Amazon complaint regarding an advertisement I watched yesterday on tv

Please take off your advertising playing the most religious song the Ava Maria on TV. I was shocked and saddened you would use such a religious song. Amazon sorority flag

I purchased an Alpha Phi flag from Amazon and it came in the mail with the completely wrong words on it, a completely different sorority name. I am extremely annoyed at this while I went back to check my order and it clearly said I ordered a flag that says "Alpha Phi". It's very hard for me to send return packages back because of my location. I want a full refund and a new flag sent to me.

Amazon there is a fee on my credit in the amount of $13.38 for amazon prime which I no nothing about and want to cancel this service immediately

There is a charge on my credit card in the amount of $13.38 for Amazon Prime. The Transaction Description says, "Amazon Prime Amzn.com/bill WA". This is the third time this charge has accured. I know nothing about this charge. To my knowledge I did not request this service and request the cancellation of this service. I only use Amazon occassionally and not on a regular basis. The removal of this charge would be appreciated. Thanks

Amazon misleading refund information

Item I ordered was abruptly cancelled because their shipping box is damaged. I received email notice that they will be issuing full refund. I contacted customer service complaining that I really needed the item and wasn't fair that they didn't even give me an option or compensation. Rep (I believe she/he is from other country) said replacement will be ordered with no charge but they can't rush the shipment. I understood that they will replace my item for free (no charge). Turned out, they did charge me and now they accused me of lying. I talk to couple different people but they said they won't do anything about it for me. Terrible customer service and why can't Amazon hire someone other than foreign country to help customer? I've been prime member and loyal customer and this is how they treat me? Very angry and disappointed with Amazon!

Amazon amazon prime

At 8:30pm today, 8/27/19, I called the Amazon number 1.888.280.2073 to get help with my Amazon Prime account. I could not understand the customer service rep because he had an very strong accent. His name was Ispanelle, he said. I kept asking him to repeat it, because he was hard to understand. I asked to speak to a rep that I could understand better and he said there was no one else I could talk to. WHAT? That is really bad service and I'm going to consider not renewing again next year if I continue to have these experiences with Amazon.

Amazon books heir-infinity-alain-straub

I'm the author of that book and i had it publish with self publishing companies. They're contract was cancelled years ago and never renewed as I wasn't happy with my work and their services. I never received a penny from those co. I'm contemplating charging for using my book as advertising. I've asked them repeatedly to take the book out of the internet as it is not been printed. I own the copyrights for the book? If you sold any please let me know as I never got any money for it? Could you pull this title out of your website at it creates problems for me. Thanks for your time. Cordially

Amazon unprofessional conduct of delivery service

I just had a package delivered to my home by a female driving a large unmarked white van. I was sitting in my living room when I heard music banging so loud my windows began to vibrate. The female driver stop in front of my home, opened the driver's door exited the van leaving the door wide open so my neighbors could enjoy the extremely loud head banging music she bump'in at max volume. Then runs across my lawn, into my flower bed avoiding the perfectly bricked walkway that leads right up to my front door. She puts the package down at the front door and proceeds back to the van the same way. What in the world was that about! Look, I'm all for enjoying your job and having a good time while doing it, but that was just disrespectful and unprofessional. Can someone please let her know her conduct was seen as lazy and please don't do it again.

Amazon general amazon customer service

My account was hacked and someone ordered two watches to a value of £822 obviously this was paid with my amazon credit card which was linked to my account at the time. When I realised about these transactions i contacted amazon credit card company and they put these transactions as fraud as obviously it was not me and they even changed my delivery address on my account and after the incident i logged in and took all my cards off my account as I was concerned about what had happened.

obviously i thought this was the end of it but then I received an email see copy of this email below

obviously when I received this email I contacted customer services numerous of times on different dates regarding this issue obviously nobody could tell me all I got i was going to be contacted regarding the issue obviously during this i couldn't use my amazon services which brought an inconvenience to myself even though it was not my fault in the first place. Nobody spoke to me until I tried my account and i managed to log in so now I presume the issue has been sorted I expect the service to a loyal customer who has been the victim and to be without services is not acceptable for numerous weeks as I Pay for some services and been a loyal customer for number of years with Amazon.

Amazon received wrong golf set

I have been a Prime long time customer and have always been satisfied - I ordered Tour Edge Male Bazooka 360 Box Set (Men's, Left Hand, Graphite, Uniflex, Full Set), Black/Blue, Full Set - I received Precise right-handed golf club set which is no good to me because I'm a left- handed golfer - I want to make sure that I will receive what I ordered

Amazon unauthorized charge

I just received a $127.03 on my card today on August 12, 2019 that is pending. It is a charge from amzn.com/billWAUS. Which I'm assuming, after researching, is amazon billing. I did not authorize this charge at all and demand a refund. I haven't purchased anything around this price range at any point in time. The last thing I purchased was whiskey glass at $34 and was a gift to my father for his birthday.

Amazon return pickup

I ahve ordered a laptop as it was not working properly ...I opted for replacement ..still the issue was persisting..So i opted for return

Now this delivery person is not coming to pickup the order. he himself has cancelld the order without even coming /calling me ..This is ridiculous

Amazon driver accident

An amazon driver was delivering to my neighbor today 8/7/2019 at approximately 15:15 hrs. When he was backing out of their driveway, he hit our stone mailbox breaking the stone and knocking it off the foundation. He looked back, but then took off, witnessed by my wife and granddaughter. I found him down the road and confronted him about it. I have his driver's license info, the amazon van LP, and a picture of the damage. I am attaching pictures to this email. If you need his driver's license photo image - I can send that as well.

I just want my mailbox repaired. Had he stopped to inform me of his actions, I would not be so upset. However, he saw what he did and took off anyway.

I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution of this matter.

Amazon amazon prime

You have been advertising the Andy Murray/Jamie Murray match to "watch live" all evening and now its not televised. Your service is a rip-off, GB tennis fans trusted you and signed up. I want to report you to the Ombudsman. Our greatest tennis players deserve coverage and your customers deserve to receive a service you have advertised and we have paid good money for. You had cameras on their court before today so why not now?
A very fed up Murray fan.

Tonight we had an opportunity to watch the Murray brothers in action, something us fans have been longing for since the Davis Cup win. You have been advertising this match all day and You totally let us all down. We may never get a chance to see them play doubles again. You have upset fans everywhere!
I had friends phoning in who were told there were no cameras on court. Lies! Then one was told we will be able to watch the match on replay? Is that a lie or a miracle from you?

Amazon customer service

Promised a delivery date, had arranged for someone to be there on that day and then without notice they decided to ship my item a day early. I had to use my last paid day off to be there and now I'm out that day of pay. All I wanted to know was if they would reimburse me if the package was stolen or lost and it was a run around with three different agents. Terrible customer service who had no clue what is really happening.

Amazon additional charges to my debit card

Hi my name is meresa and I'm not very active buying stuff on amazon it's kinda rare and i have been getting additional charges to by card . I have not bought anything there Was 2 debit card charge on June 22 one of 11.00 and another one 16.56 dollars to my debit card and I did not buy anything in books newspapers which was alarming especially since I haven't bought anything. Amazon payment

On July 25 you took out $14.03 from my account. I did not order anything and also do not belong to the prime account! How do I get a refund back to my account? This should not happen. Would also like to know this does happen with a company like yours. I don't order much stuff from you. But I will tel my relatives to watch there accounts, as they do order a lot of things from Amazon!

Amazon non refund of excess amount paid for a mobile phone on 20th june.

On 20th june while placing an order for samsung galaxy m20 (charcoal black), I was asked to make an payment of rs.11990/- (order number 408-5319720-1542766) I paid the same using credit card. The amount got deducted from the account, but immediately a message came that 'payment declined: revise the payment now to complete your amazon order'.

On earlier occasions during booking of air/railway tickets whenever the account was debited, without the transaction being completed, the amount used to be credited back to the same account in a few days.

I therefore placed the order again (order number 408-3065678-2367516), paid rs.11990/- for the same by credit card and I received the phone next day. On 22nd june my mother in law suffered a stroke and I with my wife had to rush to purulia (west bengal) to attend to her as she lives alone. She had to be hospitalised and after her condition improved I came back to kolkata.

On returning to kolkata I was checking my accounts and found that the amount of rs.11990/- debited on 20th june against order no. 408-5319720-1542766 has not been credited back to my account. I called up amazon's customer care number and narrated my problem to him. The person who picked up the phone checked the records and to my surprise informed me that records were showing that both phones had been delivered to me. I told him that only one phone against order no 408-3065678-2367516 was delivered to me and I did not receive any other package from amazon.

He told me to take up the matter with amazon's higher officials for solution of my problem. I have sent 9/10 mails to mr. Amit agarwal. Ceo amazon india and also to mr. Jeff bezos. I have received reply to my mails wherein their customer care department persons are saying that they are looking into the matter and will revert to me. Further, I have received 3/4 calls where different persons ask the same question again & again. This has been going on for the past one month. You are requested to kindly take necessary steps so that I get back the excess amount of rs.11990/- paid to amazon.
