Good morning. I am a government employee working at a hospital next to jabulani mall. As an essential worker who has been on duty through out this lockdown I have not been dinied entering the any shop except for achermans. I went there during my lunch time to get few clothes for my infant. The security refused for me to enter the shop I therefore asked for the manager to get clarity but she was very rude to me and said I am an not considered as an essential worker because I do not work at the mall and I must go que in that long line. I must que while I'm on duty. Now achermans is the Only shop who does not allow us to shop during our lunch break in that whole mall. The manager at jabulani mall achermans is very rude inconsiderate and has no managerial skills.
I also doubt it as well. This person is immature. They mistake no as rude. Telling a person no is not being rude, or showing poor management skills. If you were on lunch you were not on duty. You are just mistaking being told no as rude. Real immature..
