get so of course bit going to be same tracing numbers but they don't get it. Then I send pics then they say pics not good enough then they say peel label off and send that pic and a pic of ripped bag where label was peeled of u thought this was a joke but I did it then they told me wrong tracking number doesn't match I said again it's not going to I did not get the package you are comparing I can't give them label of a omg I did not receive I sent pic anyway not good enough sent more pics and a bracelet 11 stones fell out only had item 3 weeks and stones fell out at 2 weeks sent them pics of that then they said those pics not good enough sent note pics and I'm still waiting I have over 98 messages to them of them saying issue resolved and me answering back issue not resolved! I have been made to feel like scum on their shoe and like I'm a liar. 168.00 I've paid you and got nothing in return. I have filed complaint with postmaster general to investigate you . Calling attorney general today sending letter to corporate office filing complaint with BBB blasted you on face book and I have thousands of friends. I'm taking my friends away when I can. I've given you bad surveys and I have given bad reviews and I'm filing complaint with goods and services through the state. And the say international shipper an last package I got was from Santa Fe springs California. They only say items properly cast that is not delivered! I check with postal carrier I told postmaster general tracking numbers do not exist that wish people gave me neighbors don't have packages and I don't. I'm dying yes I'm dying a slow death I'm stage 5 kidney failure. Look it up. I do dialysis each week to sustain my life for how long not sure but I'm sick everyday then I have to be challenged by wish and treated like I'm a liar and like customers are a dime a dozen I'll not stop till I get this resolved to my satisfaction I'd even settle for half of all this money I've spent all the way back to 2016 check it out you see item ordered tracking then bam it stops and doesn't move or go anywhere for months and then ultimately it never arrives and they st wish won't do anything. I will bear some of the fault as I could have followed better but I was very new and didn't know your website well but now as I resumed ordering again you are doing the same thing I stopped ordering for a long long time I fought ok take my losses and move in then I stated buying again and bam here we go again. It's to to much. I have a list of all orders never arrived/delivered and items you say deliver I never got or I got the wrong item but I certainly am not going through all this headache and risking my health more if I was lying. I can't and won't pay for items I don't have and when I fo get an order I go through one by one by one very carefully and check each one that's been delivered then shortly after that it seems I always get emails that say delivered in items I did not just check in and did not receive this has been going on now for years and mire recent now the past few weeks please help I can send pics of items never delivered and on your own website you will see wish dropped them call they say they have your back and if items take to long they automatically refund you or they should but they haven't and they don't. They seem to resent you if you tell them not delivered and then you have to spend the rest of your life fighting for the money they basically stole and they act like it's millions of dollars so I say shame on wish for treat me and others like this it's horrible and it's many people there that do this! Not just one person very hard core approach and customers get the brunt of it when they never ever get refunds on these items never delivered/ received. I purchased a mouse pad off of wish for my son on June 23 2020. The package arrived last week October 8, 2020. Inside of the small package from china was a small piece of jagged cardboard.
The cost was $10. I am very concerned about my credit card information and the long wait period and all that may have happened with my info. The scam prevents me from ordering off of them ever again.
Of course I want my money back, and I want reassurance of no criminal activity with my credit card number.

Unable to load history on site to check what's happening with my order. Have I have deleted and reset to no avail. I have tried to contact someone but keep getting a computer answer... Wish will not let me order anything
Every time I go to order something it says that there is something wrong with my user account and it tells me to send my id. I sent my ID multiple times and still have heard nothing from wish and I still can't order anything as of today.

Payment methods & refusal to honor promos
I have been shopping with Wish for a few years so recently when I attempted to check out on a few items in my cart, there were three payment methods to choose from includingCC, GooglyPay, and PayPal, however none of them worked as I continued to receive error messages. I contacted Wish support where I was informed to uninstal then reinstall the wish app. I did so including turning off and restarting my phone; problem solved however the promos in my cart were no longer there. I had screenshot the promo savings when I had the payment issue as well the errors, so now I sent them to Wish and asked them to fix my cart; they refused and continue to repeat their nonsense. Began researching the company online - they also go by Contextlogic Inc, but there are many complaints and negative reviews esp. thru the Better Business Bureau about the company. Sent a fax and email to hierarchy, and to regular Wish support; the only response wasc repetitive and that I did not check out in time. Extremely vexing since I spent much time navigating their check out complications at no fault of mine. I feel they should honor the two promos that were in my cart due to their problematic payment issues. ($3.56 and $1.11)

I purchased a pair of boots 4/30/20 . I was suppose to receive them 8/7/20. When I informed them of the delay 8/11/ 20 they granted a partial refund and said if I didnt receive them by 9/22 I'd be granted a full refund back to my card. 9/22 when I informed them I still didnt receive my boots they told me it was too late to get a refund but that they would make an exception and give me store credit. That's just outrageous how they think they can just steal from their customers. I want the remaining balance back to my original payment method.
