My 1xbet account /[protected]/ is being reviewed by the 1xbet security team for 24 days and blocked now.
During the verification, i followed every single instruction and submitted all requested documents such as selfies, id document, bank statement and etc.
On the 21st of November, the security team requested me to send a notarized copy of my national ID document to the following address via post.
(Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, C.P (zip) 44534, Apartado postal 33-01.)
I asked the security team if i could send my document with DHL paid postal service in order to deliver my mail liable and fast.
The security team replied to me that "Dear customer, in case you use a paid delivery service to send documents, you should use the following address:
"Guadalajara, Jalisco, México
Avenida. López Mateos Sur #8011 interior F
Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, colonia san Agustín Zip. 45645".
I have sent my document to the address above on 21st November. My mail package has already arrived at DHL sort facility in Guadarajala, Mexico.
But DHL is unable to deliver my mail package to this address because the street number in the consignee address is incorrect or does not exist.
I called DHL many times, but they are still requiring the correct address or contact number of the consignee.
1xbet Security department should give me the correct address or contact number. Or even they should contact DHL to pick up my mail package.
I wrote this situation to [protected]@1xbet-team.com, but they replied to me same answer and same address wich does not work.
Claimed loss: Emotional damage and wasted time.
Desired outcome: Finish verification and unblock account.
