I want an apology my claim code or another 100 dollar amazon gift card.
Well I bought an amazon.com 100 dollar gift card was confirmed that it was used I tried to return it to the store they would not give me my money back so here I am filing this complaint. And tired of waiting on amazon, com for an answer. Their gift card department. All I want is the claim code I was promised so I do not lose my 100 dollars. I am on a limited income here on social security. Or a new gift card. Amazon should not be treating people this way who spend their hard earned money on amazon. Amazon tried to say they locked the card due to fraudulent use but that is a load of [censored]. All I want is my claim code or a new gift card. I want a claim code or another 100 dollar amazon gift card in my email. They cannot be allowed to get away with this. And do not allow them dto fool you. The very last time I will be buying from amazon.com. Period.

I experienced identity theft in the July timeframe, and 4 large fraudulent charges to my Amazon account. I immediately notified amazon as well as my credit card provider (American Express) and the credit card bureaus. My credit card company took immediate action and reversed payment for the fraudulent charges. the charges were for laptops and TVs i did not order and were shipped to unknown people and addresses. As a result Amazon has eliminated access to my amazon (prime) account. I now longer have access to my audible account (230 audio Books previosuly purchased), the ability to manage my 7 alexa devices, access to my prime video and amazon music accounts. I've made 5 calls to customer service who refer my call to the amazon account specialist. sometime i get a response email that indicates they are researching my account and will update me later. I'm at 8 weeks without resolution. Amazon is now blocking calls from my number to both customer service lines.
Desired outcome: restore access to my account and enable me to access my audible .com account, and the ability to manage my alexa devices for home automation purposes.

The Bible was not new, after a month of use we started finding markings in the bible. I called Amazon Customer Service on 27-Aug-2022 which indicated the only option was to return the Bible for a refund and pay a stocking fee. We purchased the Bible as new and later found it to be used. At first look, it appeared to be as new Bible until after we used it and later discovered the markings in the Bible by a previous buyer. We believe that when the Bible was represented as new and found to be used, after the return period expired by one day should override the return policy since it was not new after all. Customer Service tried to help but were not able to resolve this issue. You would not think you should go thru 2,813 pages to see if the Bible was new or not. We assumed it was new until later discovered otherwise.
Desired outcome: That we return the Bible for a replacement for one that is new.

I'm a little annoyed. I keep asking one of each seller just to find out of it's the 1996 version of the A Very Veggie Christmas Activity book. I asked 3 of them and none of them answered me and one of them said they can't. How am I supposed to find out which one of them is? I've spent alot of time on Google just to find the 1996 version and I've had it. I'm done doing business with Amazon. Thanks for nothing sellers.

On-line order
I received an item on july 23, 2022. I took it back to ups with amazon's return label. It was scanned, and amazon gave me credit back. A month later amazon sent me a message that they had not received my item back and therefore, they were charging me again. I sent them an email in response, and gave them the tracking number from the return label. Amazon does not credit back unless the item is scanned at one of their return locations. They responded back as if they didn't get my message and demanded payment. Again, I sent them the tracking number and date I took it back to ups, which once again, was two days after I originally received it.
Their most recent message gives me an email address, and a phone number to call. The phone number is automated and after saying they have too many calls, it hangs up. You never get a chance to speak with a human being. The email address they give does not allow you to address my specific issue.
When a return is made, all the consumer can do is return the item as instructed by amazon. Once the consumer leaves the package with ups and it get scanned, there is nothing else the consumer can do. If ups misplaces the item, or if amazon's employees lose the item in their warehouse, theere is nothing the consumer can do about that. I have spent throussands of dollars on my amazon site and i've never had an issue with them. Now that I do have an issue, there is nothing I can do to resolve it other than to provide amazon with the tracking number that was scanned in by ups. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

my computer was hacked in early August. Several bogus orders were placed resulting in my Amazon account being cancelled. I was told that I could open another account with a different e-mail address. I tried that, but was told that the new account was on hold. I called customer service on multiple occasions to ty and get this straightened out and also talked with at least two different supervisors. The answer was always the same - there was no one I could talk with and that they would send my information to an account office that communicated only by e-mail. I just can't figure out what I need to do to get this issue clarified. They did ask on one occasion to provide proof that the credit card I used was indeed mine and provided a copy of the most recent statement which is what they asked for only to get another request for information which I don't understand. I think that if I can just get to talk with someone with some authority we could get this resolved.

Amazon Prime 30 day Free Trial
I was given a free trial from Amazon of Amazon Prime for 30 days. It included amazon TV and Amazon Music. I used neither one. I cancelled Amazon Prime before the 30 day period. I checked my credit card statement and found that I was charged $9.99 for Amazon Music. I contacted Amazon and told them I never ordered amazon Music and that I cancelled Amazon Prime within the dated range. They agreed and cancelled the Amazon Music subscription but never gave me a refund for the $9.99 charge for the music. I contacted them again and they checked my music usage and found it was never used and refunded the $9.99. I questioned what happened. It seems that when you take Amazon prime, even as a free trial, you can cancel the Prime but it has nothing to do with Amazon Music so they continue the subscription. Its a seperate department."REDICULOUS" I wonder how many people dont catch that and continue to pay for something they dont even know they have, LIKE ME. It wasn't listed in my orders section nor was it listed in my digital subscriptions. You wont know you have it. Be sure to check your credit or debit card statements regularly. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON

This is the order I placed with Amazon on the 19th of September and received on the 21st. The order was for a 50Ah and I received 36 Ah. There is not a way to contact them except through an automated chat, and I cannot receive a replacement or a refund. Please help. This cost me nearly 700 dollars.
Desired outcome: I would prefer a refund since I did not receive the correct item in the first place and not sure I would if the company replaced the order.

Amazon delivery driver drove into a HOA cluster mailbox and broke the mailbox off the stand Friday, September 16th, 2022. Homeowner's witness this accident and took pictures of this occurrence and of the damage in front of the home 19335 Blue Stem Ct, Rogers, MN. The HOA would like to submit the damages to Amazon for reimbursement for the replacement and labor charge of the cluster mail box for Laurel Creek Master Association, Rogers, Minnesota. Lying customer service reps, defective products
I have been shopping with amazon for years and never had a problem until about 3 years ago and it's been horrible every single time. I will give specifics in a moment. I just have to say one incident 1st. My passed away right before I started school this year, so I got a lot going on to begin with. well with my extra school money I was planning to buy a laptop, headset, mouse, pen, printer and several other accessories. I was going for a graphic design degree at the time so there was a lot of hardware and stuff I needed to do my education efficiently. well, I went on and ordered everything and it took literally all the money I had to do it. I had an important bill come in that day, so I chatted amazon an explained that I really needed everything but since the bill came, I needed to cancel a lot of the order an get a refund. this lady was very chatty, and I didn't mind so I chatted away. I told her about my mom and my bill, and she said since I had been such a loyal long-term customer and been thru such a hard time with amazon services and with my mom's passing, that she would refund the items I asked to cancel but still send the items anyway. I made her repeat it back to me like 3 times because it sounded crazy! I explained to her that I was fixing to spend every bit of the money on my bill an if she was lying to me that I wouldn't be able to buy any of my stuff. she reassured me several times that I was getting all my stuff and my money all for being a good customer and because they had been doing me wrong and I was going thru a lot. well guess what... she lied. I spent the refund on my bill and never got my stuff. I understand it was crazy to believe but I just couldn't see someone being that low to want to know my whole story just to screw me over more.
so now present day and several mishaps later, I have been trying to return this printer since the 2nd week I've had it. it quit, it wasn't what I thought it was and now its leaking ink everywhere. I no longer have a box big enough to ship it. I can't go get a box or take it anywhere due to my truck tore up. I can't print a label because of course, printer is broken. I bought a warranty thru amazon that they can't find of course. it is now outside the 30-day window, so they are being even shorter with me in chat. I have been told twice in 2 days that I was issued a refund and I haven't received anything. I spoke to 1 of the 2 that again a few minutes ago and she didn't remember me and said a return was never even started! I just want my $100 back. I aint rich by no means and that is a lot of money to me. I used to love amazon but I don't know what happened to them. this is unacceptable

The whole operation
4 books on amazon. September 4 and 11 show someone changed live book to unpublished. last book I sent manuscript and they printed one that had all chapters made small to be stored books look like they cut out and pasted in book they sent 60 books and i returned them and ordered 30 more of right manuscript and I saw the preview and approved but they sent the same bad books as before. Why is the one who printed wrong books to continue to send wrong book. I have an outside ad in magazine and tv for September and I have lost that money and feel you should reimburse sense it is your fault I have no books to sell. Now they are saying I owe for ads campaign in 2019 and they never sent one email or call that I owe it.yesterday they sent another request for 60 dollars in 2021. I have not used your ad campaign sense 2019.Someone is purposely trying to put me out of business. I have met some very nice people with amazon but this is redicouse with books they say republish them and hang up.

In 2018, I received an accusation from Amazon (Germany) that they received a notice that I was offering counterfeit goods. I sent confirmations from the manufacturer that I am allowed to sell their goods, as well as the patent applications of the manufacturer and all proofs that I purchase directly from the manufacturer of the goods. I also found out that the ad on Amazon was from a competitor, and I shared all this information with them. Amazon first blocked my account and retained the credit. Then I received a request to create a package of measures to prevent this from happening again and to plead guilty. Amazon replied that no action was necessary and that I would not enter a plea of guilty. The suspension became a complete inactivation with no possibility of ever selling on Amazon again. At this point I had been listed as a seller for over 10 years, 99% good ratings, thousands of sales. Due to the exclusion from being allowed to sell on Amazon, I suffered very heavy losses, which also led to the dismissal of employees. To this day, credit is withheld, without reason and without legal handling. Every attempt has always resulted in me having to make an admission of guilt. Even when I accepted not to sell and buy anymore, my credit was not paid out. The last information I received was that I could file a lawsuit in the USA.
Desired outcome: Payment of my credit with interest or reopening of my seller account without admission of guilt and for each year of the block 4 months exemption of the fees (=16 months exemption) as well as payment of my credit without interest.

I have proof of receipt that i returned that faulty item and provided you that proof by receipt via photo, you have condemned me a theif and dishonest then without any warning stole from my bank account money thats from my benefits which leaves me short of money for the month.
It's absolutely disgusting behaviour and i will never shop from amazon again, I will push for the money back and demand compensation for the stress and trouble you've caused. You don't treat customers like this and think you will get away with it. I am pursuing this and demand an answer and compensation.

delivery driver did damage to property
On August 23, 2022 at 3:25 (and 25 seconds) an Amazon Driver backed into a barrier gate box at the entrance of Principia School at 13201 Clayton Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63131. The driver was driving a navy blue vehicle license plate RH3L7P.

Amazon has now delivered the items we ordered to the wrong address 3 times! Each time we were told to resubmit our order and each time it was delivered to the wrong location.
We have called Amazon each time and explained where we live just about 12 miles North of Cheyenne. We have offered to help by providing our cell phone number and they keep going to the wrong address, wherever that is. We gave explicit instructions on how to get to our home. If you Google our address, it pops up and clearly shows the location. I'm not sure what the problem is and why the driver can't find us or where he/she is leaving these items.
Amazon must be losing alot of $$ by leaving items at the wrong location not to mention that we have spent thousands of $$ over the years ordering stuff from Amazon. We're about to give up with Amazon if this problem can't be fixed.

Abusive amazon delivery driver
I was always weary of giving out my address to Amazon. This past Saturday my fears were confirmed. The delivery driver got to my house and was very abrupt, looked ar me as if I was wrong to be there, moved past me and attempted to deliver MY PACKAGES to my neighbors that are known thieves of prior packages,USPS & Even from Amazon. This driver began yelling g at me and said look at where you live you're poor and he cursed,etc. VERY LOUDLY, he went on and on the whole neighborhood could heR him. I thought he was on drugs because my neighborhood isn't bad at all there are million dollar homes here. Still delivery drivers aren't supposed to make me feel scared. I just deleted my Amazon account. Amazon customer service didn't care. I'm actually minimizing the incident as it was very scary. I'm afraid this driver may come back as he made terroristic threats to me.
My advice to others... don't give your home address to Amazon. They hire criminals for delivery drivers.
Delivery from driver in the morning
Thursday September 8th I was waiting from an Amazon package and Carters. That day both status said on their way. On Friday September 9th both said that they were delivered September 8th at 10:49 am. I was outside my home almost the whole day saw the UPS driver but he never delivered anything to my home nor did he stop. This situation has been happening. I don't know why the morning driver slways delivers my packages to the wrong address.
Desired outcome: I would like the driver to show me where he has been delivering my packages because I want them back. Their are items in Carters that are out of stock.

Amazon charged me double for my prime membership for years and now they refuse to give me back the money they stole from me. Numerous attempts to resolve the issue have not yielded results. They won't tell me why I was billed twice for my years of membership. They billed my credit card and have no interest in returning my money. I intend to cancel membership ASAP.
