This company is truly unbelievable everything is unprofessional..
Earlier I had a worst experience of deposit to get reflected in my account, they made to chase them with 15 email-mails or so
Then I my deposit
NOW
last Friday and Saturday I've done a deposit of
9000 & 2900 &1950 INR
Via UPI As they I seen a promotion mentioned saying 5 cashback bonus
Which i didn't got , hence as usual I followed up
From last 48 hours every advisor in call say request forward wait for the reply , and it's very obvious that wanted speaking rudely to avoid me call n nquire.. as customer service here in pathetic..
They simply say wait wait n wait...
I think if you no intention to give ,why these false promises of promotions !?
