Amazon I want Amazon to leave me alone and stop putting unauthorized charges on my account.

My name is Obed B Jiron I closed an account with Amazon in August of 2022. As I was getting charged for movies I did not order. After closing the account. I continued to get charged a monthly fee and for movies I did not order. On 10/19/2022 I attempted to seek assistance from Amazon customer service. They refused to help me. I had to file a request with Capitol One to dispute the charge and had to set up a block so Amazon would not charge me again.

Amazon Chase signature visa card +$50.00 gift card promotion

September 22, 2022 put in for promotion Chase Signature Visa Credit Card + $50.00 gift card which was part of the promotion. I was approved and both cards were put in the account.

I received an orange via U.S. mail and when I called to inquire why orange verses rhe blue that was pulled from chase by amazo, I was told person sending leaned towards that preference and I asked was it the $50.00 card and she said no and stated she would send a blue card which she did.

At some point amazon told me to close the account and open new account because acct. was locked and no-one could get me back in. However they could get in using last order numbers [protected] and [protected].

I spent hours on the phone with various agents all to no avail.

I was told account was closed and still open, I was told to put email on account, and nothing worked it was soley under the phone number because it was not an account I was merely shopping.

I was told Jas misunderstood the gift card catagory and was thinking gift card verses gift card that was part of promotion for Chase S.V. Card

A supervisor sent me a message telling me a credit card could not be verified to be mine and I am not sure how that particular number got into this particular situation.

At any rate I was told to go into account and folliw the instructions and I could not, and cannot get back into the account.

As far as chase they told me to get back into the account since it is the one I opened the card on and that amazon is the gifter of the $50 00 gift card and it was out of their hands.

To date I cannot contact chase and all numbers lead to amazon, unless one chooses a primpt not related to their situation.

The account is locked, I can't get into it anymore and the agents can, some see the two cards, some don't.

I have done all I can as a consumer so now I ask for your help.

Desired outcome: I merely ask that amazon do right by me and get me back into my account and/or put the $50.00 gift card in my new account. Or close the account and delete the info. from the credit bureaus

Amazon Fraudulent use of my amazon account

Unbeknownst to me,someone became an addition user of my accout and used my debit card number.This user had a hotmail.com email address,and mine is aol.com. Charges beginning on September 11 thru September 30 were made on this hotmail user account totaling over $200.00 in the aggregate.

I brought this to Amazon Customer Disservice on September 17th,and followed all of the protocols: I got a new debit card,changed my password. The customer service agent agreed that this fraudulent user had made the charges,and I forwarded information to Analyst for review,with all details! I have done this 4 times,and each time Analst emails me that the charges are valid!

There is NO WAY to escalate with Amazon,and they won't let you speak to anyone at Corporate. Thinking about getting BBB involved.

Desired outcome: credit my account for these fraudulent charges

Amazon Complaint procedure

What a farce, I spent over an hour with a person dealing with on-line complaints, he bamboozled me and kept me waiting, he was inaccurate in his replies and tried to make me feel I was in the wrong. I went online and studied my product and yes I have the firestick and yes I should be able to use it for prime video. The person I spoke to said I can't use it because I have a business account with amazon, what a croq of [censored]. can't remember his name.

Disgusting behavior, not what I would expect from Amazon, I cancelled my most recent order and I am cancelling my business account, I am not sure why business accounts are not privy to the prime video streaming, but you need to sort it out, why am I penalized as a business customer when I spend a lot more than the regular person over the course of the year, yes my account is cheaper but I spend hundreds of pounds more than a non-business user, so why do they take priority. Sort it out, get your priorities right, look after the people who pay.

Besides that, I was informed my firestick would not work due to business account. this is misleading info and completely false, i would like a refund for my firestick and a refund for my annual subscription as it has only just renewed, I no longer wish to be a part of a shoddy business who have no clue how to train staff in their products and the use of those products.

I will not change my mind and I still want my refund.

My fire stick for amazon prime won't work in my new glass tv from sky.

When I complained to Amazon on line rep, I got an hours' worth of crap saying I was a business account holder so my stick would not work, yes, I know that business prime account holders do not get free PRIME videos but my fire stick was working on my normal TV, it just won't work on my glass TV, & yes I am a platinum member of Sky and a Business member of Amazon, who the f**k is responsible.!

No one wants to know; I am awaiting a reply form Amazon after eventually finding an email address I could complain to (this is the email complaints@amazon.co.uk).

Amazon amazon fresh delivery

after five delivery

the warehouse refuses to place the recipient's name on the grocery bags. in my case there is more than one apt. that receives amazon groceries so people walk off with other people's groceries and won't know it's not their bags until they rip the bags open. this is incompetent and stupid. i will no longer be ordering groceries from amazon fresh.

Desired outcome: more competence along with an apology about said incompetence.

Amazon Customer service

21 months of the worst experience of my life because of Amazon and I no longer feel safe, I no longer have a feeling of comfort or happiness. Amazon.com took the person I once was and turned me into someone I barely recognize.. Amazon has done me so wrong in so many ways and the MANY employees that know exactly what they have done, know just how true that statement is.

Better Business Bureau of Western Washington has let me down tremendously… that BBB branch has a person who is in charge of all Amazon complaints (which now that I think about it that is extremely unfair that one person gets to have a say in all Amazon complaints at that branch.. she is without a single doubt in my mind on their payroll in my opinion) banned me from all services at that branch because i held them to their own words when another employee at that branch told me that “ALL BBB Accredited businesses must follow every rule and guideline set to remain an accredited business or they have to be removed. I even asked if it was an option if they follow them and I was told “no they have to, if they don’t they will be removed” so I can and have proven that Amazon has lied in their responses to my BBB & Washington State Attorney General complaints. The BBB National Programs refuses to remove them and the person in charge of all Amazon complaints with the BBB does not care at all despite proof they have not followed all rules and guidelines set what so ever and ignores everything. That branch also deletes every comment I make on their public fb page and then blocks me from private messaging them as well and from further commenting on their public fb posts. I was trying to get help and holding them to their own words because yes I believe EVERY BBB ACCREDITED BUSINESS SHOULD BE HELD TO THE SAME STANDARDS & NO FAVORITISM! I used to turn to the BBB for help trusting their word, honesty & integrity. I turned to the BBB and put my trust into their system and they failed me repeatedly.

The Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost told me that they confirmed Amazons main customer service number ([protected]) is a scam and not to contact that number but then when you go to their website and look up a business to file a report on you can use their number or name and for Amazon it pops up with that phone number for customer service… it’s in their system! Oh and an Apple employee bet me $5000 that Amazons phone number isn’t [protected] (as said previously that is Amazons main customer service number) he said that is a scam number and called me a liar and began screaming at me like a lunatic! I can’t make this [censored] up.. even if I tried.

The saddest part about all of this is that I can’t even come forward with the whole story because of how freaking crazy it all sounds and merely impossible for others to believe at first and those who are directly involved or are aware at Amazon and blatantly ignore my attempts to get help and my cries for help pleading.. after so many times of getting your hopes up and or getting the cold shoulder it eventually does something to a person and makes the cold and mean like I am now as to where I was the opposite before this.

For 21 MONTHS no one at Amazon Help has NOT actually helped me or followed through with a single promise or commitment. No one has cared that employees of Amazon have threatened me, discriminated against me, intentionally mislead me in every possible direction, taunted me like a child, victimized me, impersonated the now former CEO Jeff Bezos via email several times, closed my account once for 2 months for false reasons but despite proof it was all ignored and now I can only place digital orders because I “requested to many refunds but haven’t gotten a refund since January 2021 but they didn’t restrict my account to digital purchases only until July 2021.

My number is blocked from receiving calls on the callback service it literally says so when I try to get one set up to avoid me reaching anyone not involved in all of this. I can prove I talk to the same people allllll the time on both phone and chat support.

I can prove all of my contacts and emails send and call made reporting things that deserve immediate responses and actions taken but have been ignored to a fault. I can prove negligence and intentional negligence and discrimination, I can prove EVERYTHING.

Or how when a customer requests their personal data that does include their phone call recordings with customer service and I have never gotten them in ANY of my data requests when I have requested ALL data many times until recently so they withheld that from me for more than a year and I never get ALL of the data I’m entitled to in my data requests and I’ve complained of that every time. My most recent requests for my data includes the data of other customers mixed in with mine and I got an email from executive customer relations stating the appropriate teams investigated this & they confirmed all of that data I received to be linked to my account LIES then 15 hours later i got the same exact email word for word from customer service only it was signed by a different person as if she wrote it herself for the first time.. I have requested proof of their statement and that I’m still waiting for because the only data that belongs to me and is associated with my account is MY data.. me..melanie ONLY no one else and idk know those people at all and no one even contacted me asking anything about the leaked private personal data of other Amazon customers. I found my call recording from November 18th in my last data request I received from Amazon when I called the Product Support Line [protected]) where a representative said he was honoring 6 of the $5000 promises and commitments made to me by amazon employees for my compensation for a product fire and he said he “issued $30,000 and that it would process to my card that day and he took down my card number and yes YES THIS WAS AN EMPLOYEE OF AMAZON or else I wouldn’t have received the recording in my personal data I requested and that wasn’t the first time I’ve been lied to about compensation being issued the first two times was $5000 two reps said they issued and didn’t. It’s crazy to me how little Amazon cares.

Believe it or not some Amazon employees are the real scammers and a lot of people think its just outsiders pulling amazon scams.. my experiences are all from within Amazon, they’re all legit amazon employees that do not deserve to be at all.

How about the FACT that amazon ignores when some of their employees admit openly to being scammers and or involved with Online Legal India SO MANY TIMES yet it’s ignored despite their admissions and proof. Online legal India is a SCAM and nothing more. I have sent in straight up admissions and or where they don’t even try to contest that they are involved with scams AT ALL and one rep Nitin argued with me that it wasn’t a scam and I couldn’t tell her/him otherwise. Why does none of this concern Amazon? I read once where Amazon fired people over accidentally leaking customers emails but they won’t fire Amazon employees for scamming amazon and it’s customers or for threatening and discriminating against customers or for misleading in every way possible or for anything else they have done… what in the heck does it takes to get help? Why is proof of everything above ^ blatantly and intentionally ignored? Why am I not given the same access and opportunity as everyone else? I’ve only been trying to get what I’ve been promised and committed for 20 months as would anyone else in my shoes.

I’m still told to contact via email only despite my constant confirmations that none of the emails I send in can be seen by anyone at Amazon and no one ever writes me back in response to ANYTHING I say or I get emails from people stating it was a pleasure assisting me etc but I never spoke to them OR im being prompted to contact by using chat or phone support knowing when I do I’ll be told the same BS notation and hung up on ending with being told to contact via email only but I’ve received at least 50 emails since that notation was placed on my account prompting me to call in or chat for help… taunting the heck out of me.

Enough is enough already don’t you guys think?

What about the piracy of NBA, NFL, MLB games etc. being live streamed on the Amazon cloud front alongside child exploitation’s with more than 20 million views per month and Amazon refuses to remove it?!

AWS actually deleted one of my cases I created on AWS regarding this and fired Val R. For helping me try to get answers and the amazon trust and safety team lied about having ever received any reports of this nature when they have received many reports prior but chose to lie and say they haven’t and now won’t email me back when I ask them why they lied

Why wouldn’t everyone wish to pursue this? Why wouldn’t everyone want to be the voice for those children that cannot do it for themselves

why wouldn’t everyone want to do everything within their power to help those children?

I will fight and I will never stop fighting for myself and for those children and all children. Anyone reading this should do the same.

Again absolutely everything is backed with rock solid proof.

Amazon Customer service

Called about problem with order. Unprofessional operators at call center. When asked to speak with supervisor agent refused after I answered question she asked on the reason. Then after she said she could help I further reiterate I want to speaks to a supervisor she tells me 24 hrs. I told her I’ve been a customer for 8 yrs an only had to wait no longer than 10 mins.. she laughed and said hold ..after 30 mins

Desired outcome: Retrain or terminate. If a company don’t care about the quality of people it hires then the company shouldn’t bein business

Amazon Amazon confiscating gift cards

I opened an Amazon account not too long ago (last one was hacked), and began uploading some gift cards I received. I did not have Prime yet or a credit card uploaded. I decided to to this, to use the 30 day Prime trial and my gift cards, as holiday season is coming up.

I have no idea why, but a temporary hold was placed on my account until I could verify my credit card. Over the course of 4 days I uploaded a plethora of documents, including an email verifying a gift card, a billing statement with my home address, and 2 receipts with the credit card's last 4, my name, and address. Everything they asked for and more, with the pertinent info circled and highlighted. They continue to send emails stating I need to upload a verifying document, with the last email threatening to permanently close my account. I called customer service twice.

I will be more than glad to remove the credit card I uploaded, forgo Prime and simply use up the gift cards, if I was only able to get into the account! Nightmare! They are confiscating my gift cards at this point.

Desired outcome: Account unlocked and/or refund of gift card balance.

Amazon Amazon prime customer service

19/94/2022, Amazon prime account after 11 years closed effective today. Outsourced all customer service to 3rd world countries, no transfer to the USA, effective 09/01/2022 Amazon Seattle doesn’t want to hear about your complaints, lack of customer service, 3rd party nonsense. You are on your own about dealing with inferior products and services.

Example(real) you ordered this through a 3rd party contact them. I ordered the product through Amazon. Amazon contracted with the 3rd party, I have a contract with Amazon and not some 3rd party vendor. Again ZERO support from Amazon. BYE

Amazon I want an apology my claim code or another 100 dollar amazon gift card.

Well I bought an amazon.com 100 dollar gift card was confirmed that it was used I tried to return it to the store they would not give me my money back so here I am filing this complaint. And tired of waiting on amazon, com for an answer. Their gift card department. All I want is the claim code I was promised so I do not lose my 100 dollars. I am on a limited income here on social security. Or a new gift card. Amazon should not be treating people this way who spend their hard earned money on amazon. Amazon tried to say they locked the card due to fraudulent use but that is a load of [censored]. All I want is my claim code or a new gift card. I want a claim code or another 100 dollar amazon gift card in my email. They cannot be allowed to get away with this. And do not allow them dto fool you. The very last time I will be buying from amazon.com. Period.

Amazon account Access

I experienced identity theft in the July timeframe, and 4 large fraudulent charges to my Amazon account. I immediately notified amazon as well as my credit card provider (American Express) and the credit card bureaus. My credit card company took immediate action and reversed payment for the fraudulent charges. the charges were for laptops and TVs i did not order and were shipped to unknown people and addresses. As a result Amazon has eliminated access to my amazon (prime) account. I now longer have access to my audible account (230 audio Books previosuly purchased), the ability to manage my 7 alexa devices, access to my prime video and amazon music accounts. I've made 5 calls to customer service who refer my call to the amazon account specialist. sometime i get a response email that indicates they are researching my account and will update me later. I'm at 8 weeks without resolution. Amazon is now blocking calls from my number to both customer service lines.

Desired outcome: restore access to my account and enable me to access my audible .com account, and the ability to manage my alexa devices for home automation purposes.

Recieved August 27, 2022. Item(s) Subtotal:$48.99, Shipping & Handling:$0.00, Total before tax:$48.99, Estimated tax to be collected:$4.04, Grand Total:$53.03, Sold by: Amazon.com Services LLC, $48.99, Condition: New. The Bible was not new, after a month of use we started finding markings in the bible. I called Amazon Customer Service on 27-Aug-2022 which indicated the only option was to return the Bible for a refund and pay a stocking fee. We purchased the Bible as new and later found it to be used. At first look, it appeared to be as new Bible until after we used it and later discovered the markings in the Bible by a previous buyer. We believe that when the Bible was represented as new and found to be used, after the return period expired by one day should override the return policy since it was not new after all. Customer Service tried to help but were not able to resolve this issue. You would not think you should go thru 2,813 pages to see if the Bible was new or not. We assumed it was new until later discovered otherwise.

Desired outcome: That we return the Bible for a replacement for one that is new.

Amazon No information for 1 item.

I'm a little annoyed. I keep asking one of each seller just to find out of it's the 1996 version of the A Very Veggie Christmas Activity book. I asked 3 of them and none of them answered me and one of them said they can't. How am I supposed to find out which one of them is? I've spent alot of time on Google just to find the 1996 version and I've had it. I'm done doing business with Amazon. Thanks for nothing sellers.

Amazon On-line order

I received an item on july 23, 2022. I took it back to ups with amazon's return label. It was scanned, and amazon gave me credit back. A month later amazon sent me a message that they had not received my item back and therefore, they were charging me again. I sent them an email in response, and gave them the tracking number from the return label. Amazon does not credit back unless the item is scanned at one of their return locations. They responded back as if they didn't get my message and demanded payment. Again, I sent them the tracking number and date I took it back to ups, which once again, was two days after I originally received it.

Their most recent message gives me an email address, and a phone number to call. The phone number is automated and after saying they have too many calls, it hangs up. You never get a chance to speak with a human being. The email address they give does not allow you to address my specific issue.

When a return is made, all the consumer can do is return the item as instructed by amazon. Once the consumer leaves the package with ups and it get scanned, there is nothing else the consumer can do. If ups misplaces the item, or if amazon's employees lose the item in their warehouse, theere is nothing the consumer can do about that. I have spent throussands of dollars on my amazon site and i've never had an issue with them. Now that I do have an issue, there is nothing I can do to resolve it other than to provide amazon with the tracking number that was scanned in by ups. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

Ps: the order number for the purchase was [protected], and the tracking number was: 1z-owe-[protected].

Desired outcome: I wish to have Amazon stop harassing me for this charge.

Amazon Account access

my computer was hacked in early August. Several bogus orders were placed resulting in my Amazon account being cancelled. I was told that I could open another account with a different e-mail address. I tried that, but was told that the new account was on hold. I called customer service on multiple occasions to ty and get this straightened out and also talked with at least two different supervisors. The answer was always the same - there was no one I could talk with and that they would send my information to an account office that communicated only by e-mail. I just can't figure out what I need to do to get this issue clarified. They did ask on one occasion to provide proof that the credit card I used was indeed mine and provided a copy of the most recent statement which is what they asked for only to get another request for information which I don't understand. I think that if I can just get to talk with someone with some authority we could get this resolved.

Desired outcome: I WOULD JUST LIKE TO GET ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN RESUME PLACING ORDERS [ I WOULD IDEALLY LIKE TO GET ACCESS TO MY KINDLE HISTORY WHICH WAS ALSO LOST]

Amazon Amazon Prime 30 day Free Trial

I was given a free trial from Amazon of Amazon Prime for 30 days. It included amazon TV and Amazon Music. I used neither one. I cancelled Amazon Prime before the 30 day period. I checked my credit card statement and found that I was charged $9.99 for Amazon Music. I contacted Amazon and told them I never ordered amazon Music and that I cancelled Amazon Prime within the dated range. They agreed and cancelled the Amazon Music subscription but never gave me a refund for the $9.99 charge for the music. I contacted them again and they checked my music usage and found it was never used and refunded the $9.99. I questioned what happened. It seems that when you take Amazon prime, even as a free trial, you can cancel the Prime but it has nothing to do with Amazon Music so they continue the subscription. Its a seperate department."REDICULOUS" I wonder how many people dont catch that and continue to pay for something they dont even know they have, LIKE ME. It wasn't listed in my orders section nor was it listed in my digital subscriptions. You wont know you have it. Be sure to check your credit or debit card statements regularly. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON

Desired outcome: SHAME ON YOU AMAZON. DONT DO IT AGAIN. Find a way to correct this situation so no one else unknowingly suffers from it.

Amazon Order

3 weize 12v 50ah lifepo4 lithium battery, 8000+ deep cycles, smart bms, perfect for rv, solar, marine, overland/van, and off grid applications

This is the order I placed with Amazon on the 19th of September and received on the 21st. The order was for a 50Ah and I received 36 Ah. There is not a way to contact them except through an automated chat, and I cannot receive a replacement or a refund. Please help. This cost me nearly 700 dollars.

Desired outcome: I would prefer a refund since I did not receive the correct item in the first place and not sure I would if the company replaced the order.

Amazon Amazon delivery driver drove over mailbox

Amazon delivery driver drove into a HOA cluster mailbox and broke the mailbox off the stand Friday, September 16th, 2022. Homeowner's witness this accident and took pictures of this occurrence and of the damage in front of the home 19335 Blue Stem Ct, Rogers, MN. The HOA would like to submit the damages to Amazon for reimbursement for the replacement and labor charge of the cluster mail box for Laurel Creek Master Association, Rogers, Minnesota.
