I am waiting for a parcel from China sent with Yanwen Company on December 16, 2017. I see on the Yanwen tracking page that the parcel (id: LP00089759110309) reached Italy (Malpensa Airport, near Milan) on January 05 1918. Unfortunately until today, Febrary 1st, it has not been delivered to me! I do not understand the reasons. What happened to the package? Where is it? I would like it to be delivered to me or at least to be informed...

im waiting to for a package from china, sent with yanwen company on january 15, 2018 to usa.. Tracking is uc024989071my and its show [protected]:00 in transit item arrived at usa... I need to know whats going on? where are the email comunications with yanwen company ? because fax didnt work! what kind of shipping company is this?

Yanwen hard to find a email address or some sort of online reporting. I have been waiting on a parcel since 27th Feb. It says that it has arrived in New Zealand, but yet the post service here cant track it. I have had other parcels that have been sent through Yanwen and they have arrived. But the looks of this page I am not the only one that is having issues
