I was on the que as a customer until it was my chance to be assisted. I was collecting a Laybye and I also needed to exchange a pair of boots the size was small. Right on the till I was told to go back again and que again. The cashier was rude and ignorant, why push me aside like I jumped the que to the first meanwhile I fairly qued to request for a Laybye and exchange a pair of boots.
The service is bad.
Please correct this, Ackermans Phalaborwa staff is deeply rude to customers
