Hello 1xbet,
Myself Karma, I have been scammed by 1xbet agent. I made a withdrawal amount of 1lakh rupees on 13th April 2024, as per 1xbet message withdrawal is successful completed on same day but it is still not credited in my bank account 22days gone. Looks like this is there common trick to scam people.
My experience with 1xbet customer support👇
Till today I have called 20/30 times and still continuously calling 1xbet customer support team and also sent 7 emails with the latest bank statements for their reference but no response from them at all.
Whenever, I talk to 1xbet customer support team firstly they are very rude on the call, mainly boys.
There will be no positive response always gives fake assurances like money will be refunded back in my 1xbet account or will be credited back in my bank account within 24hours.
Most of the time they tell me that my request is forwarded for investigation team call after 2hrs and when I call them after 2hrs they will asked y me to send the latest bank statements or to wait another 24hrs, this is a repeated process.
And If you ask more questions they will just disconnect the call.

Well, my complaint is about withdrawal not credited in my bank account already 26days gone.
On 13th April 2024 I have made 2 withdrawal request of amount INR 50,000 thousand each in HDFC bank and ICICI bank which is still not credited in my bank account. According to your app I got a message on same day 13th April 2024 where request is successfully completed.
I have been calling your 1xbet customer support daily till now I have made more than 20/30 calls and I have already sent 8 emails with bank statements but no use they always give fake assurance.
And I never got any reply nor an updates from your support team.
Please help me to get my withdrawal money.

Can you please give some updates as this is already been a 1months, my withdrawal amount is still not credited in my bank account.
In between I have shared all my required details latest bank statements and emails from both the banks to your support team.
I have been calling your Support team every day. Looks like they are not in position to help me or they don’t want too. They make lots of excuses, give false assurances and asked so many things to avoid this case. Every time I have to repeat my case on the call and have to share the bank statements after that nothing comes out.
Please let me know if this is scammed by your agent, I am mentally and physically exhausted. Please help
