not receiving product or money back
Hello wish I'd like to report a complaint about the five products I bought from you that all said they were being shipped and I got rid of the visa cards after money was empty then when I got online later I come to find out you guys cancelled my five purchased things without even letting me know and that money has been wasted now cause of you guys cause I no longer have this visa cards
my wish application orders disappeared.
I have changed my credit card expired date and all my orders from wish that was deducted from my credit card already are gone on my profile. Please assist me how can I get my orders information back on my Wish profile. I only have my credit card bank statement as proof of payment on the orders but no tracking number nothing.

the watch i have gotten from you have just arrived. i've set the timer and date but have an hour is gone both timers shows wrong. i cannot see the time since it's wrong. i request my money back becaurse the product i bought dosent work.

For a while now, i have heard of the amazing deals available on Wish.com. On Saturday 9 September i decided to finally check out what all the buzz was about. I found amazing deals on their app and decided to get a few items. The total came to $29.00 and on check out the conversion in Rands was R387.80. I proceeded to process the payment when i received a notification from my Bank to say that the transaction was declined due to insufficient funds. Quite shocked, i logged into my bank to have a look what was going on. this is when i discovered that Wish.com attempted to deduct $387.80 from my account. Then converted the amount but kept the currency and that amounts to roughly R5100.00. I immediately contacted Wish.com to notify them of the error and have it corrected.
20 emails and 7 days later... Wish.com has now attempted to deduct that amount off my account a total of 8 times. Each time the bank rejects it, i get penalized and the bank deducts money from my account for the failed transaction. The most I got out of the support team at Wish.com was them asking for my Wish.com account details and then everything starts again.
I finally managed to get the orders cancelled after losing quite a bit of money from penalties. And Wish.com is still no help at all. Well, I will now be spending a substantial amount of time on social media and radio station websites to spread the word that Wish.com might rob you of your money with the hope that i can save more people from this scamming website. I can just hope that this doesn't happen to others.
I don't think I have been unreasonable with them as in quite a few emails i warned them that my patience is wearing thin.
deplorable customer service
Over a week ago I emailed wish.com asking them to change the email on my account, as I do not have access to the original email given. I gave the new email, can log in, but the problem is, they seem to have 'lost' my account. I have sent countless emails with no results yet, just a ton of computer generated responses with 5 minutes of sending my complaint to wish.com customer support. Although most of my experiences with the products are good, there has also been some things that were falsely advertised-skyy blu, email [protected]@gmail, cell [protected]. I demand a resolution! My demands have already been set so read them!

This company is ripping off people blindly with no regard for the law, so today I called the better business bureau of san francisco to make a complaint against them. I was advised to also call the district attorney's office of san francisco, so I did. I never received this item . I received a email stating it was shipped 7/29 but not received. When I go to the support app it says error and when I try to track the item. If I try to see my order status there are no orders there. The support line does not give support. It just is an automated voice saying to use the app. There is no tracking number, I have not received a refund, and I have not received the item I purchased. I also did not receive an email stating why it was not received.

Daily giveaway
I've been trying to claim items from the daily giveaway for the past week and it always says that the item is not available. I'm on wish every night from 8:55 all the way through the end of the daily giveaway so I know it's not because I'm late because I'm on and ready before even starts. I've tried claiming different things, different colors or anything but it always says the same thing. Why can't I claim anything?
A good start at any minute between 9 at 915 for example if this starts at 9:03 that night it will start right when the clock strikes 9:03 so you what I do is I swipe two pages right from the give away And then keep an eye on the clock and immediately when it changes from 859 to 9 o'clock swipe back left twice to the give away. The reason you have to swipe right to pages is because if you only do one page it won't refresh when you go back to the give away You do this for each minute between 9 and 915 and on the minute that it starts when you swipe back to the give away all the items will say claim beside him and that's how you know it is started try to Beat the message that says the giveaway has started because that message usually pops up about 5 to 10 seconds after the giveaway has started and by then it's already over it happens very quick as soon as the giveaway starts within 10 to 15 seconds it's over with you have to be very quick you have to know what you want know how many clicks it takes the claim the Item in example, size, color. The more clicks it takes the longer it will take you to claim the item and like others are saying try to start all going for items with higher quantities because they are easier to get hope this helps good luck everyone

Wow. At least y’all have the damn feature! My boyfriend’s Wish app has had the Daily Raffle Giveaway for MONTHS on MONTHS on MONTHS, but mine still doesn’t! Pretty shady of Wish. I’ve reached out to them, & of course they always reply with an explanation of the rules when I’m not asking that (it’s pretty straightforward) considering how I’m inquiring about WHY I DON’T HAVE IT. Then they tell me to turn my phone off & on, make sure the app is up-to-date, uninstall & redownload...all useless info because I have automatic updates, turning my phone off & back on does literally nothing for the app, & uninstalling & reinstalling is always a waste of my time as well. I’ve done it all, & it never works. By the time I’ve been able to get someone to understand that I don’t even have the damn feature & I tell them none of the above “tricks” worked per usual, the response I get is someone once again explaining to me how it works because they haven’t read any of the prior conversation. It’s such BS. All I wanna know is WHY doesn’t my iPhone X Wish app have the feature, but they never answer my question. EVER. There have been other things that my boyfriend’s Wish app has had which mine never does, or sometimes my app will finally have the previously missing feature for Wish to just do away with it completely. It makes no sense & it annoys the hell out of me, especially because they never end up telling me why I don’t have it when I ask.
You will know if you won an item it will say success you have claimed an item and add it to your cart they pay shipping as well. You then only have 60 mins to hit the check out button on bottom of cart
I have won at least 40 times on the giveaway. It's not easy every second counts. Think about all the people that are trying to win at the same time. They only have so many items per night. Try and go for an item that they have at least 30 of. You definitely need to practice changing pages so it refreshes every 60 seconds. Because if you are not on that page when it starts you will waste valuable time and they will all be gone. I have also won several times it says item has been added to your cart and then the store is sold out, you can't claim another item because you already chose that's frustrating! I think it's fun though I check the upcoming items you can win the night before also. Some stuff is great others not they have great lip gloss btw

Ok when I hit on a give away the blue gift box lite up and took me to my cart but its saying i have to pay for the item i claimed in the daily give away, I'm confused. How do you know if you won an item ?
You have to start refreshing the page right at 9pm and refresh over and over. I did it for the first time today and won!

The claim buttons appear, then the giveaway notification window pops up instantly to block your ability to press claim on any of them, then magically every item is "gone" when it refreshes immediately after that.

I am trying to use a promo code that was used a minute before i did and it says sorry, code expired. Is there any code i can use that works? I'm trying to purchase the 5 solid colored cargo pants. I just went online and attempted to purchase a 2 tb dual flash drive. when i hit the pay button I got an error message that some thing was wrong with my card. I clicked the pay button again and got the same message. when I checked my bank account the charge was processed twice. can you cancel this order and reverse the charges for me please.

won't let me order with paypal unless I give them a copy of a credit card or bank statement
I have spent about $300 with them using PayPal. Suddenly they canceled my last order and refunded the money. E-mailing them is a waste of time. They want either a copy of a credit card (last 4 digits blanked out) or my bank statement. Not happening: that is why I use PayPal.
After finding numerous complaints I am not sure I trust them for additional purchases.
