Air India Express review: worst experience in air india express trichy to sharjah flight on 26.11.2023

Dear sir,

I boarded the flight on 26th novemebr 2023 at trhcy airport, schduled departure is 1255 but reschduled to 15.55, but left from trichy airport around 16:30 approximately. After take off few hrs due to variation in pressure emergency declared inside and oxygen level gone down.

Oxygen mask fall down, but there is no oxygen breathing and panic was happen. Really horribel expereince and oxyegn masks are not working, really do or die siutation happened.

All the passengers ot panic and decided the flight something is going to happen. This is the cond time I expereinced in air india express. Why not your people not maintaining the aircraft and funtioning of all accilary equipment. There is poor maintenance and please its a human life, give the respect to the human life and dont view only in business.

Please do the proper maintenace and imoprove the clealiness of the safety jackets etc., and decided not to board air india express hereafter this incident. Thansk to the god (pilot) to saved my life and copassenger. You know how much pressure and panic I got. Really uncountable.

Until otherwise your maintance and other area improved only air india express will survive, all the passengers in this arcraft scolding anyhting like.
