false advertising on blue bell ice cream
This is the 2nd time BRIANA (sic) has removed an advertised sale card on BLUE BELL. It rung up $2.99, was on sale for 2/ $5..She tells me it shouldn't be on sale, I don't have any ice cream on sale. So when I showed her the display, she removes the card AGAIN! And tells me that KIMBERLY, the store manager, won't allow her to override ANYTHING IN THE STORE, EVEN IF IT RINGS UP INCORRECT! Now I know that one doesn't have to have a degree to become employed at 7/11, but the individual must be able use common sense.. I would like a refund x2 and for 7/11 cashiers to be competent and utilize common sense when ringing up frequent customers. That is all.
speakout handset
On September 14, I purchased a Figo Virtue III handset from your SpeakOut website. It arrived September 19, and out of the box the screen malfunctioned. I contacted the customer support number, and they refused to help me in any way - they gave me a series of incorrect URLs to contact Figo, but refused to actually help me return the phone.
A company needs to stand behind its products! Saying "we didn't build the phone" is not acceptable.
I originally wanted to get a replacement handset (possibly an upgrade), but now I want to return the handset.
I am reporting bad judgment and sexist comments
I walked in the 7 eleven with my two year old boy, and went straight to the drink fountains, as I was finding a lid to put on my cup the old guy manager working quickly became rude and disrespectful. "you dont know how to raise your kid?, look at him he's making a mess.." mind you, I hadn't even had time to put my lid on my drink to even put the cups my two year old son had back. The conversion quickly turned into an argument and he kicked me out the store. It was so disrespectful as a manager to start the comment out like that. As a manager, myself, I know what its like to have customers with kids that make a mess.. And there's a correct way to approach that situation. I was being verbally attacked with statements like "you little kids out here having babies and dont know how to raise them..." I short but I am not a little girl. I handle my responsibilities just like the next adult does. "your [censor]ing stupid get the [censor] out my store!..." such horrible horrible service!
service
On 9/19/17 @ 10:45 pm
I park on the side of the 7 eleven on eastern and bonanza to put air in my tired. I noticed an older make come out of the store about to trow away boxes at the dumpster. I send my child to ask if the air pump works, as my child approaches the male clerk, the clerk lights up a cigar, my child comes back saying he is smoking weed so he didn't ask, so I then approached the man, even though he smells like marijuana I ignore it and ask if the air machine works, his reply "I'm off today" then walks away from me into the store, I thought he was working but he did not have a uniform on, but the man came back out to throw more trash out, I was confused and agree at the sametime.
Weither he was lieing about working or not, he still was very mean while smoking marijuana on the property is very unprofessional and disrespectful to 7eleven image. If you go there please avoid the old male clerk there, I don't know his name but he has tattoos on neck and arms, grey facial hair, warning he will PISS YOU OFF!
diesel fueling area
The 7-11 in Charlotte, NC on Little Rock Road seems to not care about truck drivers. The diesel pumps are frequently down or EXTREMELY slow pumping. The trash is rarely dumped and the pay at the pump receipt machine is usual out of paper. There are only 4 pumps and 1 has been totally down for almost 6 months now. This is the ONLY diesel fueling station for big trucks in that area. I've been going to this station for more than 20 years and since it has become a 7-11, it's a thorn in my side. The employees are rude, bathrooms nasty, I hate stopping there, but as it's the only place I have to fuel my truck I'm stuck.
service
7 Eleven at the Corner of Bonanza and Eastern in las vegas. 9/18/2017
I get to the register where an older woman clerk named Doriss was very rude to me, asked about buying a bus pass, she raises her voice at me like I'm a child, saying "WE DON'T SELL BUS PASSES" I asked about the Grey Hound tickets, she then yells at another clerk, cursing, then asks me if I was deaf, "I don't sell anything bus passes, and asks for the next customer in line. Another woman clerk named tony tried to assist Doriss, who by the way SMELLS LIKE ALCOHOL, told me to hurry up! Very rude service! The women workers there are TERRIBLE! I will NEVER SHOP there again.
product and service
I always only go to the 711 on Oleander Ave. The employees they are always very loud talking on there cell phones, they have there little kids behind the counter working on the register and on the store floor as well as customers cooking food in there oven they always run out of product for days the reason why I'm not going to this store ever again ! I hope that actions will be taken by corporate !
sexual assault and harassment by employee
Approximately 11:00pm. Sept 17th 2017 Myself and my 12 year old son walked to a 7 11 location on 6th and havana. Aurora colorado 80010. To by some snacks. When we walked in, there was an associate at the cash register. We walked to the back of store by the freezer and noticed a second associate in the freezer stocking sodas. My son walked to the slurpy machine and I walked around the back of the store by the freezers looking at the pre packed frozen meals.. The second associate in the back started talking to me asked me. What i was looking for.. I said im looking for something to eat. He then said. "I will buy you something". I laughed. He then said " come here into the freezer pick what you want and i will buy it for you. He walked into the freezer and i followed behind him. I was standing by the freezer door, inside the freezer. I pointed at a bottle of squirt. I walked out the freezer and continued to shop for what i came for. I put my items on the counter and went back to the back of the store to grab some pizza rolls, the second associate stuck his head put the freezer and handed me a 1 liter bottle of squirt and 20$ out of his wallet. He said " bring me my change back for the soda".. My son and i met back up and walked to the counter to pay for my items. With my money. And purchased the squirt and large slurpy with the 20$ dollars he handed me. I walked to the back of the store to give him his change back. The associate was in the freezer, i handed him his change and he shut the freezer door grabbed me... And tried to kiss me. He stuck his hands up the back of my sweater. Under my bra. I spun around.. He had his hands in my sweater grouping my breats down my pants. He attempted to pull down my pants. He would not let me leave the freezer. I eventually got out the freezer and left with my son.

Orlando, FL 32810
If I could rate this store with no stars I would. The man named "Peter", ( I put quotations around Peter because he didn't seem too sure about his name) who claimed to be the "owner", is very disrespectful. We are only a couple days after hurricane Irma, so I understand that convenience stores and roads are going to be very hectic for a while. However, that is no excuse to be rude to a customer. I was on my lunch break and decided to eat chic-fil-a, which is located directly next to the 7-11 (Literally, within 15 seconds walking distance) and get gas. All food places are extremely busy right now so the lines were circling in every direction. I figured that I could get gas and wait for a chicken sandwich. I walked 10 yards away from my car to see if the lobby was open (which it was not) and hear a man condescendingly saying "Sweetheart, you can't park there". I immediately apologized and explained to him that I was on my lunch break and was hoping to get both chic-fil-a and gas, that I was not planning on leaving my car there. He then said that he will tow my car if I leave it unattended (which by the way was virtually impossible due to the amount of traffic congregating around his gas station) but I was completely understanding and continued to try and purchase gas like I said I was. As I am trying to get gas, another gentleman, who I presume also had an issue with "Peter", continued walking by and he yelled at him by saying "HEY BLACK GUY!". During this time, I tried swiping my card 3 times but his machines were not functioning correctly. So I alerted him that the card reader was not working and he told me to go inside. I tried one last time to swipe as a credit instead of debit and he then stated with a smart alecky tone that if I am a regular from employment in the area and I park there that he will tow my car and that it is people like me that cause problems. ( I don't understand what "people like me" means because I am a professional Mechanical Engineer that is ALWAYS polite, respectable, and reasonable) At this point I was already purchasing gas so he did not need to keep bothering me. I don't think he understood that under normal traffic circumstances I would still have gotten gas and continued to the drive thru, that I only walked away to see if the lobby was open. I then responded to him by saying, if I am a customer, that he could not tow my car and he continued on making rude remarks under his breath. I was about to walk inside the 7-11 and he stops me, so I said "Sir, I am not being a nuisance, I am not trying to get chic-fil-a, I'm just getting gas." Rather than letting me go inside he told me that I was a nuisance. So I asked him if he was the owner and for his name. He did not like the fact that I asked him for his name and asked me to leave the property and would not let me purchase gas. He also made the snarky remark that I was not allowed to return to his property. So I prompted by asking him if I could have that on video recording. There are two men I have as witnesses with their contact information as well as a picture identification of the man. I didn't further argue or instigate with "Peter", I simply left. The only reason I feel inclined to write this review is because I have never felt as disrespected as I did by this owner who is supposed to be in customer service. I know he doesn't need my business but ill-mannered men such as himself should not have the same business as a hard working polite man.
Also, I am multi-racial and due to his treatment of ONLY me and the other gentleman, I could consider this racial profiling!
Not a very nice man!
employee
I go quite often to the 7/11 on Fredericksburg Rd about three block up the street from my house. There are two employed cashiers an older lady Jill and a mid-age man named Adam. Also have a person late at night who's body odor is getting out of control. Walking up to the register while he is working is complete torture. They both reaped of straight hard liquor and I'm just assuming that they had alcohol in their big gulp cups. I was told by former and current employees that the owner pays random people to come stock his drink cooler and she also stands outside after she is done and beg everybody for money at the pump and walking in and out the store. Dirty floors and parking lot. Drink machine area always a mess when i walk in.
lottery tickets
Every day I go to the same 7-Eleven around 2 o'clock in the afternoon I buy a drink I buy my Powerball tickets and to scratch tickets I paid with my debit card I go in tonight and your mat night management tells me you cannot buy with debit card I tell him I buy it all the time with debit card he tells me there is no way I Tell him yes it should not matter what how I pay for it
cannot buy any lottery with a debit or credit card. Its the law. you should have never been able to in the first place
music too loud/nuisance
I am very disappointed with the new trend of 7-Eleven playing very loud music outside of the 7-Eleven store on the intersection of Illinois and State Street in Chicago. The music is so loud it can be heard inside the building on the other side of the block. It is constant and distracting for anyone who passes by, and for people who have to endure it while at work during the day. I am sure there is a law somewhere where businesses are not allowed to play music so loudly, and it is clearly not meant for their customer enjoyment (at this volume). Further, it is almost as if music is meant to deter people from lingering around that corner of the street. Please stop playing music.
Do they play it at night or day only?
The noise ordinance is only for daytime I think.
manager of store 81, named karen
I don't like to go here any more because of the manager and her attitude. She hardly smiles and she's very brusque. I've had to wait for minutes as she types in her computer or looks at something more important than a customer. She always makes me feel unwelcome and like I'm a bother. If she weren't so hateful and rude maybe I'd find 7 Eleven a comfortable place to go but because of her I prefer to stay away from the company entirely.
the worker was not going to clean pizza machine
Since the employee denied to clean the machine I had to buy it and take it home to cook but following the instructions on how to cook it in a conventional oven for 17 to 19 minutes on 450 F. The bottom was burnt to a point of it not being able to eat I am very unhappy with the way that the 711 is being run. Also the employees were very ignorant and rude.
I complain about the service
Hi My name is Jah Manalocon, and I would like to report/complain about this service crew here at 7-11 ROTOBDA, PASIG CITY.
I always buy food or stuffs here at 7-11 since it's near my place, but everytime I buy the service crew here is so arrogant, they usually have this non-friendly and bully kind of expresions
And they dont always give a receipt.
I didn't know the name of this particular crew coz he's not wearing any name tags, but today Sept. 11 2017 at around 1:25am-2am I bought a food, and I told him that I'll have the food inside the store, but after 10-15mins or so, he called my attention telling me that my order was ready, but he put it in a paper bag, I told him that it's "for here." So I dont need the bag. So when I was about to go to my table, He made this paper bag into a "balloon" and popped it, I got shocked at the loud sound that it created and almost flinched. Such an arrogant and very bad customer service. Aside from the fact that he didn't gave my receipt. He didn't wore his name tag so I could address him properly. And I always see COCKROACHES AT THIS 7-11 STORE. I hope that they'll be reminded what the REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT.
would not allow me to make a purchase
I live next to this 7-Eleven and go several times a week. This evening, I went inside with my six-year-old son. I wanted to purchase two drinks and a few Tic Tac candies. After waiting in line I went to make my purchase and the gentleman working there said the system was down. I offered to pay cash and he said, "no it will not scan." I offered to pay over the amount for just one drink ($2 for one of those Guava drinks that cost around $1.69). I would've given 3 dollars just so my son could have a drink because we just went on a long walk. I was polite and never lost my temper or anything so that isn't the reason I wasn't served. I am mostly upset because I go there so frequently.
terrible customer service
Two woman at store in tacoma Washington (3922 Portland ave) were extremely rude . I go here all the time and these woman over charged me and refused to give me their names. They were talking and laughing and weren't paying attention to what i was asking and I asked for 5 taquitos and she only gave me 4 but since I left the store without looking because I had so much stuff in one bag they couldn't do anything about it. Terrible Customer Service I've ever had.
employee
My 70 year old mother and I just left a 7-Eleven in Santa Ana, CA South Coast Metro on MacArthur Blvd. We have never been treated with such disrespect as we were treated tonight. My mom wanted to know where the expiration date was on a bag of snacks. The employee said not to worry they are fresh, maybe in LA they aren't. She then took the bag and circled with a blue pen some letters telling us it says 2017. Which it did not. Then she said you can buy them or not. If you don't want them don't buy them. Then she just became unglued. She escalated a situation in which she should of desescalated. WE are the customers buying from your store. We've lived in this community for over 40 years, way before you all even thought about building a 7-Eleven. There is more to say and if I need to file a formal legal complaint I will. We deserve an apology from this employee. Thank You

Just left 7 eleven store 20305 600 3rd ave, San Mateo Ca..8:45pm Monday Labor day.when I went in There was a line of about 10 people ahead of me. I saw one employee working while the other was looking at his phone acting as though he was fixing the coffee. I asked him if he could help his co worker and he replied "I am fixing this". After that he pulled his phone out again. I left after asking the other employee the store number. He told me it was 20305 and I got the address off of the store. It is either 600 3rd ave or 600 Deleware. Thank You
