1xBet review: Wrong bet result

Hi, i placed a bet on No Pentakills to be scored after 19.10 and 1xbet counted this as a loss (Picture 1).

However after checking with several stats site using Gol.gg and League official Pick-em by Riot Games, i found no Pentakills after 19.10 (Picture 2 and 3). I did email 1xbet support and got the replied "There's a Pentakills scored in Playoffs so the bet is counted as loss".

Here's my prove for There's no Pentakills in playoffs or after 19.10 as stated by 1xbet:

- In LoL Esports Pick-Em by Riot Games, they confirmed there are only 3 players that had Pentakills which are LLL.Route, BDS,Crownie and GAM.Slayder (Picture 2):

I have already contacted the support before and all they said that it was a loss without proper evidence and i'm here to stand my ground with my evidences.
