1xBet review: 9730 inr withdrawal successful but not received 2

I already contacted 1xbet hundreds of time on e-mails. For my withdrawal of 9730 INR which was successful on 6 January & still not received. First they asked me for bank statements, when i provided them they asked for confirmation from bank, when i again provided them, they are now copy pasting the same thing. It is paid & raise issue in my bank again. This is not how things works, my bank statement shouting this loudly that i haven't received 9730 INR still how can they mail me same like a bot. I raised issue again they said receive bank can not raise the dispute on the same you need to raise dispute from sender bank.

Now what can i do, while withdrawing i entered my name in account number section & account number in my name section, so i believe because of wrong receipt withdrawal should have been rejected or because of that it stucked. It's 1xbet's duty to find the solution & contact in their bank with statements sended my me so that their bank can revert the amount back in sender's bank cuz i haven't received it till now & i can send statement again till date. But they are just irritating me without helping me by doing some of the hardwork. Thier customer service is very poor they can't tell their payment agent to complaint in his bank with my bank statement but they can irritate their regular user. It's been almost a month of sending mails & proofs, I feel helpless & this is giving me so much stress & anxiety.
