Wish changes the expected delivery dates to prevent requesting refunds
I've recently purchases quite a few items from wish.com and in the past, i've never had any issues. But now, after placing the orders i've placed, when the original expected delivery dates come and still no delivery, wish is now changing the expected delivery dates in order to prevent buyers from holding them to their delivery dates and requesting refunds! I have been taking screenshots of the webpages to have as proof! Such as the one's attached.
Tracking through email

I've been trying to check the tracking on items purchased through the tracking email. I use the Google option of login, default browser is Edge. I kept getting "An error occurred with Google! Please try again". I cleared history and cache with no change.
Did a search into the problem. The closest suggestion using a different device was they used Chrome browser. I did so and was able to login to Wish.com through the tracking email, but the items page that loaded was totally blank. Cleared the data on that browser with no change. So I just logged into Wish.com directly and was able to access all my information including the tracking.
So there must be issues with Edge and issues with the tracking email.
There are a lot of frustrated people out there! Hope this helps some if it gets posted to where they can find it until wish.com is able to fix the problem.
Payment issues
I put 100.00 dollars on wish. After I was finished & tried to pay for my selections I am directed to screen saying it needed ccv for my credit card, but I don't have one because I put 100.00dollars in my account. And I have gone back & fourth with emails saying they are happy to help but to no avail. Because all things they say to do to correct the matter, I have already done. And for such a problem so sinple is what really sucks& in their emails I am getting the feeling that they are kinda like insinuating the problem is on my end. And after almost two weeks I have become frustrated 😞 with this.
On May15th I went to family dollar to get household things and on my way out of checkout I put 100.00 dollars on new wish account. So I get home and finish preparing the things I want and go to pay and the app keeps asking for the cvv code for a cc I dont have. But all the while I put 100.00 in cash on my account.I don't know what to do.I have sent 4 emails to customer support and they send me a weird half -hearted reply. I need help cause I am not the kinda person that can just let 100.00 bucks go just like that'

I ordered these May 4, 2020 for a shower I am having on June 6, 2020. I just looked at the tracking, wondering why they are taking so long only to find out they won't even arrive until June 9! I Not only is this incredibly disappointing, but it is inconvenient. If the order was going to take this long, I should have been advised of that at the time of the order. I tried telephoning several times only to get an automated response saying my call could not be completed at this time! I'm livid and rushing to find a replacement. Have not received items ordered

I bought merchandise on wish.com, never received confirmation or items. The items were paid for via Pay Pal.
I bought earrings and masks from wish.com. I received notification from pay pal that they had made 2 payments to wish.
However, wish never sent me a confirmation or the items I ordered. It's impossible to get a hold of them.
I proceeded to read the customers reviews on wish and learned — that their practices show a pattern of habitual — unethical and fraudulent behaviour.
Please advise on what to do next. I will contact pay pal and ask if I have any recourse on this matter.
