Trying to order on wish and get issue with user account.

I am trying to pay for my order

Always ask the card no. I provided already and take a pictures, i did.

I have been asked to verify my identity by photo copying my bank statements.
I have tried to update my payment information several times. I Can Not get a human being, there is no way to actually speak to anyone about your account or how to correct the problem Wish is causing. Seems like they don't want you to use their services.

I placed my order July 1 st I was told I would recieve it by saturday but this morning when when I woke up it said I had been refunded only one Big Problem with that the money's not back on my card so please help me.

Please I need to cancel all my orders which I have placed on wish.com yesterday.by mistake from cart I just wanted to place only 1order but total 27 orders have been send which were saved in cart

I'm am getting a message of problems with account and it keeps asking for driving licence and I don't drive what can I do I need to put a order through and I cant now I have always been a good costumer and order alot at a time can you please sort this problem out I don't want to go else where when I am very happy with my orders

My account as been stop but firstly the first account was janice lumb which my partner first ordered and i changed the account to me as followed i have told my sister inlaw that we changed to my account

What more info do you want for goodness sake the item is too bid I need to return it

Your customer service is inadequate. I don't want to answer prearranged sentences. That does not get me the answers I want. Because they are the wrong questions.

MY account was frozen asked for bank statement to prove last trans actions. Plus photo of driving license. All my payments went threw ok. I find this bad practise I am a regular shopper . Sort this out. Was very happy with wish most off my purchases have been jewellery which should not have been the cause if the problem

I had ordered black colour and have received light brown.
Light brown is very light fro my skin.
Can I return the wrong colour and recieve thr correct colour?

Trying to place order and keep getting issue with account . Tells me to go to wish.com/ payment . When I go to wish.com that is no help. What can I do next to fix this problem?

It keeps popping this up payment issues it need to be fix or I will just go some where else so it is what it is

You are being ripped off by Google. It is simply showing the same one of your ads to single users hundreds of times. This will be having the opposite effect to that you desire. You should demand they only show your ads to the same user 5 times maximum.

i have been a loyal customer with wish and enjoyed all the lovely gifts i purchased for christmas and birthdays now sadly they won't accept my new payment card which my bank issued to me I want to remain a happy customer for years to come but my card is the only card i have to pay with .please accept my visa card .

Everytime I go to claim a free gift I NEVER GET ONE! Its crap. I buy from yall alot and I cant even claim a free gift? Where is my free gift?

I have been ordering from Wish for a while. Now when I try to pay for something that I want to order I get the bank statement thing. I do not feel that I should be required to send a bank statement since I have been ordering from them for a while Now with no problem.
