Hey, Emerald member ‪ this is Aftab Yusuf, account of membership it's not working I complain many times already before many about that who manager and others YYZ I was complaining before since dec 2015 complaint regarding who there 2 managers and others they not working well as it's should be there I was complain before because they're not working & lies they locked account no reason And no rental national car rental and Alamo also enterprise without reason who two manager there Yyz terminal 1 N 2 are nothing there Toronto Airport that's why when I went there to rental car they was rude &  nothing to do any help customers there's they're not working well as it's should be I called and to send information department about that for report & to complain about all of them and than after complaining when I want rental there they're locked account without reason that's they have rude also they don't care about that job they don't know job that's they did don't know understand that's job what's about that job then after that I decided to go to rental other terminal one from terminal 3 others  to rental others company between 3 company others who there also managers together who came from terminal 3 from to terminal 1 there it's they there they was said same managers same company Alamo and national also and enterprise same company no rental without reason also lies I have 3 company members no reason but also they say lies about that for us customer & job after that then I was complaining again I telling name who managers that I claim about why they're do like that because important company to knowing that & because that's guys there they're don't know understand about job as it's should be I complain again about that shock who managers they saying lies for us customer after To make complaining to company about them I claim about that because they there have problem not me because I'm customer also long time many years no any like that that's why and I complaining many times about that no anything about that's managers & others also there lies about that no reason about that why because they there nothing to do about job no well they don't know understand job they not working well as it's should be there for us customer but there they are there managers they have problem working they who don't know job I was ask them why no rental no any reason question no answer  but there they're managers working there they are lies because there nothing that's happened to do I have all proof that's why because no other company like that because shocking no reason about than there managers they say no rental because same company be carefully about them who working managers enterprise, Alamo, national but also shocking about that also no reason that why they said who's managers who working there they say lies shock there they're lies also said like not working there they're saying deference department defense managers no understand about them what saying no any to say about that shocking for customer about that & no understand there who working there they don't understand job & lies there they're they not working there nothing there to do like that that's no understand & why that's there no good that's why no reason then Member company also without reason they're locked 3 Member company my membership account enterprise, Alamo and national car rental also 3 membership I don't know understand why there they did like that they was nothing there they don't want do they not working there as it's should be for us customer that's why there Toronto Airport managers who there's they was closed Member account 3 in 1 do not rent car list when I want rent car they're all there managers who working they have problem they're say no rental without reason & lies to saying to the company shock why company not find out about this issue to knowing true because they not have proof that's lies that's why I have witness also customer for long time no any problem so what's that happened there they're than lies why trust them they don't understand job they not working well as it's should be than no proof but lies than they're saying lies to company why company trust there's lies who working there's managers without investigation to knowing why trust them company not trust them others they're not good for customer because They're for customer remember I'm good customer since 2012 no problem Also find out who good customer who benefit should better just remind about that make decision this I'm good customer since many years ago that's shocking about company that why that's who's working there they not working well as it's should be than lies make investigation serious who not working well as it's should be this information should be there I claim to rental also other managers between them they're fired job there I complained also when I called department they say that's managers others no more there but why they're having trouble there about job they have problem knowing ready regarding customer why company they not be fix this problem issue to clearly understand that's when I complain they're said will be fix but it's nothing no answer who working there no calling to confirm no why crazy there also when I called others nothing company no understand what did what's said that's shocking about that because that's job why did that they're don't care job that's why they there nothing to knowing that job who working there they others nothing no understand what's working for otherwise complain should be serious about this issue and also about them there's who working there they no working company find out make investigation need to know about that understand true & lies about that this issue very important information make investigation about that to knowing more & to fix soon possible ok this is information for this I'm Aftab Yusuf my driver's License:, I complain since last year before and still yet no answer to knowing happened and reason also I need to know understand what's going on about that and who do not working well as it's should be carefully understood need to fix and investigation about that actived account and also take action about that because When I try to rent a car my account is not working since last year I'm finding about this problem somebody who locked my account he didn't know job his as It should be without any reason but there they have to lies for company & customer also know what to do there job working others all of them no that's why because when ever I call they told me that there going to send a request that somebody will help me out and fix this problem but nothing happen I did not get any call and no help so I'm shock about this and I'm good customer since long time so I don't know why national car someone locked again in my account no Active need to open account Active because good customer I'm good that's why that's I don't care but problem they're working there they nothing than company that be careful who's there they're not true that's lies they who managers and others who's working there they're that's said false that's why they're no me I'm good customer I don't care about this very carefully and because who's there and that's company for that's remember that's very important for because all I explaining about that it's up to them & company I can't make any rental car booking please fix this problem I've been finding out this problem since last year and until now why that employee did like this & without any reason please fix these problem if not I will cancel this emerald member club national car and other there membership andI will take other company if it will be not fix & like this because I complain already may time to all departments but nothing also head offices Management but nothing who working there did not working well as it's should be shocking that & no any company like that just reminder take action for the issued this to knowing truth who trust to knowing true than make decision sooner possible than to what's going on why's there employers & customers things about importantly for this all do good for knowing remember I'm good customer long time be better We will continue or I will closed that membership I will take other company if not fix knowing remaining & also I have other members Hertz I have no problem regarding this issue there they have problem that company who working there managers & other say lie about reason but it's not true also make investigation what's going on I have proof for evidence about them & witness about that there company  have problem about who's managers and others who working there need to be very carefully very important about regarding issue about it's emerald   Member national Alamo enterprise need to know Also this is last FinaL decision because when I complaining many times about that send e-mail and called than others saying go to Toronto Airport when I going to Toronto Airport also who's managers and others who working don't nothing to job don't understand about job no understand but nothing there happened because no any find out about this issue to knowing jobs this who others working there also not working well as it's should be there they don't job they don't care this for customer & also from there company no understand company be serious about them there for customers very important about that this I want know and this message send to head office important than again about that make investigation about there to that issue company who working there they didn't working well as it's should be because when I called to complain there nothing and who managers they send lies Alamo Rent A Car car rental

I booked a Minivan through RentCars.com (number B4D7KFJ) at Orlando Airport and Its a prepaid contract. Pre Paid usd 459 with all insurances.
I just handle a contract to the sales person, refused any change or new insurance.
When I came back home I was charged with more USD 500 saying I asked for changing class of the car. But I still got a minivan. Also they charged me fuell that I say I want to return full (no pre paid gas). I want my money back I didnt ask for any change!

We made a reservation of the car through Rentalcars.com with Booking Reference [protected] for the rent period 20-AUG-2018 to 08-SEP-2018. Whole amount of rent fees was paid in advance. It means that everything have been already paid. In hte end we had delayedf flight and we extended the rent to 09-SEP-2018. The fees for this another day were ageed with you in amount 92, 21 USD. It means that we had to pay this amount 92, 21 USD for additional 1 day. But you deduct from my credit card amount 590, 25 USD. The result is that we pay to you extra amount 498, 04 USD.

Dear Sirs,
On 26-AUG-2018 I have picked up a car from ALAMO Rent a Car at the JFK International Airport, Building 308 Federal Circle Jamaica, NY 11430. While doing the paper work, the guy at the service desk tried to sell me a Pass for cashless tolling for the State of NY. I have told him that I will not need such a Pass, as I'm going to drive north to the New Englang States and Canada and will not be driving on Highways in NY State.
Checking my credit card bill from October I found, that I have been charged from ALAMO for the amount of USD 28.40 for the above mentioned TOOL PASS. As I didn't agree on such a TOLL PASS and didn't get ore use it, I expect that this amount will be refunded to my credit card.

Alamo Rent A Car lost and found

Extremely disappointed by how my case is handeled. I forgot my glasses in the car upon return. Car was rented and returned back at Paris airport. I have been contacting daily and have spoken to 3 respresentatives in 2 days. They keep reassuring that someone will contact you soon, that hasn't happened yet. I don't have enough time left for my stay in Europe. My car rental details are as follows:

Alamo Rent A Car we need an apology from the agent or refund for the day because he was so rude and merciless and terminated the contract

The scratch was not serious and we could have continued with the car, but the agent was so rude and merciless when it was raining and so cold and our kids were crying, he even had discrimination for us. We need an apology from the agent and car rental company and refund the rental of the day.

The following is an email from the agent.

I can confirm that Mr Yang collected his vehicle as booked on 21/10/2018 at 9am.

Shortly after leaving the car park Mr Yang had an accident involving a third party vehicle that was parked unattended on the road outside of the entrance to Waverley Station. This has caused a significant amount of damage to the entire N/S of the vehicle as well as to the third party.

For this reason we are terminating the hire and have refunded Mr Yang the cost of his unused 2 days minus his deductible of £100.

We are unable to provide Mr Yang with another vehicle.

Originally I booked the compact choice because I was the only person in the vehicle and was flying to a different state to conduct my military duty. The charge was approximately 130, I had made the reservation over a month in advance. To my surprise no vehicles in that category existed, so they just told me take another car from the lot. I had arrived at around 10:30 PM and had a 2.25 hour drive to the military installation. Once I come back I expected a fee for not filling up the tank because I was running late but to my surprise they charged me 260 additional dollars. That totalled 390... triple my original quote I discussed with the agent the day I arrived. I am dumbfounded, and cannot believe I'm being charged 400 for renting a car for 3 days.

I forgot to mention that once I dropped the vehicle off the agent gave me a receipt of about 186, which also was a massive surprise to only see it be 260 a couple minutes later as I'm running to security and then my terminal. What in the world is this company doing.

Alamo Rent A Car rental car

On 10/18/2018, I picked up my rental car on Alamo at San Juan, PR Int'l Airport. I was very happy with the customer service and also they upgraded my rental due to lack of cars, they offered me a Jeep which I was even more happy with the upgrade. However, when I got to the Jeep, I found a lot of trash inside the cabin and food leftovers in the middle compartment. The car was super dirty inside and it looks that they did a one minute wash on the outside. I did not return the car and get another one. because it was 1:00am and I was in a hurry to get to my hotel. This is an unacceptable condition for a rental car, when you rent a vehicle the least that you can expect is to get a cleaned vehicle. Please see attached pictures.

Alamo Rent A Car cancelled

After booking and paying in full with Alamo rentals, I log into my account 2 days prior to my flight to Atlanta, just to be informed my booking had been cancelled. I emailed to find out why this had happened, and was told I would need to rebook - no reason was given, no apology, and I would have to wait 21 days for the refund. This is unacceptable as the Dollar to the Pound was very low and you still was holding onto my money 6 months later. I was pretty upset and told them to reinstate the booking as I had not cancelled. This was reinstated after several emails and the fact that I had asked for the problem to be escalated. On the arrival at Atlanta we upgraded the vehicle- it would have been a nice gesture by your company to have given the upgrade free of charge. We are re filling the vehicle- over 24 hours ago I emailed Atlanta to ask as to weather the car was petrol or diesel. At this moment we are still waiting to hear. When renting cars in the past, they come with information about fuel, tomorrow we intend to fill the car . And instead of receiving emails telling us : we will respond in a period of time: just let me know what the product is.

Alamo Rent A Car car rental

I rented a car from alamo in tours on the 29th of september. The car got btoken the next day. I bad to wait for a few hours for having the car towed away. Three alamo representatives, the names of two I recall being patrick and marie promissed me anothrr car, but nobody ever contacted after that. My vacation on tours got totally off track as I was not able to go where I had planned to. I have sent numerous emails to alamo regarding this problem, but never heard back anything. I will have to start legal processings against alamo to get this problem resolved.

Plaza Resorts rented a car for me for one week, I was to pay fuel charges and taxes. I extended my rental for 24 hours, and was told the cost would be $116.94. The car was rented from the Miami Airport, 3900 NW 25th St Suite 400, Miami FL [protected]
The weeks paid rental was from 9/15/2018, until 9/23/2018
My extension was from 9/23/2018 at 7:36 until my hand in time 9/23/2018 at 8:41pm. The bill was for $310.82, as itemized

Alamo Rent A Car payment not received, and unethical behaviour at miami airport office

on early morning of august 5 I rented a car at Miami airport, RA [protected], RES [protected], and I pay in cash one thousand dollars, the employee stated to me that 300 dollars will be a security deposit, for tolls and any additional expenses, and the balance toward my rental contract, when I returned the car I request the balance of my deposit back...and the employee that received back the car said to me to request it on the main Alamo office at the Miami airport, I did it, but the Alamo employee at the main office said to me that all the deposit money was used for my additional expenses ...plain words without any proof or recipes ...now I am seeing in this month credit card statement that Alamo charge me additional money on 16/09/2018 in the amount of $127.95 for tolls...if this is not corrected your company will have a very negative reference with me and all the people that I know, also the name of the person that did te contract, and received the car, at Miami airport is absolutely illegible, you an not identify him by a name or al employee number

Alamo Rent A Car service at shreveport airport and customer service

I rented a car on September 20th from the DFW airport. I was driving with two friends to Alabama to a funeral. While driving on the freeway through Shreveport, LA, the rearview mirror dropped off the stand and fell partially into my lap. I called customer service and they told me to go to the airport to get another car. They said they were sending an email to tell them to just trade it out since driving without a mirror was dangerous and I had over 400 miles left to drive. When we got to the National counter, the woman behind the counter automatically said, I can't get into their "system". "You have to wait 30 minutes until the manager returns". Then she went next door to Enterprise Rental and asked them and then she said, "Give me $250 and I will give you whatever is available". I said why do I need to pay money to replace the car when customer service said it would just be a trade? She said I must assume you "broke" the mirror. I said I would wait for the manager. Two hours later the manager had not returned and she kept telling me he is on the premises but busy. My friend's husband told us to leave and go find an auto supply store. We left, talked to someone in the store and he discovered the mirror was missing a screw but snapped back into place.
Not only was the customer service people in Shreveport rude, but also several non-employees kept going behind the counter and they made us feel unwanted as customers. I was also on hold with the customer service hotline where I was transferred 7 or 8 times. NO ONE WOULD HELP!

This caused us to miss appointments in Mississippi but fortunately the funeral was the next day.

I did not get the name of any of the people in Shreveport but I am sure that is not hard to find out because it is a small operation. But to clarify, they all were rude and the manager was a no show.

Several of my friends and family have used Alamo in the past but we started telling everyone we know on social media to stay away from this rental agency because they do not treat their customers well.

I would like an email or phone call from someone to discuss this. All of this information is in my rental agreement.

I have had an ongoing complaint regarding the shockingly poor service that we received on our recent holiday to Florida. I was in communication with Melissa (with the above reference number and now when i send an email i get this message

Well, what can I say? We spoke with a "manager" at Orlando who to be fair was very helpful although he said all that he can do is to refund us for the upgrade cost that we paid. He also said that the treatment we received at Melbourne and Fort Lauderdale was normal from those ports! I find that amazing that they can get away with that low level of customer service.

We have had no mention of compensating for the 4 days of aggravation, I had a phone call from Dwayne at Orlando who promised to call me back in an hour, that was 10 days ago! This whole Alamo episode is outrageous, I have friends flying into Miami on Monday, I have told them not to touch Alamo, Enterprise or Thrifty. Our family are coming to Orlando in April 2019 I've told them the same and we are coming back to Las Vegas in January and Orlando in October and I will be following my own advise!

Absolutely appalling customer service.

Alamo Rent A Car fraud charges

Hello

I have been a victim of fraud charges from Alamo rent a car In Spain (bilbao office). I took the car with a reservation from the Bilbao Airport. I did not take any insurance while reserving. The officer handling my car offered me an insurance package which he said will be the best. I agreed and Paid the amount (263Euros- Rent + Insurance). This charge was mentioned in the contract. I got the car in good condition. Everything fine so far.
My drop point was in Bilbao train station. The officer handling my car over there was Mr Christian. He inspected the car, full fuel and no damage and the car is in perfect condition. I asked for an invoice and asked him if there is any other charges that i should be paying, even though i know there is nothing as i paid in full while taking the car. He said everything is fine and the invoice will be sent to me by email.
After i left Bilbao, they deduct 84 euros as one way dropping charge.
THERE IS NO ONE WAY DROPPING CHARGE AS I DROPPED IN THE SAME CITY.
By that time i was already in Madrid. I contacted the Alamo office in Madrid and they said it was a mistake from Bilbao office and it should be refunded.

Till now no response from Bilbao airport as i have sent multiple emails to Alamo.

Complete negligence.
i got all the proofs with me.

Alamo Rent A Car car rental

Hired a vehicle from Alamo in Orlando Florida. The car had a puncture which I was sure if it was slow or not and felt unsafe driving around on it and thought it to be inconvenient to continually pump it up so I phoned your breakdown department who told me to drive to al Alamo to switch it and said there were cars available there and then. Reluctantly I drove it not sure knowing if it was safe or not and had to drive on the interstate and ended up having to drive 40 minutes to an Alamo. Got there to be turned away as they didn't have any available and wouldn't do for another 4 hours at least. This was absolutely absurd as the lady on the phone told me there would be. Due to this we missed a breakfast we had arranged with our hotel for potential business in he future which meant we had to pay 120 dollars, we also cancelled driving to tampa late that day so missed an event we were supposed to go too that evening.
I'm not only disappointed that we were lied to and said there was a car available earlier and there wasn't, wasted a whole day on a holiday we have paid for but also not one person seemed concerned that we were driving back and forth on a tyre that pontentially could have been dangerous to drive on to us and other drivers.
I would like financial compensation as there is no way you can replace a day completely missed on our holiday.

When I arrived there, she said the total was 132, 00 dolars cause I was oblied to add the liabily insurance.
Ok, I did and was happy with 132, 00.
When I give back the car in LAX, they chrge more then doble, + 144, 00 dolar.
This is so absurd, how came you sell, and give me a amount, and when I get the car back, charge more 144, 00 and not even explain.
The guy give me the recepeit, and I thought it was a difference, maybe because of fuel, or something.
That was implied even a turism tax?

Alamo Rent A Car car hire in anaheim

We are from the uk and planned big trip of a lifetime for our son with the biggest part of it being hiring a mustang for 5 days to go to Vegas through Alamo Anaheim
When picking up car we was told was a convertible beetle
Please tell me how that is anything like a mustang!
To say we was disappointed is an understatement as this wasn't cheap either
In the end we had a Nissan Rogue
Since returning to us I have emailed to complain and heard nothing
Very poor service

Alamo Damage Claim # [protected]

 I have rented a car from Alamo in Sunny Isle Store (18080 Collins Ave, North Miami Beach, FL 33160, USA) for 6 days. The retal was uneventful until the car was being returned.

During the returning process Alamo agent claimed that the car had some scratches in the bumper (Picture). This condition was certainly present and it is without a doubt due to the natural wear and tear of rental vehicles.

My credit card was instantly charged USD500, 00 and the agent advised me that the claims department would contact me with the details.

I have been repeatedly trying to contact Alamo to obtain the details of the claim and to understand the USD500, 00 value that has been charged to my credit card without any supporting documentation. All attempts were unsuccessful and Alamo has not proved me any information.

I urge Alamo to cancel this damages claim. It is not reasonable to charge the customers the natural wear and tear of rental vehicles.

Alamo Rent A Car roadside assistance

We paid a significant amount extra per day on our rental agreement for roadside assistance, after the agent assured us it would take the stress out of any problems that might occur. Today we got a low tyre pressure, and found there is a nail in one tyre. So we called the roadside assistance THREE TIMES, and after nearly an hour of 'all of our operatives are currently dealing with other customers' AT INTERNATIONAL CELL PHONE RATE! we were forced to give up. It's going to cost us a fortune in phone charges, and worse we have had absolutely no joy in solving our car problem. Appalling customer care.
