Buraahhh I know what you mean! 7-11 Hawaii is ripping people off bigtime right now! People been using their refillable mug for decades (52oz). The old cups even have it written on the side (if it hasnt rubbed off due to age). Anyway they introduced a new refill policy. Before you NEEDED THEIR 7-11 refillable mug/cup (that we had to pay for $10-$13). Now the new policy (posted on soda fountain machine) is can use ANY CUP 52oz and lower is 1.59 refill (used to be 1.29). Anything over 53oz dramatically jumps to the 100oz refill mug price of 2.99. Now here’s where the scam is. 7-11s Newest Recent 2022 Refillable Mugs where purposely made a lil bigger (64oz the new red version) so that they can force the 2.99 rate on everyone. But the really messed up part is because it’s a similar design type to the old 52oz refill mug, if you try to use the OG 7-11 52oz mug THEY STILL CHARGE YOU 2.99! 7-11 is LITERALLY RIPPING OG PATRONS OFF THAT BOUGHT THEIR OFFICIAL REFILL 52oz mug (ALL previous versions) and forcing the new 2.99 rate on all 7-11 refill mugs. At that point you might as well burn these cups and just grab the 100oz cup cuz that’s the price youll be paying anyway. I already returned all their refill mugs due to them not honoring the true price of THEIR OWN 52oz mugs and policy LOL UNREAL! And the workers no give a dam, they just say that’s what they being told to charge. If you like prove them wrong tell them to fill up their new red mug with water, then tell them to dump it into your og 7-11 52oz mug and WATCH WHAT HAPPENS. MAJOR OVERFLOW CUZ THAT NEW RED CUP IS 64OZ ON PURPOSE TO FORCE THE 2.99 RATE. It’s absolutely insane they ripping everybody off in broad daylight. Best thing you can do is find a 52oz cup that has it stamped into the cup or written on it. That’s the only way to avoid getting price gouged from 7-11s new scam.

Yes I agree I just went to 7-11 near Sand Island and the male cashier was trying to get me to pay 3.45 for 2 refill cups. In the back on the soda fountain it says up to 63 ounces 1.99 and then you look a little more up and it says 64 Oz. to 100 Oz. Is 3.45 my cup is 52 Oz. So I told him NO U RIPPING ME OFF. I SHOULD ONLY PAY 1.99 FOR 1 REFILL CUP 🥤🥤 (I HAD 2 CUPS) HE CHARGED ME ALMOST 7.00 FOR 2 REFILLS I SAID IM NOT PAYING THAT. I TOLD HIM GO LOOK AT THE FOUNTAIN IN THE BACK OF THE STORE IT LITERALLY SAYS THE PRICE. 🙄 NOW I AM ON THE 7-11 WEBSITE CHECKING AND GUESS WHAT I WAS RIGHT AND HE WAS TRYING TO RIPP ME OFF SO STUPID P.S. I HAD THE SAME ARGUMENT WITH HIM BEFORE SAME THING HE IS GOING TO GET SMMACKKED ONE DAY HE TRY THAT WITH A FATHER OF 5 KIDS.

The two Hispanic women who work in 7 eleven located at 6570 Coventry way Clinton Maryland 20735 are very disrespectful and do not honor the prices they advertise. We were charged $4.79 each for three bags of chips. However, they advertise $3.79 for their Lays Salt & Vinegar chips and Plain chips. They advertise $4.29 for their Doritos. They are seriously...

7-Eleven Reward Points

There is an employee at the Ft Worth Drive and I35 store in Denton Texas. She works the second or third shift. She was seen putting in her phone number instead of giving time for the customer to put their number in, or if the customer doesn't have one she doesn't offer to help or tell them about the reward points she puts in her own number. My husband witnessed her doing this to the person in line in front of him and to him. That to me is stealing. We bought the items, we paid for them not her

Desired outcome: I think that she needs to have points taken from her. She didn't get them the way she should.

I had the exact same issue here in San Antonio. Then, on another order I was charged $97.10 for a 32.00 order. I made a refund request on the app but was told I have to go through the fraud department. Apparently they failed to mention you need a map, GPS, night vision goggles, a tracking dog, the TX National Guard, a wish bone from a thanksgiving turkey, the cast of the movie Hocus Pocus, Santa, the Easter bunny, whatever God you believe in, birthday candles, and patience before you can get someone to tell you they are “sorry” and cannot do anything about it. I’m certain that qualifications to be a customer service representative for 7-11 are like public school sports; everyone gets to play. Then, they locked my account for fraud….? I told them they are literally the ones committing fraud! #Jesus take the wheel

At approximately 12am on 25APR2022, I purchased a carton of Marlboro Ultra Light Menthol cigarettes and two small Reses cups from 7-11 located at 2410 Antelope Road. I paid with a credit card ending in 2886 ($95.00) and also entered my phone number for reward points. Cashier asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no. When I got home and opened the first...

7-Eleven Extreme rudeness caught with my body cam

It was 3:10pm April 14,2022, the store I'm going to for 20 plus years now has this supposed manager I love doing nothing but nice to every time I got in there she never greets the customer extremely rude. Makes you wait while she talks to other employees well today when she got rude with me and told me that the thing I was asking for "does it look like she has"all I said to her was you do not have to be rude literally those words. Then I was booty from the store comb as ever not rude not confrontational her name is Erica Abilene and someone else 7th and butternut all the time she's super rude to me all the time payment today and I got all caught on my body cam so of course you going to try to say I was being out of pocket but not the case

Desired outcome: We need a new manager at the store or she needs to be demoted or something this is getting ridiculous I mean 20 years daily but until something is done i boycott 7 11 you should too

7-Eleven Unfair treatment

important that I give as much context to this situation as possible. The incident in question happened on March 30, 2022 when I went to work from 2 pm to 10 pm at 336 College Park Road Store.

Ms. Ruth knew that I had just moved back from Tennesse in March of 2021 from a domestic violence situation, that I had lost my car, and then my father passed away in July after a month-long battle with dementia and organ failure. I was his primary caregiver up until he passed away.

I got the job in December of 2021. When I was hired it was for the 6 am to 2 pm shift. I told Ms. Ruth that once I had transportation I would move on to the third shift but I made it clear I did not have a car of my own. She scheduled me for the third shift immediately. I was living with my youngest daughter at the time. Ms. Ruth was aware of this as well and I made her aware when I became homeless at the beginning of March. Due to my living arrangements, I was struggling with anxiety. I suffer from PTSD, depression, and an anxiety disorder. This is vital context for the event on March 30th and context that Ms. Ruth and the rest of the management at the store were fully aware of.

On the day of March 30th, I went to work and ended up having a massive panic attack. I was working with Billy Land, the assistant manager. Despite being fully aware of my situation, Billy Land began barking orders at me louder and louder. He belittled and mocked me. He yelled at me in front of customers, calling me slow and mocking me when I could not move or speak quickly to answer his verbal harassment. I went to Ms. Ruth to discuss the situation and she told me to "get over it." She left and Billy's verbal abuse became worse. When I was noticeably upset and shaking he made the comment "it's nothing to commit suicide over".

Ms. Ruth gave me four days off following this incident. I ended up needing an additional two days off. I tried calling her and texting her and got no response. I was beyond shaken. Billy Land created a toxic, hostile work environment and Ms. Ruth allowed it. After the day working with Billy and the events I went to her about, Ms. Ruth took me fully off of the schedule and told me that she couldn't have me working for 7Eleven after I requested to be transferred to a different store away from Billy.

When I needed my manager to advocate for me, as her employee, she retaliated rather than address the ableism and misogyny in her employee. I worked hard for 7Eleven despite the limitations and struggles in my personal life and no one deserves to be treated the way I was by Billy Land and by extension Ms. Ruth.

7-Eleven Overcharging

We went to a store and purchased a bottle of water, 2 red bulls, and a chocolate milk. The red bulls were 2 for $5 the chocolate milk was $2...so either she over charged and pocketed the money, or the bottle of water was $13. Which I find highly unlikely. On top of that she refused to give me a receipt

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a refund and I feel like the employee should be audited

7-Eleven Winfield crush blue cigarette fraudulent

Hello dear sir/madam, I have been smoking winfield crush blue from last 3 years. So recently I have purchased pack of cigarettes winfield crush blue from one of 7eleven store yesterday 7 March 2022 in western Sydney but when I had it I felt something wrong in taste and then I light up next one it was the same too, tastes like cheap menthol wrapped under winfield label. After that I went straight over to shell service station bought a same pack of winfield crush blue and that was fine. I purchased another packet today 8 march 2022 from different 7 eleven and it’s same as yesterday fraudulent product.

So I need to know why 7eleven selling fraudulent cheap cigarettes for expensive price. I have kept that original cigarettes packet on safe side to pursue in court to get it tested.

7-Eleven Nachos

My issue with 7-11 nachos, in addition to other issues, is the use of canola oil in the cheese bags. This toxic is sludge is so noxious that even cattle won't eat it. I used to love their nachos. Canola oil is being hyped as this great healthy oil and nothing could be further from the truth. It tastes horrible and is one of the most "sticky" oils you can put in your body. It was originally developed as an industrial lubricant. Oh, yeah, and stop frying the chips in it, too.

Desired outcome: Return to the use of less disgusting oils.

NOTHING they could do about crediting me the $2.50 for the inconvenience yet again!

7-Eleven Scanning for Jill or tobacco to a person that is obviously 50 years old

Wow checking out at the counter and asking for some Juul refills The attendant on duty asked for a Florida license in order to scan it to ensure I was over 21 when I have a gray beard and I’m obviously over 49 years old. The lady could not get the scanner to read the back of the license. After five minutes of standing there looking stupid as well as she decided to leave as my quick stop just to get something on my way to an appointment turned into a fiasco. Your company needs to upgrade their equipment and train their people on how to use Siri equipment that they have or they get upgraded to if it is to be that they have to scan and if it won’t scan then they will not sell you the product even though I am obviously over 49/50 years old. She did not ask for help from anyone, nor did she try to move to a different register, she just would not sell the product even though I was older or as old as she was because she can read that on my license so if she can read it on the license she should be able to type it in. Effing ridiculous!

Desired outcome: Could care less, I will not shop at a 7/11 again ever

7-Eleven Nacho cheese

When I was pregnant with my first child in 2018, my only craving was 7-Eleven nachos. I ate it almost everyday! Now pregnant with my 2nd, I am once again craving 7-Eleven nachos but the original recipe. This new recipe is nasty. Tastes worse than the Campbell's Fiesta cheese soup. So disappointing & I really want the original cheese sauce. I can't find any corner store that comes even close to it. I've been eating 7-Eleven nachos since I was in kindergarten. I'm now in my thirties.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL RECIPE!

Desired outcome: I wish they would bring the original recipe back!

7-Eleven Lottery

The store is 930 s Atlantic ave Daytona Beach Florida. The problem is a specific employee working at 8 pm on Tuesday February 1. He refuses to handle lottery tickets. When he is there alone you can’t play lottery at this store. I live across the street from this store and it is a convenience for my family. We play lottery everyday and when this employee is working, I have to get in the car and drive to another store. The employee is rude and told my husband to bad no lottery and get out of my store. This is unacceptable. Please resolve!

Desired outcome: Train all employees and require them to do the job.
