WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last 5 months, totalling £75. I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same four companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, in part because I had a replacement credit card about a month ago and no longer have online access to previous statements, but also because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, but as a pensioner on a very low income I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated. Ray Lewis

My reference is [protected]. I have spoken with Martin of Complete Save regarding this, but he has only refunded £45, therefore Complete Save still owe me £30. It was quite clear during our conversation that £15 had been taken from June to October amounting to £75.
Please now confirm that you will be refunding the £30 of my money that you still have.

I have just had GBP15.00 / SGD25.86 removed from my bank, but have never signed up to this. My email address is also not registered so not sure how my details have been found let alone money taken out my account.

£15.00 a month since 18 June 2018. So around £800.00

Can anyone help me please. I contacted my bank but they have done nothing.

Hi I’ve had £15 come out my bank account charged by wlycompletesave.co.uk and I haven’t never signed up for anything on my debit card called that, could I please get my money returned

Wly complete save have been taking money out of my account for 6 months! £15 a time meaning that they have taken £90 out of my account and not once have I agreed for this sign up! I have rang my bank and asked for this payment to be cancelled. I am outraged that this has been stollen from me!

I’ve just recently had £15 taken from my account without authorisation by Completesave.co.uk.

I’ve emailed them immediately to stop any future payments but upon reading these other messages of it happening to other people, I doubt they will listen.

Please could you help me get this refunded or atleast get this stopped, thanks, Beau

I bought a ticket on Ticketmaster at 09:46 and at 09:48 this website took a transaction of 0 euros out of my account, starting a free trial unbeknownst to me. At no point did I sign up for this, I was tricked while buying my tickets into thinking that I was still buying my tickets even though this site had diverted me. A few minutes ago 15 euro was taken from my account. I've had to cancel my card because of this and I expect you to contact me to refund this money.

My daughter has had 2 lots of £15.00 taken in just 2 weeks. How on earth can they get away with this. I have now spoken to this company and apparently no more payments will come out of her account. They have said it originated from moonpig !

Will she be able to get this money back at all as seems very fraudulent the way it was taken

I have just discovered this completesave.co.uk debit today of £15 coming out of my bank since since July

one guy on another chat forum has had money taken out for over a year

they have had £60 off me so far

I have blocked any more payments with my bank so I hope that will stop it

the completesave.co.uk are asking for a membership number and email but I didn't have any email contact with them so I can't cancel the membership - it's just another loophole

I have just discovered they have been taking money from my account for the last 12 months apparently after I bought a ticket on Trainline - I rang the complaints number [protected] and spoke to a very pleasant lady who was most helpful. She stopped the account immediately refunded me 3 months and is sending me an email with a ability to claim the rest of the money back they have taken assuming I have not used their services.

Considering I had no idea I had signed up for this service I hope to get every penny back!

I am in a similar position having experienced a loss of £45: three monthly unauthorized deductions from my credit card over the last three consecutive months.

This illegal activity should be stopped by authorities and I will undertake steps to achieve this aim.

I expect a response to this post and will not share further details publicly.

I had £15 taken from my bank account by this company on 12/12/2022, I was confused because I didn’t authorise this. I called the company ‘Complete save’ and they informed me that it was a cash back scheme that I had clicked on after I had purchased something from Moonpig to get £6.46 cash back on my next order so naturally I entered my email address and thought nothing more of it until now. I called the company and they have issued me with a full refund and cancelled the membership I didn’t know I had 🤣

I’ve gone through my bank statements and have found that the same company have taken £15 a month for the last 16 months,I hadn’t taken any notice as I’ve been looking after my husband who is terminally I’ll and thought It was a subscribe and save purchase with Amazon that was coming out each month which unfortunately it wasn’t, who do I get in touch with for a refund please?

Hi, I was charged £15 with no authorisation and I want a full refund as I do not recognise this transaction at all. Please give full refund immediately otherwise will be taking further action, as I know that more money will be taken out due to past customers having the same problem.

Hi,

I’ve looked on my bank statement and it saying I have had £15 taken out on two occasions by ‘WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK’ I have never filled in anything to agree to this. I have both the dates and how much was taken. This is fraud, taking peoples money without consent.
