I ordered 2 phone cases and they said they would be here september 20 and it’s still not here
I ordered 2 friend phone cases one pink and one black and never got them I ordered them and it said it would be here on the 20 of September. I know it's only been a couple days but last time I ordered something it didn't get to here until the next year. I've had a bad experience with wish but really wants these phone cases. If I don't get them than I want my money back.

Low prices don't mean [censored] if it takes a month to receive it. Or is this another asian scam? Why does it take this long to receive just one item. This is the reason that I didn't order more than one item, just to see if I would actually receive it. Many people have told me not to shop here; now I see why.

There is no way shipping was just .75 for this item. I ordered another item with this one and the other item is a $18 watch with $10 shipping! I have never had to pay such high shipping. It is just a watch! I am not sure how the shipping can be so lopsided. The wrenches are a lot heavier and bigger so I can see it being the item that costs $10 shipping!

It was my first time on this apps, I made purchase successfully but, when I was ask to send account statement showing what I just purchased, I was unable because I was not having online banking then, due to the nature of my job a shift worker, I had to wait till my work permitted me to go to the Bank to register for online banking
I just sent the statement of my account showing the first transaction that was reversed because I was unable to send it then
I now make another purchases but, I'm unable to assess payment

three orders july 18th, july 26th, august 19th
I made these purchases paid in full, and it offered a very small discount if you picked them up at a place that was close to you home, and you basically got the majority of your order at one time instead of a piece here and a piece there, and I thought great. You were able to track your purchase and see when it was delivered to the store by your home, plus it also gave you an exact date as to when your purchase would be there. GREAT right, NO that's not quite right the date came and went, figuring something happened with the mail, so I waited a week and the go to the store where my purchases were to be delivered to, guess what the store was OUT OF BUSINESS and had been at that point for over a month, so this was to pick up my merchandise for my first order, so not knowing any different I had sent my other 2 orders there as well. I leave CHERYL'S INSIDE OUT CREATIVE PERFORMING ARTS DURHAM NC and go to post office, now mind you I have tracking number off of my WISH account they track it and tell me that because it's not in my name they can't release any information, OTHER than it's been returned to sender. So I contact WISH customer support via email and receive an email back, but I can't read it because it's not in ENGLISH? Huh still trying to figure that one out, so that still left 2 orders out there, then I get told by a support representative that I should've canceled my order within 8 hours, well if I had known the place was out of business do you really think I would have sent it there to begin with? The sad part about it is the place is still listed as a business that you can send your orders to to go and pick up and as of now they've been out of business for over 4 months pretty sad!

Well Longer Story Short I Went On Line Just To Find A Cheap Phone Holder Which Was Less Then $5.00 . So I Order It. Then That Same Day I checked My Transaction. I purchased 4 individual items on aug 31. A driver, 3 wood, 5 wood and, irons set. Paid 1023 dollars including discounts. They refunded the money for 3 wood for no reason and never received it. The driver came in 2 weeks but it was counterfit and i asked for a refund. 5 wood never came and irons came little later than promised but i was suspecting something wrong so i took them to fitting. The angles and lies on clubs were all over the place, 6-7 irons had same loft 8-9 irons had same loft short irons had different lies. I am not happy with what i shopped for. that's way too small
i ordered 4 hats that were 'FREE' i just had to pay the shipping costs.the shipping costs at the time were 3 dollars per hat. for some reason i placed two orders at the same time.1 black and 1 and 1 blue hat on 1 order and 1 black hat and 1 blue hat on another order. so i should hyave been charged 6 dollars per order for a grand total of 12 dollars. but wish wants to charge me 6 dollars per hat to ship them. the actual price at the time was 2.40 per hat to ship them to me, which would have made the shipping charge 9.60 for four hats. i have just received two hats 1 black and one blue which were way too small im sure the other two hats will probably be the same when they come.what would you like me to do. i am out 24 dollars and four hats that are way too small.

I revived my AirPods today and I opened them and tested how they sounded then I tried concerting them and the parting was good and everything but after i did all that i tried to testing the charging and I noticed that only one AirPod was charging and the other was doing nothing so I was wondering if the seller could sell me a free new pair of AirPods

I ordered shoes on 22/07/2019 and paid via PayPal . I received the product but they were the wrong size. I returned them on 05/08/2019 and requested another size. As at 19/09/2019 I have not received them. The Auspost tracking indicates that they have been received . Hello I order a box from yourself weeks ago when I had received the box not only was it dirty with bits and dust all over it but the tray was also broken.

Order placed 01/19/18 never received, on 03/07/18 was advised it would be late I agreed to wait, item still never received. When I asked for a refund it was over 30 days, well it was over 30 days when I was asked to wait. Over 80 emails I'm getting the exact same responses from Wish. Just give me my money back!
