I have been meaning to write to you for a few months now because as you may or may not know the city of seattle has added a sugar tax on regular soda's and I drink diet soda's and have not run into this problem before, but at your west seattle location at 2429 harbor ave (and probably others) they are charging the exact same price for both. When I asked...

Goodday.. Salamat at godbless
service
Hello,
I have had nothing but problems with 4 different stores. In Calgary. I feel I have been ripped off by your staff. I'm also thinking about closing up my app and shut it off and delete it altogether
I was suppose to get my free coffee or Slurped, but I feel that when I wanted to use my free one when your staff say "Oh You Have too use it right away". But yet it says you have a year to redeem it. I was @ another store today which I had a coupon for a free medium which was no problem, but the sales clerk also punched in for 3 free medium coffees which was only for One. I lost my free one. Too me that was so full of [censored]. I love your guys coffee & slurpees, but when it comes to service sorry to say this but it Really Socks Big Time.
unethical behaviour
On December 2nd, 2018 I visited the 7/11 location at 124 Maple Avenue Norfolk Virginia to buy a tobacco product, milk, and muddy buddies. When the cashier, a "Mr. Vee" scanned my ID card, the machine alerted him that the ID was expired. I informed Mr. Vee that my card had been renewed, and that I was waiting for the card in the mail. I offered the go get my DMV temporary paper ID, which combined with the expired card is a valid license. When I offered this suggestion, Mr. Vee told me to leave the store and not come back. When I asked him why I had to leave the store, he began to hurl insults at me personally. That he didn't want to sell to "people like me." I asked him if I could just get the milk and snack, and he said no, he would refuse sale to me. I then asked him for his name and he responded by threatening to call the police. At this point I was feeling entirely disrespected and violated as I had not done anything to warrant the kind of hatred I received from Mr. Vee. I asked him and his coworker for the number to their manager, to which they both responded that they didn't know. When the police arrived I explained the situation and he helped me find the number to corporate 7/11 since the to employees had apparently no knowledge of their supervisors contact information, and no managerial information was posted in the store. This experience was very discouraging and hurtful, and I had never had an issue with this store before. Mr. Vee often works the night shift and has sold tobacco to me before. Sometimes he locks the front doors and has you request to be let in. It seems to me that his attitude about others may be detrimental to the reputation of 7/11. I truly hope his prominence in the company is reconsidered.
lotto
I went to a 7-Eleven in Westberry on old country Road I played $17 worth of Lotto numbers then I gave him a ticket to cash he asked me how much is it I told him $290 he said no it's too much I just put all my money in the bank I don't have money to pay you. I think that is so wrong he's happy to take my money to play numbers but when it comes to paying out he doesn't doesn't have the $$ WRONG!! NOT FAIR!

Dear Sir or Madam, I went into the store around 6:45pm on Saturday, December 1st, 2018. I went to redeem my free whole pie pizza. The gentleman who worked there was helpful. However, the African American woman (heavyset) was not helpful at all. In the past, she would tell me to "have a blessed day." That remark is unnecessary and rude! Today, as I wa...

This is the third time this month I have gotten a rock hard bun for my hot dog... It might not seem like much to you but it means a lot to me.. The fact that I work hard for my money to pay for my food and other things. What really bothers me is that the person that gave me the hot dog had to open the bun to put the hot dog in it. He knew they were rock hard and still gave them to me...

customer service
I have visited one of your stores 3 times on 700 Mt. Vernon Ave. Portsmouth, Va. that store is very unclean and twice in the morning there was no coffee. Last visit was Nov. 7, 2018 about 615am and they had no coffee at all. Most other times I arrive at the store on 600 Frederick Blvd. Portsmouth, Va. in the morning. Store is clean and no problem with the coffee. It is difficult to get gas there because there is always a tan Jeep Cherokee parked at the gas pump which belongs to a employee. The vehicle makes you circle around the island to get to another pump if available. This morning (11/10/18) at 515am, I tried to fill my car with gas but my debit card would not work at that particular pump. I went inside and ask the young man to try my card at the register. He ask me how much? I said don't know because I wanted to fill it up. I told him I could leave $40.00 as a cash deposit and then come back into the store to use my debit card. The fuel was $32.50 when finished. I came back into the store and he gave me back $7.50 change. I told him I did not want to pay cash and the 40.00 was a deposit. He told me it was too late. I was upset and left. I WILL NEVER visit another 7-11 store after the customer service I have received from both of these stores. David Moscopulos, [protected]

customers service about the 711 on 6110 n. pan am expressway san antonio.
My sister and I went into the store to purchase several items & @ 7:30 a.m. 11/8/20.1 of two employees which did not have a name tag was extremely rude as hell & rushing me, in front of all of all other customers. She also blocked me from trying to pay @ the register. People like the should not be in customer service. Of the 2 employees 1 was the assistant manager, & then it was her but without her name tag.
Scanning my license to buy cigarettes,
Scanning my license to buy cigarrettes, I'm 70 years old an you have no right to SCAN my license so you can sell my name etc. I told the manager she was violating my privacy rights. To buy cigarretes you must prove you are of legal age not give up my private information. This store is a newley refurbished Tedeschis store you bought and redid. The help is rude, and has no customer relations sense. This is a small town and word is your store sucks! Not friendly, basic stupid slow, confrontational. If this represents your corporate position will suffer greatly
If you need to scan my lic to assure that I am of legal age, you have major problems. The fact is you are stealing peoples privacy!
You will hear further.

Msyadu sila masungit. I am gradwaiting entrepreneur. I know the limitation of being employee and as a consumer.
corporate
This is the most unethical company I have ever seen in my entire life. The CEO does not deserve to be in the position he is in. It is time for a major change in management for this company. Instead of fixing the problems of the company they are only making them worse. Everything this company does makes you not want to work there. One unethical rule that the company has is that they do not let the franchisees close the store at all in the middle of the night. 7-Eleven is on the top of the list for a robbery target. Now we are just talking about the safety of the individuals working the night shift. Why put them in that kind of situation if you don't have to. I mean how many sales do you really have in the middle of the night. What is more important, making money of the life of your employees? This company used to be so fun to work for but they really went down hill. It is an absolute joke right now!
gas quality
We have a 2017 Toyota Corolla. After getting gas at the Camarillo on 255 Carmen Drive, our car's computer sensor went crazy and our transmission was stuck. The car was hot and we hd to stop several times for it to cool down. By the time we got home, the check engine light went on. The next day we took the car to a shop and after an extensive check up determined that the gas was so dirty that it clogged up our car. We spent time and money on the check up and we will have to change our transmission oil for even more. Someone needs to inspect the gas at this location!
711 on river street, haverhill massachusetts
When coming home or during my night shift I normally stop by my local 711 to get a drink and sometimes fuel up. But allot of times I go and a certain worker always locks the door when doing inventory not allowing me to come in and purchase anything. I understand it's hard multitasking but I think she still needs to hold 711 up to their corporate standards(atleast if store is advertised as 24 hours) and the companies expectations shouldn't be held short because of one or two employees that can't manage their time properly. verizon refill card
Clerk refused to sell me a Verizon refill card for no reason so I was forced to find another 711 in which they sold me a refill card and commented that the other clerk just didn't want to sell me a refill card. I don't understand why the clerk didn't want to sell me the card but this isn't the first time I've had problems with the same clerk. I really hope that this problem can be resolved because this behavior isn't acceptable.
being harassed by a manager
On october 21, in the am hour I was thrown out of 55 west 7 eleven by a manager later identified as tony. He became irate after watching me and my girlfriend debate over what brand of chips to get. My girlfriend politely advised him that we was ok after he began to hell for me to leave the store and tried to wrestle the bag of chips from me. The chips burst open while me and the manager was tugging them back and forth and that's when he became more enraged and grabbed me by the arm and forcibly shoved me out the store while screaming he would beat my white crackers [censored]. This manager tony should not be intervening in customers personal discussions and he should not be forcibly evicting paying customers out of the store and in a racially charged manner. Please reprimand this guy.
customer service
This is the second time that I have made a complaint on 711 . I tried to tell the manager of the store about his associates. The individuals working in this store are extremely rude. I went to 711 with my grandson and we purchased a couple of items upon leaving the store my grandson told the associate thank you at least 5 time she looked in his face and rolled her eyes, we left the store but her nonchalant attitude made me turn around come back and let her know how rude she was to my grandson.
I've been coming to this 711 for over 20 years and have never been treat with such disrespect since the store has new management. If your going to serve the community you need to know how to respect all people.

Disgusting racists at 7-eleven in florida on Richard Charles Blvd in debary fl. Was waiting for someone and was stared at for 10 minutes then asked to leave the parking lot and told i should not be waiting outside there store and that i have to buy something. IT'S SO TIRING DEALING WITH RASCISM IN 2018 ALREADY! GROW UP PEOPLE!
coffee
I went to the 7-11 on Ospika and 5th this morning. All the coffees were either out or flashing "0". I made my own pot of coffee while she watched me and when I came up to the till she made me pay for my refill. There was no "thank you" for making coffee or have a nice day. I was not very happy since both employees did not seem to care about me as a customer. I am a regular customer who buys a lot of food and drinks and now I am not sure I want to go there anymore
