I received my order today. I am very upset! Everything is soaking wet! The big grey bag was wet, so I thought it was the mail man's fault. As I opened each bag and got to the products, they are soaking wet and smell! I am not happy at all! I'm on disability and can't afford to throw money away! This makes me discussed in buying items on line! I can't trust the quality! How did this get wet? Was it in a flood and you all decided to ship it out anyway? It looks like I got a coupon for 15% off code#K764L. But, it's so soggy it's barely readable! All the paper work is soggy and deteriorated! I see some writing looks like Chinese or Japanese. won’t let me add new credit card!
I placed an order recently, when I checked out I noticed it was being sent to a person and address that was not me or mine ! I've tried to correct the problem . unauthorized transaction in my credit card
I have used this wish.com 5 months ago ( Aug 2018) for a small purchase and never used the site after because their cheap quality. Today(12/30/2018), there was an unauthorized transaction charge of 52.94 to my credit card from this merchant which I did not make a purchase.
I had to report this to my credit card company and they said they will send a replacement card.
Same here. I placed a small order over a year ago using my debit card. Then somebody (I gather from Wish) purchased an iPhone and charged $188 to my debit card. What's fishy is that Wish.com sent me an email shortly stating that they were refunding my money. Well I contacted my bank for fraud and they closed my debit card. Wish.com refunded the $188 into my Wish Cash account, which meant I had to order $188 of cheap goods from them. In order to get my money back, I placed an order on 12/31/2018 for $90 and my order was declined. Wish.com said I needed to provide proof of my account by sending them a copy of my banking statement! What, and get screwed again? Contacting Wish.com via phone support is non-existent and email support is slow and worthless. I've read a lot of similar, fraudulent complaints by this organization and hope Consumer Affairs and BBB take the lead and close them down. They definitely aren't operating via legal US regulations and should not be in business. I consider my $188 a total loss since Wish.com knows how to "play the system!"

shapers, dresses, pants
These were all in different orders. The shapers are too big. Dresses are too short, pants are too small. I need to return them. Can send them all back at one time and to where? I ordered the dresses to have something nice to wear to church, but too short. I ordered the shapers to help with my waist and stomach. The bra part just rides up and is useless. Since the dresses were too short, I ordered the shapers in a larger size, but it's too big. I want to return all this and get credit on my credit card.

I ordered an item from them on 8/23. did not receive item. They sent a message asking if I received item I replied no. they replied back on its way. no more follow ups were sent. as of dec 30 I still have not received item. I contacted them and they said it was to late to do anything about so I am out 11.00 with shipping. other people said they had same problem I wished I would have known this before I ordered item. It was a baby gift which would probably not fit now anyway. I ordered thru paypal so hopefully they can do something for me.

fraudulent charges
On November 28th my bank account was drained by Wish through a PayPal account. $265.00 in all 7 different charges. I have sent email after email with the same response over and over which I have sent what they've asked for over and over with no resolution! My bank will not refund my money saying it was authorized which it was not! These orders are not in my wish order history or even in my PayPal activity. I did not authorize any of these and I can't get my money back! There's no transaction I.d numbers since it was made through a PayPal account but not mine. I'm getting highly upset because this happened before Christmas and I am behind on my bills because of this. If there were no orders sent to my address then its obvious I did not make them! I canceled my card they were made from and cut the card up so without the whole card number PayPal will not refund my money either. This is going on 2 months now and its ridiculous that there is no response from wish other than asking the same thing 12 times. I want my money back asap!
This happened to me as well! Mine was on a CC and I noted it while it was still pending made a fraud claim and I got an E-mail from them my order could not be processed by the merchant and the Charge was taken off. Had to cancel my card and get a new one. On my account no orders were found. NO E-Mail that I placed an order just the one it could not be filled. The fact is they charged my CC for an order I never placed! I have sent an E-Mail to the with NO response!
money stolen from bank account
All my fiances money was taken out of his bank account without his permission. We have a 3month old son we have to feed and provide for and every dollar we have has been stolen. We are beyond upset and he has contacted his bank. My account has Ben flagged due to what they are calling excessive complaints and refunds. I think it is completely unfair to stop me from talking to customer surport or anything else, because I have had to complain to them for a few items that have been wrong or haven't turned up at all, which I have to say they didn't refund me on 3 quarters of. I have just received an item I payed for back in October, not only has it only just turned up its completely wrong. I ordered a Dallas Cowboys crockpot and I wanted it delivered to my house and it was delivered to some random place in Prince George. I will never buy anything here again. Not to mention one platform says it was delivered December 23rd and a different platform said it was delivered today. Honestly horrible service. I purchased a tablet pc for a Christmas present Nov.10 and received it Dec. 3 When I opened it it was described as a 11.6 inch tablet, when I measured it it was 9.6 inch. This is the second time I purchased an expensive tablet from their site and both times they screwed me. I received a refund for the first tablet last year. This time they told me I would receive a refund of 127.20 on Dec. 11th. Today is Dec.27 and no sign of a refund. They have also blocked my account stating too many refunds, this is a lie. As long as I order little items here and there I have had no problems. Their site is a rip off. I will not shop there again. The quality of the items they sell is low grade. Buyer beware.
