paradise highland oatmeal biscuits
My Doctor recommended I use these biscuits as they have less sugar & MORE FIBRE, AS I have a serious blood sugar problem. So for years I have used these lovely biscuits., which has helped me keep my blood sugar levels good. But now I cannot purchase them as they are not in your store anymore. I shop as Chester Hill NSW, I have been a very very loyal...

I have been enjoying the Swiss Style Quark from B.-d. Farm Paris Creek for years & just finished my last one, which I had kept in the freezer.
Your store in Forster NSW 2428 was my main supplier, but it hasn't been available for weeks.
A lot of my friends & family have been relaying also on this product for a nutritious meal & baking because it is so much better than cottage cheese in texture & taste.
Please explain your decision for not stocking it anymore...
And please reconsider...

hillview tasty shredded cheese
Tonight I purchased hillview tasty shredded cheese to make lasagna for my families dinner ! As I was halfway through making the lasagna I found small shreds of blue plastic throughout the cheese ! It would have been impossible to sort through what I had put in already to check for more plastic so I had to throw out my dinner ! And therefore wasted half my mince with tomato sauce, lasagna sheets, cheese etc ! Sooo so mad !
I have included picture of plastic bits and bag details !
bbq roast chicken
This morning I purchased a BBQ roast chicken from your Karama store in the NT. I got home and placed it on the bench to cool down. When I came to open it at lunch time I saw flies had gotten into the bag because it had not been sealed properly. The sticker was on the middle. But the zip lining had not been sealed at All! We now pay $9 for these chickens. I would expect that staff can correctly seal these bags without customers having to check it.
I rang and discussed with the store. Very happy with the conversation and outcome! Thank you Karama
employee
There was an employee working at Bonnyrigg Woolworths on Wednesday 22/08/2018 around 7:30 pm. I didn't catch her name, but my partner thinks her name was Rosie, though is unsure. She was an elderly woman, short, frail, with short black hair and a faint fringe, and at that time she wore black-rimmed glasses. She seemed of Caucasian decent, yet my partner believed that she was Indian; her skin tone was fair however.
We had a raincheck for a product we wanted to purchase, however, the amount of product available in stores was 4. Our raincheck allowed us to the maximum quantity of 24. Our service lady, Sofia said that she is willing to deduct the amount we purchase in stores from our raincheck, though she didn't know how. Hence, she called over 'Rosie' for assistance and the elderly woman stated in a condescending and rude way that we weren't allowed to purchase those 24 items and a bottle of 1.5L of water is only 1 per customer, which is an obvious lie.
Sofia tried to help us and say that is was okay for us to purchase the 4 bottles of water, however, Rosie overrode her and said no. When we asked her why but she refused to give us an answer. She scanned our leftover items such as the chocolate, even though we were in self-serve... She double scanned the chocolate we bought and didn't remove it until we asked her nicely twice, and even Sofia had to remind her.
With the way we were treated, it was absolutely mortifying and it made us consumers feel degraded and demoralised due to her derogatory-like behaviour. She was absolutely rude, condescending, patronising, and acted as if she held a more superior 'status' than us, even though we were nice, kind, and understanding the entire time. We chose to ignore her disgusting behaviour, however, her foul attitude exceeded to an extent where we don't even want to shop at Woolworths anymore.
This might not be the case, but seemed as if she held prejudice against us due to our skin colour. This form of disliking was very apparent within her behaviour and it really disappointed us and made us feel dejected, especially since Woolworths is our go-to store.
Please take as much action as possible against her, this form of behaviour should not be evident within the Woolworths workforce. Employees like her should not be hired as this can ruin Woolworths reputation and lose its customer base. I'd like this conflict to be dealt with and her to understand the consequences of her demoralising actions.
Thank you.
On Wednesday 22/08/2018 around 7:30 pm, we went into Bonnyrigg Woolworths to use our raincheck of purchasing 24 bottles of water. The raincheck was issued by an employee around a fortnight prior, and when we went to go use it today at the supermarket, we were rejected by a rude and condescending elderly, black-haired, frail and short woman. She said we weren't allowed to purchase the 24 bottles of water even though we were allowed by other employees multiple amounts of times throughout the year.
She didn't have a smile on her face, she was definitely extremely poor at customer service, and was attempting to usher us out of the store as quickly as possible, without us completing our transaction of purchasing our goods.
This experience and service was absolutely disgusting and I definitely don't have the will to go shopping at Woolworths again.
I would like this employee to be noted for her patronising and demoralising actions, and I would be extremely grateful if all employees in the future would not stop us from purchasing the amount of goods we want, especially if we received an official raincheck from the official Woolworths manager to purchase 24 bottles of water.
It would be extremely appreciated if the rude, degrading, and absolutely awful employee is effectively dealt with.
Thank you.
free range eggs
I take my mother shopping at her local Woolworths at Rosehill. Both mum and I are so annoyed at seeing your customers put two dozen eggs in their trolley and swapping the Woolworths brand eggs to the Free Range Eggs.
as mum and I like to purchase the Free Range Eggs we are now questioning what it is that we are buying.
We understand this is not Woolworths fault but rather inconsiderate customers fault.
we are bringing this to your attention in the hope that something can be done about it. Perhaps keep the eggs behind the Deli.
We do not wish to purchase free range eggs and pay free range eggs prices and to receive caged eggs.
we don't have an allergy to the eggs but image if we did.
I look forward to your response.
Kind regards

chicken breast from deli
On 19th August we purchased chicken breast from the deli section. Today I went to use it for dinner and noticed they scanned the incorrect item for the price.
The package was labelled short cut bacon instead of chicken breast. Our receipt shows no chicken breast and only bacon which is double the price at $17.00 kilo.
I have receipt and photos of item to prove.
woolworths coconut water
I bought a Woolworths branded Coconut water from you today, took it to work and started drinking. It was fizzy and tasted off and I immediately had others check it to see what they thought. We all decided it was off and to throw it out. When I did I noticed mould leaking all through the back of the bottle and now I'm feeling quite sick. I'm really, really unimpressed that this wasn't picked up by the staff and was sold with the degree of mould it had on the side. This is really, really disgusting and I'm feeling quite sick. I'd like to hear that these are being checked and that this is being resolved. Please call me back on [protected].
online delivery
So disappointed waited around all morning for my shopping only to call this morning and find out my order was canceled. Apparently i had gone on my account yesterday and amended it, all i done was go on to check the time of my delivery. I never once cancelled my order and was never send an email or text stating my order had been canceled. Iam now left with no food and no money all to be told that there is nothing i can do but wait. The guy on the phone had no sympathy and stated all my items are still in my cart! great i dont have the money to buy them now. I now have to wait 3-4days for a refund and no replies.
new and completely unnecessary plastic wrapping for donuts
To whom it may concern,
My name is [removed]. Once a week for several years now, I've enjoyed picking up a donut from the Woolworths Petrol Station on Wellington Road, Clayton - just near my work. Up until recently, I could simply just pick the donut up from the bread shelf and eat as is. Now, they all come in a plastic wrap.
Way to pick the worst time in history to add plastic wrap to a product that absolutely does not need it. Not only have you disregarded all of the environmental implications that are up in lights on the news every night, but now you're actually charging 50c more per donut ($2.50 > $3) - presumably due to the plastic.
Against my moral compass, I bought one final donut the other day, justifying it to myself as being the last one. I felt instant regret, as when I pulled the plastic off the donut, it pulled off all of the icing (see photo attached). So not only is it (a) horrible for the environment and (b) more expensive and less attractive for customers, but also (c) it actually ruins the product. I will not be purchasing any more.
I'd implore you to reconsider your decision and remove the plastic. I don't want to take to social media but will happily do so.
Kind regards,
[removed]
I believed this to be an official gateway to make a complaint for Woolworths. I didn't realise it was an independent website. Now that the complaint has been posted with my name and details, which I otherwise wouldn't have provided, I can't delete the complaint. Would like to resolve this privately with Woolworths.
ege fillet steak
Photos below speak for themselves.
How does this meat even get passed to packaging?
Loose clumps of rolled up fat were also on the meat. Both pieces of meat were extremely poor quality. Eye fillet meat is a high-quality meat but the pieces in this packet wouldn't even pass for the lowest cut of meat.
The first fillet taken out of the packaging was cut into as shown in the photo. Both had a lot of fat running through the meat.
Photo of packaging with date is included
woolworths mobile global roaming pack
I purchased the above on July 11, 2018 at Woolworths Belmont WA as I was going overseas. I did not use the pack as I did not use the phone at all whilst overseas. On returning to Perth I visited the Belmont store on Friday 17th August 2018 to request a refund (the pack was intact as purchased) and was informed that Woolworths do not refund anything to do with mobile purchases. I checked the receipt and this information is not stated, there is no sign at the Service Desk to this effect and this statement was not communicated verbally at the time of purchase. I have also checked the terms and conditions of Woolworths purchases and there is no reference to the effect that Mobile Global Roaming Packs are non-refundable. I would like the purchase price of $29.00 Cash to be refunded as the pack was purchased in good faith and returned in its original condition.
caffitaly coffee capsules, 2 bean strength
Have been buying the coffee capsules since they come into your store, unfortunately have been through 3 machines and 2 milk frothers in that time but that is not my concern in this instance. We are starting to get quite a few capsules that are not working properly. The taste of the coffee is very very weak as though either it does not have enough product in the capsule or the machine has an intermittent fault. To be honest I believe it to be the capsules as we can have 2 cups made directly after each other and one is fine while the other tastes like brown bath water...not that i know how that actually tastes lol. Might be worth tightening up the qc on the manufacture side a bit. I understand this is a cheaper alternative to other products but am considering changing our brand as that morning coffee needs to be right every time 😁
staff at self checkout section
I had a terrible experience at woolworths Burwood Westfield. I've bought some goods at coles and put them in my shopping bag. So when I bought something at woolworths and prepare to pay at self check out section, it's ok to me that woolworths' staff ask me to see my bag. But this staff was really rude and almost screaming at me. After I showed her my coles' receipt, she even asked ‘is coles open now?' For the God sake, it's 12 pm Sunday! I felt offened and I think she is a racist! I will never shop at woolworths again!
horrible customer service to an elderly customer
Hi this morning approximately around 9:15am I was at the check out, when I heard an elderly male customer ask the employee a question about the price of hes cream buns.
The sweet lovely employee at check out who was approximately 40 years old replied let me double check for you.
The employee then walked towards the customer service desk to ask both ladies working, when the employee raised her voice and shouted towards both the customer and the check out lady "no they're $4!"
The elderly man sweetly replied, "the baker said he would sell them to me for $2."
The lady behind the customer service desk rudely shouted, "No! They are $4."
The elderly man looked confused and replied again "the baker told me they were $2." She definitely spoke extremely rude, almost arguing with the elderly customer. She just stood behind the counter speaking with so much attitude, with a stern and unfriendly voice. The confused customer then said, "I will go ask the baker" that's when I realised the elderly man had a disability and limped all the way to the opposite end to the bakery section. To me, that customer service was appalling. She at least could have got down for the counter and walked to the bakery herself. Unfortunately I did not get name from her name badge, although I can explain her discription; very tall, large build, ginger/blonde hair, approximately 30-35 years old. I was disgusted in the way she spoke to the elderly male customer, especially standing there watching him struggle to walk all the way to the bakery. Thank you so much, I hope there is a resolution to this, as it was inappropriate customer service.

wild hibiscus flowers in syrup
Website said this product was available at Newton store, but when I turned up nobody in the store could help me find it, even after checking out the back. Store closed, wasted my time, couldn't go elsewhere after spending ages trying to find it. It should not be a major project to find a single item no matter what it is. I was very pissed off to put it politely. Get your act together woolworths. Don't have your system show that you've got something available at a particular store when you don't. I could have gone elsewhere and not had my plans for the night spoiled. Ridiculous.
caramel crown biscuits
we buy our shopping from Woolworths Cootamundra every week and on a few occasions now we have had out of date food items now these food items have sometimes been on special and sometimes full price, it seems this woolworths puts things on special when they are out of date instead of telling people they are out of date and putting them as a discount special at a reduced price which it should be these people at this woolworths have now given my boy diarrhea from eating these biscuits that are two weeks out of date I am on one income and I cant afford this to happen every week and now I have brought hydration drinks to help the diarrhea more out of pocket im so sick of this happening I cant afford this and I also had orange juice daily company that made me dry reach a few weeks ago and was told they were going to send me a gift card which I never received, which is annoying when some one says something and doesn't do it this needs to be fixed get some one into coota and find out whats happening before you kill some one
woolworths truck driving from mount barker to / through strathalbyn
6.40 pm was when a Woolworths truck number 204 reached strathalbyn Thursday night 16/8/18 the truck left from mount Barker I caught up to it just near the mount Barker hospital and it did not pull over to let 13 odd cars past at all knowing that just past wistow to Strath is a main freeway type road and very hard to overtake as its peak hour traffic! There are a couple places the truck could have pulled over or slowed right down on the right turn to Strath from wistow and nothing... This has happened twice in one week also happening on Monday night same time the 13th august. Very disappointed that these truck drivers are not respectful and mindful of this. So a frequent change between 80km to 100km all the way to strathalbyn.
Also the break light were not working properly either

customer service
hi I worked for woolworths for over 19 years and still shop there I am very proud to say I enjoyed my work with your company. I was finished up because of a back injury at work.
I enjoy still going in and doing my groceries there I cant find a reason to go anywhere else.
so 2 days ago I went with a friend to get 2 cases of 24s pack coke but because the display was so high and I couldn't lift it anyway I got terry from front end to call assistance. Michelle Smith was in the next isle with a tall man working but didn't come to help then terry called a few more times about 4 times I think when Debbie Sheppard came round the end to help but wouldn't serve me she grunted to me then put the coke cases into deloreses trolley and said something nasty to her and left. I then went to the check out and told terry but nothing was done . I am over being treated like a dog in this store. I have done nothing wrong nor will I stop shopping there . I need to know you will deal with this matter as its happening all the time. my name is Lorraine webber [protected] thank you.
