Ever time I try to enter my pay pal to pay for my Merchandised a keep telling me that something is going wrong when I tried to pay with my PayPal so I decided to put my Debit card on there and is refusing it so I would like to know what is going on with Wish I have been trying this for a few days now and you keep sending it keeps sending me messages saying I have stuff in the cart

I've got 4 items that I ordered over 2 months ago. When I ask for assistance regarding these items, i'm told that I am being flagged as having excessive refunds. The two refunds I have had in the past were: 1st) electric arc lighter didn't work at all. I said I would send it back to wish, but they told me it was ok, they would refund me and I can keep the item (broken and useless item). 2nd) the item arrived past the latest expected delivery date, therefore missing my daughter's birthday. I had to buy alternative present and as the item had still not arrived, I asked wish to cancel the order. They refunded me anyway and the item arrived a few days later. I've placed over £100 in orders in the past 3 weeks alone, so i'd consider myself a good customer. Yet this is now coming to the point of cancellation of my account and cancelling all the items that are still being processed, requesting my money back and finding a new online site to shop at.
returns process
I think that the procedure of requiring a photograph of the item to be returned is obstructive. Because I had already folded and wrapped everything back up again ready to go, I copied and pasted their own product picture - they said that was unacceptable. They cannot see a ‘defect' such as too big or too small or poor quality fabric so this requirement is simply obstructive.
I WISH I'd looked for reviews like this before I'd ordered.
The quality of the products are very poor - no wonder they are so cheap. I won't buy from this organisation again.
If it were possible to return the product for refund I would do it. Nothing fits. Won't be buying anything else from them. They insist on a photo of the item but my computer doesn't do that so I can't get past that part of the return process. This site is a big ripoff.
complaints itself
One year ago, while in Wish online shopping (which I like) I put a number of items in the basket. When I went to pay I received a note on my laptop..."Oooops we have a problem" ever since (for a total of one year) I wrote to their site informing them of this. In total I wrote 16 times to their online shop and was asked 14 times if I would send a photo of the screen which was saying "Oooops we have a problem" I never received a reply in 12 months.
Today, Tuesday 11th of December 2018 at at about 0045 UTC or 1.45 nzst I tried to fix this myself. Unfortunately in doing so I accidently deleted my account.
What do I require: First my account back, then fix that " Ooops we have a problem" which shuts me out of the Wish site.
Whoever is in charge of this site, or the support manager is not up to the job, there is no excuse for not writing back to me. Please help me as I like the site but not the incompetent staff who handled by 16 emails for help.

ordered items never received
Ordered items in October and November. Only received 2 items from the order submitted back in November. The items ordered in October totaled $17.00 and some change and the November order totaled $74.00 and some change. I received an email on November 21, 2018 in regards to the October order and was told the items was being shipped as of today's date no other items has been received.
I have tried multiple times to call Wish with no prevail. I paid for all these items up front through pay pay. I submitted a claim with pay pal and was told I did not file in time enough, which, was not true.
I am requesting assistance in either getting a full refund or the items ordered.

2 items ordered in October never received order number #1222. 6 items ordered in November only 2 items received. Payments made through paypal and submitted a formal complaint and never heard back. I finally received an email November 21 informing me that my October order was on the way and as of today's date December 9, 2018 I have not received.

Here are the order numbers for 5 keyboards I ordered on I Home that were advertised wrong I thought they were tablets. There's no charge back I have sent you my bank statement and her pay pal statement as asked. The order ending in 02299 is shipping to our daughter Carissa Funk at 25254 W Clanton Ave Buckeye, AZ 85326 I used Heather Morales Funks Pay Pal on 11/27/2018. it was for a total of $126.90. I received Jumper I am waiting on the Glow stars and ring. I want a refund for the two key boards, there's no charge back. The next order ending in 376D5 was purchased on Ihome on 11/27/2018 three keyboards advertised wrong I thought they were tablets. They are to be shipped to our home for Heather Morales Funk 1402 S Espina St Apt #1 Las Cruces, NM 88001. Method we paid pay pal theres no charge back I have sent you both of our bank statements along with pay pal receipts. item total was 99.99 order total was $110.70. I have sent numerous emails to wish surrounding there false advertised keyboards that I thought were tablets I even made a complaint with pay pal because they wouldn't give me a refund. Now they say there's a charge back which there's not. I have sent my bank statement receipt all of it with no help it's almost 200 dollars.
I'm lost at what to do next.

I have ordered several small items and each time they have been delivered to someone else. The items are many different types of things like tools, nail polish etc. and they have been sent to different wrong people with a wrong address on every on every one but not the same wrong address. Call to the company have gone unreturned. I am glad I have not ordered anything that was very expensive.

I have ordered several things from wish...I love the bargains but by the time I receive the order, if I even receive my order, I have forgotten all about what I ordered...I ordered nail polish 2 times now and have not received either...these were ordered in sept and oct. why would it take so long to receive these items...Now you are saying I cannot get a refund because it has been longer than 30 days...I t takes more than 30 days to get items from wish...I'm sorry to say that I will not be ordering from wish anymore as of now...you never know if you will get your items or not...
refunds for faulty and mis-sold items
I have had a number of problem with wish items either being completely different from the description or simply not arriving. I have tried to contact customer services but apparently because I have had to complain about so many terrible items (how is this my fault!?) I am no longer aloud any refunds unless I buy more stuff which will no doubt turn out to be rubbish as 90% of the orders I have make have. I now have no way of makeing a return of the items and no way of getting a refund. I don't understand how this can be legal. If Wish made sure the products they sold were legitimate then I would have had no reason to have to ask for a refund. I'm disgusted with this latest issue and terrible service. They've basically stolen my money. I ordered a cashmere item in small, what has arrived is a poly cotton XL item and I'm not allowed to get a refund? I have paid for items that have arrived and being as ordered, if not I have raised a refund request. Now i am being punished for their terrible items and service and being told I have abused their refund system! Give me a break!

An order on wish app was made on September 17, 2018 after paying INR 2829/-. Product despatched by seller after couple of days but after almost a week seller with out any intimation to me seller withdrew its package from courier. Later for almost 15 days I was clue less about status of my order. But I realised that my order was withdrawn. I contacted customer care of Wish app and they claim to process my refund on September 28, 2018 and asked to wait for 15 days and the will reflect in my original payment medium that is "Paytm". But despite waiting so long nothing was received. I contacted Paytm customer care who told that they have not received any such refund of INR 2829/-. Then I contacted wish customer care who are just beating about the bush and not replying my specific queries like transaction Id of refunded amount in which account/id it was refunded etc but only putting general customer care replies. Now I feel that I was cheated by the seller in connivance with Wish app.

Turn them into Better Business Bureau. They are a scam company.
I don't understand why your bank isn't working with you. If they took money from your account and you never received anything, if it shows pending, your bank can return or stop the transaction. Then talk to the fraud department at your bank and explain to them what's going on.

On Dec 4th, 2018 I attempted to purchase items on Wish.com. I purchased using my credit card. Order ID: 5c072b3319b42c1c7f3dce9f The purchase was confirmed and a short time later put on hold with a request from Wish.com for a bank statement and other intrusive information that could easily lead to CC fraud and identity theft. When i sent back inquiries I got automated messages back from supposedly real people, thanking me for the information I provided but ...somehow...the information just wasn't clear or ledgible. They claimed that some photos of statements don't come through very clear. In this case I'm surprised they even saw one because I didn't send it. ...and they requested more documentation. Earlier in the process my CC company e-mailed me to confirm the purchase, which I did, however Wish.com persisted in requesting bank statements. This smelled like a scam from 100 miles away so I cancelled my order and contacted my CC company and already it appears as though there were fraudulent charges on the CC! All my cards had to be cancelled...what a pain at Christmas time!
Another aggravation in attempting to deal with Wish.com...every e-mail reply you send them gets reflected back to you. This makes sorting out a string of e-mail conversations most difficult! I can only imagine how difficult they could be if they messed up the charges!
Folks - Don't shop at Wish.com - it looks to good to be true...that's because it IS to good to be true.
Turn them into Better Business Bureau.
Maybe if enough of us do that they might do something.

This company called Meng keeps sending stuff that I haven't ordered. It comes from China. I am getting charged for stuff I didn't order! Do I need a lawyer?! I ordered a couple of hair pieces and I got extra pieces like blonde. I am a brunette. I ordered a phone/wallet in brown and I got, yet another one. I got two sets of brunette bangs when I didn't order them!
Everything I have ordered has been CRAP ad says 925 silver but it is just silver paint. Had a jewler ck it out! Please don't buy from WISH
