Delivery for prime member is not being honored by Amazon
Ordered items for my puppy training, they were suppose to come on 10/28/22 which I did not receive. Instead I get a message saying delivery was attempted. I know this was not attempted at all.
We have Amazon hubs at the apartment where I live. One other item was delivered but not the training pads I ordered.
We pay for this prime service every month only to be let down. This is a copy of the message I received attached.

Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated in some form for the inconvenience this has caused. I’m on the verge of contacting Bob Furthering Ferguson Attorney General for Washington state concerning this matter. This is a total breach of contract.
Hold on my account
I’m had an account for several years and spent sooo much money on that account. It was hacked and I had fraudulent charges. Amazon removed the charges, I cancelled the credit card and was issued a new card. Amazon put my account on hold. After 2 months and 10 calls to customer service there is still no resolution. They continue to tell me they will “elevate” it and to expect an email in 24-48 hours. Nothing ever happens. I subsequently opened a new account with the new credit card. They then blocked the new account because it was associated with the old account. I was requested to send identity and credit card verification data and it would be taken off hold. I did as requested. After another month and 10 calls to customer service there is still no communication or resolution. I be been told I cannot contact the fraud division directly, just sit and wait. This process is unacceptable!
Desired outcome: I’ve followed the process and submitted all required documents! Unblock my account!
Delivery drivers do not follow instructions
I have made numerous complaints with Amazon about drivers leaving my packages in an unsecure lobby. My address line states bring to my apartment. Everytime I speak with Amazon Customer Service they tell me it will never happen again.
LIARS! Amazon just delivered a package and included a photo of the delivery. It is clearly being left in the lobby.
Desired outcome: I want my packages delivered to my apartment door. I pay for delivery.
Lost order, refusal of return and closed account
Poor customer service on or about 10/22/2022 I placed an order for my 2 year old grand daughter who lives in National City, California. I checked the delivery time which stated 10 pm 10/24/2022. 3-4 outfits $88.27, an electric lil rider motorized motor cycle $64.16, I took out insurance for possible damage for $9.99. another cute outfit for only $18.89. The parents stated that they had not recieved the items so I checked for a picture, It looks as if the items were placed outside on a porch or patio.
Contacted Amazon made them aware of the problem they assured me that they would refund or replace to call back on 10/25/2022 the next day. I recieved an email that my account was closed because I was requesting a refund for a large amount of money (really) I will not recieve a refund or replacement. Therefore, I will file a complaint with the department of human rights for public accommodations.

Amazon is allowing customers to steal from other customers with no investigation.
I have had multiple unauthorized charges to my credit card, the purchases are for amazon prime membership recurring. I have had to call my bank; file fraud & replace my card many times. I have completed Amazon online form they all keep sending me to many times, & I keep getting no fraud on your account email replies. Which each time you fill out the form it causes you to have to change your password. 2 supervisors found and confirmed the charges are not mine but do nothing but send me that same online form that gets me nowhere but an email stating "no fraud found on your amazon account" and a link to that same form and another password change, then I go back to the amazon chat and explaining 5 times again the problem. I have to contact Amazons chat to even get someone to call me after the reject emails each time as well. 4 recurring charges of $15.89 all on the 19th of each month, showing as manually keyed recurring amazon prime membership. They just keep asking if my family and both supervisors confirmed not my family as well as this credit card has been locked in a box for over a year with no balance nor charges to it all this time until these prime charges started to show up.

I have contact Amazon on numerous occasions to either remove the hold or return the gift card balance I just reloaded right before the hold was put on my account and nothing has ever been done. I have spend hundreds of dollars over the past 3 years with Amazon and now you have taken it upon your selves to close my account without any reason. I want either my account unlock so I can spend the balance on my accout or my money back one and non of this 24 hour business either I have been told that numerous times also and there is no need to worry once I spend the balance on my account I will close the account myself because I will no longer shop with amazon and will advise anyone I know to do the same.

I worked for Amazon delivering packages I have messages of me contacting my boss asking when I can pick up my check when I get there she said I don’t have a check when all the employees are saying that I did work and was present. So she is stealing employees pay checks I worked and did not get paid and she is in charge of everything and she is a Racist

International shipment delayed at customs, then returned
This is in reference to the way Amazon is handling an international "wishlist" purchase and shipment. There are many reasons why someone would want their personal information hidden, and that should be respected. Up until recently, Amazon appeared to be doing just that until the last 2 shipments, one in Sept 2022, which was somehow resolved by someone at Amazon and did not care to divulge how, and now with this Oct 2022 order & shipment (Order # ***-*******-470023) which is still stuck in Customs DHL Romania.
First, I was hung up on by the last Amazon CS agent. I know I kept calling, hours and hours of time, over 6 days, trying to figure out why the shipping on the order was so messed up. Sensing Amazon was behind this all along and confirmed by Amazon CS agent Colin M, I continued to press my case with no resolution, the shipment is still stuck in a DHL "Clearance event" (DHL tracking numbers: *****62020 & *****72052). Something is definitely wrong with the way Amazon has set up international shipping with DHL. All I know is from April 2020 to Aug of 2022 we never had an issue with shipments, using Amazon, from the US to Romania. And now we do. We checked the EU regulations and nothing changed that would affect our orders to Romania. Also, in the last month (Oct 2022) we have used other shipping companies besides DHL, using different online companies that provide International delivery, rather than Amazon, with ZERO issues. Something stinks and it is coming from the halls of Terry Av N.
We were told by Amazon that there was nothing they could do. We were told by DHL.ro that Amazon needed to fix their waybill. In the meantime, I am out $250, my family is without the blankets and gifts I sent, the shipment is in limbo for however long ..., and all we can do is wait for DHL to send the shipment back to Amazon so I can get a refund? - if I can get a refund.
Amazon is so huge, I doubt this will go anywhere. But I will post to as many sites as possible.

We keep getting phone calls from “Amazon fraud department “ and instead it is a scam, they call about a fake order trying to retrieve account information from a purchase you never made (usually iPhone and ear buds) but you made no purchase, if you ask any questions you are disconnected and then when you call they say it’s Amazon customer service but they are scammers. Please look out for this number [protected]. These people are scamming people out of there money.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate this number be disconnected and I would like to be updated.
Amazon delivery truck damaged property
On October 20, 2022, an Amazon truck driver backed all the way into our driveway. We have a long, curved driveway. The driver was maneuvering back and forth to back all the way in, almost to the garage. This was totally unnecessary, as she could have just pulled straight in or stayed at street/shoulder, because the delivery was a very small less than 1 lb package with no need to drive up so close to the house, especially in the huge truck she was in.
The driver exited the truck, walked around it and handed us the package. After she drove away, we saw that she had hit one of our landscape bollard lights, breaking it off its post.
Desired outcome: Compensation to repair the light post.

My name is Obed B Jiron I closed an account with Amazon in August of 2022. As I was getting charged for movies I did not order. After closing the account. I continued to get charged a monthly fee and for movies I did not order. On 10/19/2022 I attempted to seek assistance from Amazon customer service. They refused to help me. I had to file a request with Capitol One to dispute the charge and had to set up a block so Amazon would not charge me again.
Chase signature visa card +$50.00 gift card promotion
September 22, 2022 put in for promotion Chase Signature Visa Credit Card + $50.00 gift card which was part of the promotion. I was approved and both cards were put in the account.
I received an orange via U.S. mail and when I called to inquire why orange verses rhe blue that was pulled from chase by amazo, I was told person sending leaned towards that preference and I asked was it the $50.00 card and she said no and stated she would send a blue card which she did.
At some point amazon told me to close the account and open new account because acct. was locked and no-one could get me back in. However they could get in using last order numbers [protected] and [protected].
I spent hours on the phone with various agents all to no avail.
I was told account was closed and still open, I was told to put email on account, and nothing worked it was soley under the phone number because it was not an account I was merely shopping.

A supervisor sent me a message telling me a credit card could not be verified to be mine and I am not sure how that particular number got into this particular situation.
At any rate I was told to go into account and folliw the instructions and I could not, and cannot get back into the account.
As far as chase they told me to get back into the account since it is the one I opened the card on and that amazon is the gifter of the $50 00 gift card and it was out of their hands.
To date I cannot contact chase and all numbers lead to amazon, unless one chooses a primpt not related to their situation.
The account is locked, I can't get into it anymore and the agents can, some see the two cards, some don't.
I have done all I can as a consumer so now I ask for your help.
Desired outcome: I merely ask that amazon do right by me and get me back into my account and/or put the $50.00 gift card in my new account. Or close the account and delete the info. from the credit bureaus
Fraudulent use of my amazon account
Unbeknownst to me,someone became an addition user of my accout and used my debit card number.This user had a hotmail.com email address,and mine is aol.com. Charges beginning on September 11 thru September 30 were made on this hotmail user account totaling over $200.00 in the aggregate.
I brought this to Amazon Customer Disservice on September 17th,and followed all of the protocols: I got a new debit card,changed my password. The customer service agent agreed that this fraudulent user had made the charges,and I forwarded information to Analyst for review,with all details! I have done this 4 times,and each time Analst emails me that the charges are valid!
There is NO WAY to escalate with Amazon,and they won't let you speak to anyone at Corporate. Thinking about getting BBB involved.

What a farce, I spent over an hour with a person dealing with on-line complaints, he bamboozled me and kept me waiting, he was inaccurate in his replies and tried to make me feel I was in the wrong. I went online and studied my product and yes I have the firestick and yes I should be able to use it for prime video. The person I spoke to said I can't use it because I have a business account with amazon, what a croq of [censored]. can't remember his name.
Disgusting behavior, not what I would expect from Amazon, I cancelled my most recent order and I am cancelling my business account, I am not sure why business accounts are not privy to the prime video streaming, but you need to sort it out, why am I penalized as a business customer when I spend a lot more than the regular person over the course of the year, yes my account is cheaper but I spend hundreds of pounds more than a non-business user, so why do they take priority. Sort it out, get your priorities right, look after the people who pay.
Besides that, I was informed my firestick would not work due to business account. this is misleading info and completely false, i would like a refund for my firestick and a refund for my annual subscription as it has only just renewed, I no longer wish to be a part of a shoddy business who have no clue how to train staff in their products and the use of those products.

My fire stick for amazon prime won't work in my new glass tv from sky.
When I complained to Amazon on line rep, I got an hours' worth of crap saying I was a business account holder so my stick would not work, yes, I know that business prime account holders do not get free PRIME videos but my fire stick was working on my normal TV, it just won't work on my glass TV, & yes I am a platinum member of Sky and a Business member of Amazon, who the f**k is responsible.!
No one wants to know; I am awaiting a reply form Amazon after eventually finding an email address I could complain to (this is the email complaints@amazon.co.uk).

the warehouse refuses to place the recipient's name on the grocery bags. in my case there is more than one apt. that receives amazon groceries so people walk off with other people's groceries and won't know it's not their bags until they rip the bags open. this is incompetent and stupid. i will no longer be ordering groceries from amazon fresh.

Better Business Bureau of Western Washington has let me down tremendously… that BBB branch has a person who is in charge of all Amazon complaints (which now that I think about it that is extremely unfair that one person gets to have a say in all Amazon complaints at that branch.. she is without a single doubt in my mind on their payroll in my opinion) banned me from all services at that branch because i held them to their own words when another employee at that branch told me that “ALL BBB Accredited businesses must follow every rule and guideline set to remain an accredited business or they have to be removed. I even asked if it was an option if they follow them and I was told “no they have to, if they don’t they will be removed” so I can and have proven that Amazon has lied in their responses to my BBB & Washington State Attorney General complaints. What about the piracy of NBA, NFL, MLB games etc. being live streamed on the Amazon cloud front alongside child exploitation’s with more than 20 million views per month and Amazon refuses to remove it?!
AWS actually deleted one of my cases I created on AWS regarding this and fired Val R. For helping me try to get answers and the amazon trust and safety team lied about having ever received any reports of this nature when they have received many reports prior but chose to lie and say they haven’t and now won’t email me back when I ask them why they lied
Why wouldn’t everyone wish to pursue this? Why wouldn’t everyone want to be the voice for those children that cannot do it for themselves

I’ve only been trying to get what I’ve been promised and committed for 20 months as would anyone else in my shoes.
I’m still told to contact via email only despite my constant confirmations that none of the emails I send in can be seen by anyone at Amazon and no one ever writes me back in response to ANYTHING I say or I get emails from people stating it was a pleasure assisting me etc but I never spoke to them OR im being prompted to contact by using chat or phone support knowing when I do I’ll be told the same BS notation and hung up on ending with being told to contact via email only but I’ve received at least 50 emails since that notation was placed on my account prompting me to call in or chat for help… taunting the heck out of me.
Enough is enough already don’t you guys think?
What about the piracy of NBA, NFL, MLB games etc. being live streamed on the Amazon cloud front alongside child exploitation’s with more than 20 million views per month and Amazon refuses to remove it?!
AWS actually deleted one of my cases I created on AWS regarding this and fired Val R. For helping me try to get answers and the amazon trust and safety team lied about having ever received any reports of this nature when they have received many reports prior but chose to lie and say they haven’t and now won’t email me back when I ask them why they lied
Why wouldn’t everyone wish to pursue this? Why wouldn’t everyone want to be the voice for those children that cannot do it for themselves
why wouldn’t everyone want to do everything within their power to help those children?
I will fight and I will never stop fighting for myself and for those children and all children. Anyone reading this should do the same.

Customer service
Called about problem with order. Unprofessional operators at call center. When asked to speak with supervisor agent refused after I answered question she asked on the reason. Then after she said she could help I further reiterate I want to speaks to a supervisor she tells me 24 hrs. I told her I’ve been a customer for 8 yrs an only had to wait no longer than 10 mins.. she laughed and said hold ..after 30 mins
Desired outcome: Retrain or terminate. If a company don’t care about the quality of people it hires then the company shouldn’t bein business
Amazon confiscating gift cards
I opened an Amazon account not too long ago (last one was hacked), and began uploading some gift cards I received. I did not have Prime yet or a credit card uploaded. I decided to to this, to use the 30 day Prime trial and my gift cards, as holiday season is coming up.
I have no idea why, but a temporary hold was placed on my account until I could verify my credit card. Over the course of 4 days I uploaded a plethora of documents, including an email verifying a gift card, a billing statement with my home address, and 2 receipts with the credit card's last 4, my name, and address. Everything they asked for and more, with the pertinent info circled and highlighted. They continue to send emails stating I need to upload a verifying document, with the last email threatening to permanently close my account. I called customer service twice.
I will be more than glad to remove the credit card I uploaded, forgo Prime and simply use up the gift cards, if I was only able to get into the account! Nightmare! They are confiscating my gift cards at this point.
Desired outcome: Account unlocked and/or refund of gift card balance.
Amazon prime customer service
19/94/2022, Amazon prime account after 11 years closed effective today. Outsourced all customer service to 3rd world countries, no transfer to the USA, effective 09/01/2022 Amazon Seattle doesn’t want to hear about your complaints, lack of customer service, 3rd party nonsense. You are on your own about dealing with inferior products and services.
Example(real) you ordered this through a 3rd party contact them. I ordered the product through Amazon. Amazon contracted with the 3rd party, I have a contract with Amazon and not some 3rd party vendor. Again ZERO support from Amazon. BYE
