WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last 5 months, totalling £75. I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same four companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, in part because I had a replacement credit card about a month ago and no longer have online access to previous statements, but also because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, but as a pensioner on a very low income I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated. Ray Lewis
Hello Mary
My reference is [protected]. I have spoken with Martin of Complete Save regarding this, but he has only refunded £45, therefore Complete Save still owe me £30. It was quite clear during our conversation that £15 had been taken from June to October amounting to £75.
Please now confirm that you will be refunding the £30 of my money that you still have.
Ray

I purchased some kitchen unit handles yesterday £32, 10/01/2023 and this morning looked into my bank account and didn't recognise a payment of £15 to Wly, I looked on their sight and it said I'd agreed to enrol, the virtual agent asked me for my membership number from the email they sent, well there wasn't one. They're obviously scamming people. What a thing to do during these times, they are the lowest of the low
I have had £15 taken from my bank account early hours of this morning without authorisation by Completesave.co.uk. I am here requesting a full refund ! This is absolutely unacceptable. So many complaints about this company, disgusting how it still stands !
The are taking £15 a month from me who can I contact to stop this?
I have just noticed a payment so wrote an email to customer services to dispute how or when this was agreed. Payments taken since September 2023 and until recently going through my statements thoroughly i noticed it. Its shown as a card payment but where and when did they get them. I also noticed through FAQ's that you get a card and correspondence i never had anything and disgusted to read all the complaints that this happens all the time. I hope to get a response asap. Total £79 approx 15.99 a month not a happy person

Wly Complete Savings had also taken money from my account unauthorised since last year. This is so sure to be a financial crime if staffs don’t respond to the situation.
I’ve been having £15 a month taken from my account by Complete save for the past 16 months,I hadn’t realised as I’m looking after my terminally ill husband and just thought it was a subscription for a regular delivery of toiletries. How do I request a full refund as I’ve never subscribed to complete save and have no idea how or who to contact?
