It doesn't look anything like the photo you provided; it is a gaudy bright red and is poorly made and inaccurately sized. I purposely ordered it larger than needed. It was required for a choral concert the members attend attired in medieval costume. I wouldn't wear this for a halloween costume.

I requested a refund and they never got back to me. When I contacted them again they say they cannot refund me as the 30 day period has passed. What utter rubbish. I am very upset. And the worst part is you cannot speak to a person . I paid the money and now almost a year later in phone.

Someone got into my Wish account, took my credit card info & bought 2 expensive items. Thankfully a notice went to my email, so I quickly cancelled .They refunded the $1202.75 in wish cash since it already went on my credit card . I used the wish cash to purchase some items, 2 days later wish "refunded" everything I bought and kept the cash. So I'm stuck paying a $1202 for a 3d printer & a laptop I didn't buy wish keeps saying they refunded my wish cash but they didn't.

I bought 3 cell phones. They went to 3 different states. I went online to the USPS to track my package (you can track it after its scanned in the US) That's where I saw it went to 3 different states. I put in for missing package. I ordered some items from the Wish website. I put in my card information . Wish got the money out of my Banking Account. Wish text me that they got the $37.00 for the items I purchased. Wish text me the tracking info on all the items. This morning I got a text from Wish saying my order was declined. I need to know what is going on with the orders of my money.

It won't let me check out I guess due to address change. My first order had the wrong address on it, and I could not retrieve it to make the change. So I made the change with this order. Despite NUMEROUS requests for an order history showing shipping charges -- or even a way to LOG ON to get this information myself, customer service response refused to comply. Instead, each response sounded like an automated response ( sometimes simply repeating what they previously responded). NONE of them never addressed the issue. I will be disputing all charges with my credit card company.

1. I ordered a wifi USB device that didn't fit into the USB port. No matter how many times I tried to enter a complaint, the form I fill out fails to send and I am told to try later.
2. Some Arduino boards I ordered were never sent by the vender. After 2 months, Wish notified me of this failure but refused to return my money . I could not contact a person. An automated site informed me that I had elected to be reimbursed with "Wish Cash", I absolutely did not elect this and could not reach a live person to correct the problem.
3. I used the Wish cash to pay for computer speakers.- which I could have purchased for less money in my local store. The ones sent by Wish don't work.
4. I only receive automated responses from the company that they want their customers to be happy, but they don't address the problems.

i'm unable to purchase on wish
I'm blocked out of my account on Wish. I can go in there and look around but I'm unable to go through with the purchase. I don't understand whybtheyvdont have a person I can talk to from Wish to help fix this issue. That's one thing they definitely need to change! They are saying there's an issue and to send a bank statement with my last purchase, which I've done several times and still nothing has changed.
