Albertsons review: Thanksgiving premade

I live in in Denton,TX. I have lived here for over 40 years and live less than a mile from Albertsons. I have spent thousand of dollars at Albertsons and shop at least every other day at Albertsons. I know the employees by name. I have never complained. Today is Thanksgiving. I ordered the “Savory” meals Holiday Dinners “Homestyle Turkey Dinner” and “Spiral Ham Dinner”. I got home opened the two boxes and the sides were all “Signature” brand frozen items the turkey was still a bit frozen cold ham that was to be served cold. Had to scramble to find pots and pans, foil, a pan big enough to cook the turkey and ham in because no one wants to eat cold frozen ham. I paid $162.35 for items I could have shopped for if I wanted frozen meals. The advertising for these meals was so deceptive. Thinking I was going to get fresh items that were from possibly the deli. This was so embarrassing! I could even take the stuff back. Deceptive practice! I have more to write and I will be however I have to spend my time cooking today! Signature brand frozen food equals a “savory” meal to you?
