This is a list of the items that I had ordered. I've never had a problem in the past,
with receiving items from here before. I would love to get the items I've ordered, and if not I would love to receive a refund.

I started last looking at the Wish website in 2017 but I never had a purchase.in November 2018 I placed an order it appeared to go through but the next day Wish cancelled my order stating that they don't have enough info on me they wanted me to submit a bank statement showing a prior purchase! I never made a prior purchase and I will not show a bank statement to any company! I reached wish via email they apologized and said it was taken care of and feel free to place another order. Again December 2018 I attempted to place another order again they cancelled it and said they refunded my money! They did not! Again I attempted to contact wish via email they ignored my asking for my refund or the merchandise! Again I was asked to submit a bank statement showing a prior purchase! Again I told them I never made a purchase from you people before! And I won't show my bank statement to any one! Wish is a company full of ignorant people! This shopping site should be taken off the web!
no refund after not receiving my packages
I ordered another usd400 worth of items on this site. The first package I received was from my neighbour who saw it on the apartment step and took it to me.
This was the only package I received...
To add insult all further packages were marked delivered and I hadn't received them.
When I emailed my complaint all I got back was an automated response and then to state they could not offer any refund.

I've been trying to pay for my purchases for several days, having made several attempts to pay for my purchases but getting same message which is very frustrating, I've contacted wish customer support team and got an email that there is nothing wrong with my account and that I could go back to the check out but I have since tried and it's same as before. I hope you can resolve this issue for me
a necklace I ordered
Ordered a necklace on dec 31. Cannot get back on the website. There is no proof I ordered it except money was taken off my credit card. I have a number that texted me and said it was on it;s way. Have seen nothing, apparently you can;t talk to a human. I got took for 23 dollars. I am disabled so I need my money. Why can't I talk to no one? I am not happy with all this crap

Hi, I submitted an order in september 2018, for 3 items. I was charged on my credit card, and never received the items. I have contacted customer support 3 times, they said the item was on its way, still never received. I would like a refund. Cannot get a hold of these people to inquire about a refund or where my promised merchandise is.
I have been told it is on its way, the estimated shipping date for me to receive was late october 2018. Its now january 2019 and still no clothing.
The items are too small and they gave me refund but they did not say how to return the items. So what do i do, keep them or keep on trying to return. Don't want to lose there businee.

unauthorized credit card charges
On nov.7 2018 @ 3:58am I got an email saying thank you for your purchase of computer for $274.00. Then at 3:59am I got an email saying refund on your purchase for $274. I did not place this order. When I checked my emails that morning I immediately checked on wish and they gave a store credit/ wish cash instead of not charging my credit card. I call wish customer service and only got an automated response to email them my problem. I emailed them and then called my credit card company to cancel the charge. I had to file credit card fraud to get them to investigate, since wish said my account was used to order the item it wasn't fraud. I then had to contact the credit card company again to have the account blocked, cancel my card and change passwords. Every month wish is still trying to get $274. Out of my account. Wish has blocked my account and sent an email telling me to send them copies of my bank account to prove who I was. I have sent several emails to them to get this straightened out and all is get is automated emails in return. I want my refund! #[protected] request

took money off my debit card but not processing my order
I ordered a couple things off wish. they took the money but won't process my order. they want a bank statement to prove I've orders from them before. I messaged back and told them I don't use a bank account my debit card is through social security. this don't make any sense if their so suspicious why did they take my money? I've made several attempts to reach them and can't I feel like they are ignoring me I want my money back on my debit card I'm about to contact social security about this sense they issued the card to me im tired of waiting I want some response now. im not going to leave this alone eather.

Hi I don't understand why my account has "flagged for excessive refunds", if you look at the reasons why the have been returned you will see, with photographic evidence, as to why they have been refunded! You can also see that I am willing to return the faulty/ non-descript items but never get a returns label or reasons not to return. I have an issue with the latest buy off your site, pair of MTB gloves that state in the description, " with 3D padded palms", clearly the items sent do not! This is why I possibly get flagged for refunds, as your sellers aren't being honest with their adverts!.
Besides, all refunds have been truthfully asked for due to defects in the item either from transit damage or not truthful advertising!
Please respond to this email as I am demanding, now, a refund for the MTB camo gloves as this and your message on the customer support page, (which I found degrading, and implying that I had abused the system, has left me furious!

I ordered a black coat in October 2018 and I still haven't received it. I advised them of this on contact support and they explained my refund window had closed in December which means I don't have my coat and neither am I eligible for my money back! This is the worst customer service I have experience. Give me the item that I ordered or return my money.

On Dec 23rd an order was placed on my fiances wish account and all his money was taken out of his account. The bank fixed it and gave him his money back and yet again you guys put the same order through again and again tomorrow his money will be taken out. We have a 3month old son and live paycheck to paycheck and have to buy him food and diapers and we both have notified your company and complained and this should not be happening again. I am calling the Better Business Borough tomorrow because this is ridiculous since you were told by us and you decided to still put the order in that wasnt ordered by us. unauthorized credit card charges
I have charges on my credit card that I don't recall making from Wish.
They were billed on November 23 and November 26...I don't think I bought anything for $113.71. Nothing was delivered to my address that was worth that much.
Another charge was for $98.00 on November 23.
on looking at my credit card statement it looks like the 113 and 98 were credited back to my card and then rebilled.
You need to contact me if you want my credit card account number.

Geek.wish.com is a SCAM. Don't buy here ! I bought several items from these guys, thinking they were legit. BIG MISTAKE ! Half of the items I ordered took 2 months to get to me. The other half is still "being shipped" according to Geek. The items that did arrive were either defective : did not work, or they were poorly made: had plastic / metal burrs, or were shipped to me incomplete: pieces were missing from the order ( like headphones with the headphone jack missing, cell phone camera magnifier lenses with 2 of the lenses missing, a repair kit for glasses with the screws and tools missing ... )
And I can't get a refund from these scammers because there is no way to contact them directly. All they have is an automated computer generated chat that only "answers" it's own self generated questions. And when I requested a refund for the missing items their chat computer replies that I am NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund.
Other reviews on the web say the exact same thing: THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM !

This is the worst on-line company I have ever dealt with. I bought a lap-top at the end of November which when it arrived was well below the performance/spec I had expected from the description . I have attempted to return the item and gain a refund using the online customer support on 8 different occasions and no-one from Wish has responded. I even complained via Paypal which I used to pay for the item and they were useless giving me a contact telephone number that doesn't exist. How do you get justice from wish.com?

I have been doing the giveaway for about a month. I've gotten 14 things. I tend to just get the things I want, or can gift to my family members. I've already gotten one of my items in time for Christmas when I wasn't expecting it to come until January! And another this week. I have won beauty supplies, and accessories. Or just random things when I wasn't fast enough. I always set an alarm for 8:58 PM Pacific time. And I usually can get things. The quality of my things is also very good.

I've been using wish.com for a year now. At first everything was fine. My orders had real tracking numbers and the delivery was fast. The last 4 months I've paid for 6 new orders and I received nothing! It is impossible to reach real customer service people, only automatic answers, not valid tracking numbers and no refund for any of my orders. Wish.com is absolutely scam! Don't trust them anymore, avoid this ridiculous company and I wish they'll close forever and return all the stolen money back to their customers.
