Amazon I want the $25.00 stolen from my amazon/chase account refunded.

In October 2022, I returned a pair of curtains on order number: [protected]. I received the receipt from UPS for the returned curtains as well as Amazon reiterating they received the curtains and they would refund me the $19.29 via a Amazon Gift Card.

Amazon said this credit of $19.29 would be used on my next order which is order number: [protected]. However, the credit for my refund was not deducted from my new order.

After many hours of calls and chats with Amazon attempting to explain their error, on Nov. 15th, they me through a Gift Card of $19.29. On Nov 17th, they fraudulently took $25.00 out of my Amazon credit card, again!

Desired outcome: And I want Amazon to quit having access to my credit card allowing them to steal my monies whenever they please.

Amazon Chase credit cards

I recently ran into financial hardships and called about any hardships programs available for me. They said nothing could be done. So I finally deciede to canel my account and have a relative help me with the balance. They again charged with the interest owed again for next month. I am so upset and have been working with other creditors who gladly helped me. I really am so dissapointed with this company. I referred all my friends and family not to deal with them ever!

Desired outcome: I hope to get my instrest for next minth erased

Amazon Order #[protected]

I ordered a bracelet through Amazon.com. The order was processed and shipped out late. The order was shipped via UPS and was supposed to be delivered on November 9.

I never received the order, and UPS mistakenly delivered it someplace else. UPS now has a fraudulent signature on file for this delivery. I provided my legal proof of signature to both the seller and Amazon. I filed an A-Z guarantee claim, and now Amazon is not honoring this. I took out a loan to pay for this bracelet, and now I am liable to pay back this loan on an item I never received. I am asking that Amazon and/or the seller refund me for the full amount of this order.

Amazon DRIVER -order [protected]

Driver is delivering packages to mailroom that I cannot access because I’m handicapped and can’t get there. All my packages state, “DO NO DELIVER TO MAILROOM”. My account states that packages should be delivered to the door. Yet, over a year I’ve been fighting this issue. I have called Amazon but problem is never resolved.

Amazon Laptop computer

On October 27th, 2021 I purchased a Dell computer from Amazon: Dell Inspiron 5410 Laptop. (See AmInvoice#1)

It showed It was the Newest 2021 Dell Laptop. As I discovered when I received it, It has been register in March of that year. After days of emails and phone calls, I finally got Dell to move the unit to my name.

In July, 2022, the computer started to reboot on it’s own. I was getting messages that the power supply was not sufficient for the computer. I ordered 3 different units from Amazon. None resolved the problem. On October 24th, 2022 the computer stopped rebooting. First with a message the computer ran into a problem (Figure #3). Then when I ran diagnostic, is indicated memory issues (Snap # 1 and 2)

I went onto the Amazon site and looked up the order. It referred me to the Dell Repair number (Figure #4). I was informed by Dell that it was a warranty issue and they sent me a box to send it to them. I received an email a couple of days later stating it was outside of warranty and said I would have to pay $204.63. When I called, Dell said the issue was a bad SSD drive – not memory. The 2 TB drive was not a Dell part, and I would have to pay to have it replaced. Additionally, they would not return the defective drive and replaced it with a 1 TB SSD drive. After a long argument I agreed and paid the bill.

I then tried calling Amazon and got the Philippines. My experience with that is they have a script and it more frustrating then not to explain the problem and get resolution. I asked to be transfer to North American support. They refused. In the 4½ hours I spoke to Ali, Mitu, Disebo, Jenavie, CJ, Marie, Brian, Alex, Pablo, Michael, Tenee and Poravce. All refused to transfer me to the US supervisor and only offered the option to “Send an email to the buyer.” I have gone though this with the buyer before. Amazon’s take on this – you didn’t buy from use you bought from one of our dealers!

Desired outcome: My request: Reimburse me for the repair: $204.63Compensation for reduced drive capacity: $200.00(at the time of purchase was about $200) Total: $404.63

Amazon Manufacturer default on my TV

My girlfriend purchased a TV from Best Buy and after 4 months the controller stopped working. I have purchased 2 separate controllers to try and get it to sync to my TV and nothing will work. Our TV is only 4 months old. Best Buy and the manufacturer will do nothing to resolve this matter and either fix the TV/remote pairing issue. Now the TV does not work at all. We have tried our best to work with these companies and they will to nothing to right their product defect.

Desired outcome: Fix the TV or send a technician to repair this issue.

Amazon Returned an item, never got a refund

My name is Greg Mayle and my account was under the email [protected]@yahoo.com. I purchased a Fire 7 Kids Tablet on 10/23/22. My order #[protected] and the total with a coupon I used was $95.39. It arrived on 10/26/22 defective. It would not hold a charge so I requested a return the same day. I choose the option to have it refunded to my amazon account as a gift card as soon as the item was received. I had full intentions of ordering another tablet. I was only offered the option for UPS to pick up the item. Day 1, 2 or 3 of waiting and no UPS ever arrived to get the package. After an intense phone conversation I was finally sent a return label several days later. I dropped the package off at UPS and received a tracking number (#1Z602V199090308295) on 10/31/22. The item was delivered back to Amazon on 11/2/22. I have made numerous calls to Amazon regarding this matter with no resolution. I was told they never received the package. I requested my account be deleted because I am beyond fed up with this situation. I was informed the return could still be processed back to my payment method even though I closed my amazon account. Now the Amazon customer service has quit helping me at all. They informed me that I needed to refuse payment at the bank. After speaking to the bank, I legally cannot do that since I did receive the item and have subsequently returned it. I am requesting a refund of $95.39. My acceptance email for the return said I would get a refund in 7 days. It's been more then 7 days and I never received my refund. I have attached the return acceptance email stating the return was approved and that I would get a refund along with the tracking receipt that proves Amazon received my return. Amazon customer service has quit helping me so I now have to seek help elsewhere. Could you please review this situation and help me? Thank you

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of $95.39. I don't care if that's by form of a mailed paper check or applied back to my original payment method.

2nd. Verify your account to get Support and Inform them you need help / guidance on purchase And "You Also Need Help On Additions Issue Related to Your Amazon Account".

This is the best way to get in touch with their Customer service team. And I am using this trick for a while now if i face any problem with My Account, orders and other Technical help i need.

Amazon Driver

I live on a private rd firelane 6 Jordan ny . At apron 445pm a driver which refused to give his name was doing well over our 10 mph speed limit when confronted the Asian man refused to give his name his license plate number was 3304mb almost hit us walking he told us if we don’t like it maybe we schlock’s not order from Amazon anymore .I have spent thousands I have been on hold 20 min waiting for some one ..to speak with .

Desired outcome: Reprimand this driver I will continue further . He is gonna hit. Child or animal !! Amazon getting horrible !

Amazon Property Damage by Delivery Truck

Good Morning,

I hope this email finds you well.

We recently had an incident at our property where an Amazon driver hit our brick wall when they came to make deliveries. I have attached a copy of the truck and the license plate.

This happened on 9/20/22. I am late at getting this information to you because the person that took the pictures was on vacation.

We already had the wall repaired but are looking to be compensated for this repair. We are a Non Profit agency that provides housing for low income elderly individuals.

Amazon Amazon delivery driver

A small package was delivered perfectly to my front door on Nov 2, 2022, 1:40 PM - I received an email while I was at work (see below) but the driver's truck destroyed a stone wall at the edge of my driveway. I have neighbors who noticed the damage that afternoon & reported it to me. My car was the only other vehicle to come & go the entire day - no one else came onto the property. Looking at the photos I submitted the tire tracks are obvious, & my dog in 2 of the photos gives good scale reference to the size & weight of those stones. Inspection of the vehicle used delivering to my home that day would clearly show damage & verify my claim.

Amazon Unauthorized charge to my bank card

This issue involves an order placed in August 2022. The item styrofoam bowls). The order has never come to me, I've spent a lot of time dealing with Amazon. I was told to dispose of the items if I received them. They have never been delivered to my address.

This situation was resolved weeks ago. I have NEVER received the item. I was told to dispose of the item if I ever received it. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. Today, an unauthorized charge of $10.00 was applied to my bank account (8713). You do not have the authority to mess with this account.

I have the flu and need to be in bed, rather than stressing out having to deal with incompetent AMAZON employees. A lot of competent applicants want jobs. Why hire the incompetent? I've already given a lot of my Christmas purchases to your competitors, and I anticipate that you'll be losing even more of my business soon.

Where is my email message telling me that my bank card has been refunded?

Desired outcome: My refund, first. Do not mess with this account unless I give my approval. Remove this employee.Get your act together. I dropped out of PRIME because of inferior service.

Amazon Products

I have an amazon prime account. I was promised 2 items if I paid 25 dollars or more to have my shipment delivered next day between 7am and 11am. It's now after 12pm and after a phone call with customer service amazon. They are apologizing for the inconvenience. Yet I have screen shots saying item will be delivered. They already have charged me and I still don't have my items

Amazon Amazon review privileges

In 2017 Amazon banned me from reviewing without reasons given, just that I violated the community guidelines.

Over the years i have written a number of emails to ask an explanation and reinstatement of this privilege, without ever getting an answer.

the reason it matters to me is that I use other people's reviews in my decision-making process and enjoy returning the favor by also writing reviews of my purchases

Amazon Inability to use my visa gift card for purchases

OnNovember 1,2022 on my iphone through the Amazon mobile app. I was able to upload the specifics of the visa gift card to "wallet" then I placed my order. Later I got a notification from Amazon saying"payment revision needed"I contacted Amazon through their help portal and talked to somebody who told me" I must contact my bank about the card at issue' to which I stated 'do you know how a visa gift card works?

I made sure prior to using it that I specifically activated my 4 digit pin that turned it into a debit card.In between my Amazon order and talking to customer services I put gas in so therefore the $150 gift card changed to $110 My Amazon order was only $60 that was their second statement was ice rain there was a positive balance on there?

All I want is for Amazon to figure out a better way to variety the authenticity of cards unless it's a matter of not wanting other vendors to use their competing products on their platform.

Desired outcome: the opportunity to use my visa gift card on the Amazon website.The same way I'm able to use it everywhere else

Amazon refund on my order

i returned items that i bought in septemeber and returned in september. i have proof of tracking and that it was delivered to amazon 9/7. on 10/28 i got notes that they are re charging my card since they never got the items back. i have been fightning with them for days and back and forth and they will not help me and will not give me my money back which is illegal.

In August I ordered some paint and some Still wool. When the driver got here she said there was paint all over and would I want to return it because it was all over her truck. I said yes so she took it back. Around September I checked and followed up on it and I thought I request a refund even though it showed it was still on its way in my records. Today I tried to get in contact with your customer service and Sunny told me that he couldn’t help me that it was past the date.

My question is then where is the product that was sent back because I never received it?. Also my records in back of Amazon in my history shows that it’s on its way and never got here. So my question is again why can’t I get my product delivered or refunded?

We do a lot of business with you and so I’m not really happy that this can’t be resolved even if it is after the period of refund even though it should’ve already been refunded when you received the product back. Please contact me and let me know what can be done about this?

This paint is not cheap and I was supposed to have my granddaughters dresser painted by now.

Amazon Amazon prime

I am writing due to a issue with Amazon regarding a monthly Amazon Prime charge which is being charged to my 82 year old mothers debit card ending in 2953. I have had Amazon Prime in the past which I canceled in May 2022, because I no longer need it, and all the years I had it it has rightly been charged to my bank account, but for some reason the 24th of each month it has been being charged like I said to my mothers bank account. She does not have her own amazon account but her card was on my account for times when I ordered things for her, and they were even removed right after I canceled Amazon Prime, and noticed they had charged my mothers account, and I was told by the Amazon Rep that that charge for May 2022 would be removed, but it never was.

I have spoke to a representative for Amazon 3x regarding this $16.19 that has been charged every month even though Amazon Prime has been canceled May or June this year and is going to a bank account that should never be charged! They cannot explain how this charge is occurring, last charge occurring on October 24th, yet it is and needs to be refunded to my mothers checking account, but yet they say they don't see any bank account being charged, so I can't seem to get to the bottom of it. I even have spoke to my bank and sent amazon a statement showing the charges.

So I need any help that can be provided with this issue!
