Hello, this company Yanvven Express is the worst delivery service that you can get when you order from Temu, they don't even reply to any emails and Temu can't answer any questions! I wish I would've seen this site before ordering from them! because I've been waiting three weeks for the item I ordered off of Temu! and it's just very horrible that a consumer has to go through this long wait just for a simple order! their won't be a next time! forget Temu forever!

Quit waiting. The delivery service used falls under Temu’s responsibility; therefore, demand for a solution from them. If they don’t fix it request for your money back or another item, otherwise in case the matter is not resolved by Temu you can challenge the charge with the company that processed your payment. Do not engage Yanwen and Temu for future purchases.
