There are 8 orderers in total I have not received. Two rings engagement and wedding arriving june 12 — two wedding rings arriving june 20 — toy animals arriving june 6 — toy animals arriving may 26 — toy animals arriving may 26 — toy animals arriving may 6 — toy animals arriving april 30 — some artificial succulents arriving april 15. I have waited and waited but nothing as arrived, orderers I have placed after them have arrived, it seems the only way to try to find out whats happened plus the money I have paid. Thanks tony

Today on September 25th I've been getting letters and texts angry texts about there card being used and that they are using my address and I'm afraid if this keeps going I'm going to be framed and sued and I'd love this to end but I have no idea what to do nor where to start so if anyone else is having the same problems or concerns I would like to be contacted of ways to help.

I ordered a hoodie from them for my son for his birthday and I never got the order. I contacted customer service about it and they kept telling me to wait for it. So, I did because I really wanted that sweatshirt. They told me to wait until after Sept. 21, 2019 and then I could request the refund. So, I waited. It is now Sept. 25, 2019 and I tried to get onto my account to request my refund since I still have not received my item, but, when I went to customer service to request my refund it said they had closed this down and I was not able to receive my refund. So, they told me to wait until AFTER Sept. 21, 2019 and I did, but, they closed down my claim on Sept 21, 2019. They basically stole my money! I want my refund. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM. They cannot just keep my money and not send me what I ordered! That is illegal! That is theft! I have been ordering from you guys for several years. I've only had this happen once before and they gave me my refund with no problem. But, because I followed what you guys told me to do now you think you can keep my money?
I filed a complaint because I tried to get my refund and it was closed so I couldn't get my refund, at least that is what it said. I was reading other complaints and someone said to check your paypal because all orders are gauranteed, so, I thought what the heck and checked my paypal and the refund was there. They never told me they gave me my refund. I am not a mind reader. All they had to do was send me a message telling me they gave me a refund and everything would have been fine, but, they didn't do that. I got all upset over nothing. They really need to work on their customer service. Needless to say I am probably never going to order from them again. This whole suitation has stressed me out!

I ordered 5 pillowcase/cushion covers and paid for the same in good faith.
They are nothing like the patterns I ordered, and am very dissapointed. I certainly
will not be able to use them. I have ordered clothing a few times and have been

I received aquiam broken this is the 3rd one shattered. awill not hold water. Received 2 hoses junk leak and one has large cut. Also will not hold water. i ordered a set of shoe stretchers, received them and was charged for 5 pairs instead of one. it has already been taken out of my checking account. my checking account is with key bank. i used my key debit card.the bank has it now.they are going to issue a new one to me. they are going to try to get me a reversal.i believe the items come from China. the map shows it from California.

wish gets your information and sell it to other companies.. it not always selling merchandise
They advertise things. I placed orders for many items and they canceled almost everything and there is no legitimate reason. Here is the example of one of them. It is a robot process... I am not sure if they gather the customer information and credit card information, my recommendation to stay away from this website. Prices are too good and by sure why because take your information and sell it to other companies and cancel your order.

Wish is Fraud. I urge that this website should be shutdown
Based on my experience on Wish, you may have clicked something called a "limited time deal". In a limited time deal, the product only gets sold at the advertised price to some of the first people that purchased it at that price. Everyone else gets their money refunded. They are real prices, but only for a few people. I won't deny that Wish is shady at times but what you experienced is somewhat common. For future reference, anything offered as a limited time deal has the words "limited time deal " on the products image. I really hope this helped at least a little bit. :)

My card was charged this amount yesterday and it is fraudulent. I didn't order these items and this needs to be cancelled. Merchant was in San Francisco and I am in Georgia. hi, firstly i ordered 2 hauwei honor phones from that store...i waited many weeks and complained then wish.com cancelled my order and refunded my money without asking me if i wanted it cancelled...unavailable from that store they said...so a week or so later the hauwei phones, laptops, tvs and other phones are advertised from th bestdeeal9 store...so because the prices are £2 abouts i ordered 25 items...nothing sent ...many many emails sent to wish.com...always replying i have to go online to the store and contact customer support...i did many times ..alway gave me an extended date of arrival...also option of wait a little longer (it will be worth the wait) then 2 weeks ago i go on there and i contact customer support and they say ive gone over time frame for a refund (60 days)but i could have wish cash on the items...bearing in mind that customer suppoert were trlling me to wait longer ...my other orders are still in limbo...15 hauwei honor phones and a few other phones and laptop...as i said all from bestdeeal9...ive searched everywhere for that store but cant find it...ive demanded many times for wish.com to give me a YES or NO answer as to if im getting my orders or not...all they say is ( Your request ([protected]) has been updated. If a ecommerce site cannot provide real human contact and they avoid the problem at all costs then it is UNLAWFUL.
If they market a product as "unbreakable" and it breaks on the second use and they do not refund then it is UNLAWFUL If they you pay for good to be delivered and they NEVER turn up then it is UNLAWFUL
If they do not answer questions in time the issue items laps into their BS 30day period then that is UNLAWFUL

Im sure that hiding the delivery costs under the tab "Delivery Options" yet every time you open it there is only one cost, yea you guessed it its hiding so the buyer does not see the cost. Is that unlawful? May not be unlawful but it is deceitful.
I dont know if its UNLAWFUL to answer emails in a different language (I'm sure they will find a loop hole about that), but I'm sure they do it so I think there is a lost in translation issue and give up. Sure I cant prove that but every click of the button about this site has a hidden agenda.
