I have been going to the local post office but was informed that the goods were yet to be received by them. The delivery time is long overdue and the information I have on the AliExpress app is to contact the support team. However, there's no details of the support team or whoever to contact for this inconvenience.

with tracking number UE809624115YP was never delivered to me. Also after visiting my local post office told me that they haven't this parcel on their system at all. So how is it possible to be shown as delivered to the post and to the buyer? Maybe your tracking method isn't working as it should. We pre pay the products and now we have to apologize why we didn't received them? Fix the problem asap.
