prime tractor trailer trucks using my residential street
I live in South Bound Brook N.J . My street is a 25 mph residential neighborhood. I have seen at least six or more large tractor trailer trucks using our street since your new facility has been built off off Weston Canal Road in Franklin NJ. One came threw around 11:00 am today. Please correct this issue .
Amazon logistics customer service is terrible: nicole albert
Telling a customer to calm down when they are annoyed is not good customer service.
I wasn't abusive but the driver delivered the items to the wrong address. Of course I'm annoyed. These items are not a pair of shoes but keyboard and mouse which I needed for my job and homeschooling for my kids. We are in lockdown in Sydney so I can't just head to shops.
Ask the customer service representative to end the chat but I don't think the Nicole realised that she was giving her customer (me) some attitude.
Despite telling her the comment was unhelpful she kept going saying she was only trying to help. Seriously, training is definitely needed. There was a definitely a lack of experience of handling irate customer. Very poor indeed.
Desired outcome: Called customer service directly and definitely a world of difference. Help me resolve the issue and definitely didn't tell me to calm. Understood why I was annoyed.
Gazechimp ezcap6 record player, mp3 converter
The Ezchimp6 record player converter is sold on Amazon.
The product is not as described. The ad says "no computer needed" When it arrived, the instructions direct you to hook up to a computer to down load music.
When I contacted Amazon for a return due to not as represented, seller Gazechimp offered $10.00 and a dumb excuse. Offer declined. They continued to make slightly higher offers and more dumb excuses. Definately an oriental seller with somtinme poor translation. The hope is that you will give up and not get your money back.
After contacting Amazon customer service and a few more dumb excuses, Amazon posted a full refund to my account.
You do not want to purchase from this seller, Gazechimp. Even after this POOR experience, I still am getting emails from them asking that I upgrade my review. They just don't get it. BUYER BEWARE.

Amazon prime video streaming service
Twice this past month, while halfway through a "Free to You" series, Amazon Prime suddenly wants to charge $1.99 per episode. One series had 48 episodes. Who is paying almost $100 to watch a series on Amazon Prime? This is like a drug dealer giving you a few free samples and then charging you once you are hooked. There has to be some law against changing the price once someone starts watching.
If a consumer begins a "Free to You" series, all episodes should be free unless there is a notice stating that after a certain episode there is a charge. Changing from "free" to $1.99 per episode midway through a series is unethical.
Desired outcome: New policy: Once a consumer begins a "Free" series, all episodes should remain free.
Product review / community guidelines policy
I placed 26 orders in 2020 and several already this year. I pay for all my orders using an Amazon Gift card and loading it to my account. At times I post a follow up review and you normally send me an email requesting such. Recently I have not been able to post reviews as your message tells me, "We apologize but this account has not met the minimum eligibility requirements to write a review. If you would like to learn more about our eligibility requirements, please see our community guidelines". Your Community Guidelines say I have to use a personal credit or debit card to meet new guidelines. So why does using your Amazon Gift Card instead of my personal debit or credit card prevent me from submitting a product review. I prefer not to make purchase putting my personal card information out there so I use your gift card. This policy just changed and I'm sorry, but it makes no sense to me.
Desired outcome: Correct This Policy
Cost
I was charged 5.99 on my card on 7-5-2021 for amzn/was, what is this for? I don't use Amazon. Please let me know soon. Thanks, James I like to have this resolved, it was charged on back in June too for $5.95 and same thing amzn/wa, I guess I will have to contact my bank on this because I don't know what it is. I've never dealt with something like this. Thanks
Been there. Praying for you
Suspended from posting product and service reviews and ratings
I'm not an avid reviewer but I've done my share over the last 5 or 6 years. I seldom if ever do 1 star reviews and usually go the 3 to 5 star route. But I am an off and on person in the reviewing dept...going in spurts.
I have never been compensated nor have asked to be compensated. I am affiliated with no sellers nor have I tended toward all negative or all positive reviews or done a frenzy of reviews... I simply have done nothing I'm aware of to set off the Amazon alarm.
But last week when I went to write a film review I received this message:
A Message from Amazon Review Moderation
Thank you for your inquiry. Amazon has noticed some unusual reviewing and rating activity associated with this account. As a result, we removed all of this account's reviews, and it is no longer able to contribute reviews, ratings, customer questions and answers, and other related Community content.
Why is this happening?
Customer reviews and ratings are meant to help customers make informed purchase decisions through unbiased product feedback. Reviews and ratings that violate our Community Guidelines and our Review policies are not allowed.
This account can no longer contribute content for one or more of the following reasons:
-- Elements of the account indicate a relationship with sellers, publishers, or other reviewers on the reviewed products.
-- Reviews and ratings were posted in exchange for compensation, such as gift cards, product refunds, review swaps, or free or discounted products.
-- The account requested free or discounted products in exchange for reviews and ratings.
-- The account was created for the primary purpose of writing reviews and ratings that violates our policies.
-- An unauthorized party may have accessed this account to write reviews and ratings.
Has your account been deactivated in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please submit an explanation. Your explanation should include the following information:
-- Evidence or examples that demonstrate that your account complies with our policies.
I have chatted with CS and have received this same form email to any inquiry. There's no explanation and the thought of continuing to purchase items from a company that has made me mute does not set well with me. It just makes no sense.
The only thing I can think of is that I purchased some sandals a few months ago and ended up loving them and gave a good review despite the fact many had been negative. But if that's the cause who wants to walk on those kind of eggshells anyway.
And how in the world do I prove I'm compliant? Shouldn't they be the ones with the burden of proof.
I'm thinking that this is it for me and Amazon unless this is resolved...despite the fact I've been doing most of my shopping there. How can you buy from a company that makes sure you could never complain?
Desired outcome: Reactivate ability to rate and review
Same thing happened to my wife. I'm in the process of canceling all Amazon stuff (years as a Kindle Unlimited subscriber, tons of subscribe and save, and a Chase Amazon Prime credit card). Accusing customers of fraud is not a good business plan (I don't even care about being able to review -- it is the principle of it).
My wife just had her account suspended. She left a 3 star review on an eyelash product from Encapture Eyelash Growth Serum. Unfortunately this product didn't work for her and irritated her eyes. The company sent her multiple requests to change her review to a 5 star. They offered her a replacement product that she refused. If the original irritated her eyes wouldn't the replacement do the same? The kept e-mailing her and hounding her to change her review. She finally wrote back and said "If you don't quit hounding me I will change my review down to a 2 star. After another e-mail from them she did change the review to a 2 star. This was the infraction that her account was suspended for. She explained this bullying tactic to the Amazon customer care rep and thought the issue would be handled. Wrong! She received the canned response from Amazon with no details. Let me add my wife isn't on any social media and has never accepted a product for a favorable review. I am going to post her story everywhere I can to make people aware of these fictitious 5 star reviews on Amazon.
Service and delivery
I placed and order on June 30 to be delivered on July 3. Received an email it was delivered with a picture of the package on a porch. It was not my porch. I called immediately and spoke to 4 different people at Amazon and not one could help me. I need the package on July 3 it was a gift. Spoke to Dejoun he said he would send a replacement for delivery today July 4. I didn't receive replacement today. I called and spoke with 3 more people today and still got no answers. I pay extra for prime and have not had a 2 day delivery in a year! Amazon one of the biggest companies in the world and I can't get an answer where my shipment is. You have gone from best to worst….gotten too big too fast.
Unhappy customer who spends a good amount of money on Amazon
Amazon
Amazon has closed 2 of my accounts, and I am being charged for pre order books on the closed accounts. This has been going on since Mid April. Amazon needs to refund me $103.31 that they have charged my bank account, and they need to refund me over $15, 000 in e books that I no long have access too. Every time I have chatted with customer service they are dishonest, they say what I think I want to hear
Delivery package
This happened twice
I live in a building on the first floor
One day i came home and I saw a package (not mine) on the edge of the bathroom window of my apartment, outside of the building
Thank god I saw it before anyone else took it and brought it inside the building
Today I received a message that my package was delivered
Although i was home, no one rang the bell of my apartment or any apartment to get in the building
I went outside to look for my package and it was left outside the building with another package
Anyone could take it
It was almost on the street
And then we wonder why someone steals our packages
Desired outcome: Be professional do their job properly and deliver the package
property damage
A delivery was made by Amazon on June 19. Oder number [protected]. The driver ran into a retaining wall on my property. I live in a rural area and there was no one else on my property that day.
I filed a claim with Amazon. It got fowarded to "ARC". They say that unless I was there to photograph the delivery, they "must" deny my claim due to their policies. I was basically called a liar. Why would I do that? They said they are just a third party and refused to help.
The end result is that Amazon drivers can enter your property, damage it, and the customer is left to pay for repairs on their own...unless the customer stands watch over them. Delivery while you are away puts the customer at risk.
Desired outcome: Restitution for damages
Amazon Customer Service

Prime Spoof and Non-Delivery Problem
"SanDisk 256GB Ultra Dual Drive USB 3.1 Type-C memory - SDDDC2-256G-g46" sold by Aamazon.com.tr, which I ordered under Prime has not yet been delivered to me, although my other acquaintances who got the same product on the next day of order. My order was not shipped and no action was taken, although I repeatedly contacted customer services on different days. It's been more than a week waiting for it to be even dispatched, and not to mention the time I spend on every discussion with the customer care and the stress I get. I made my last call today and they stated that the product was in "in the supply phase" although it's shown on the orders page was to be delivered 29th of June 2021, which is today! When I made the purchase it was "in stock" and now it's in the supply phase. Again, the situation has not changed, the victimization continues. By the way, I also wasted the "prime" membership, which is used for a fee. I appeal to everyone, please think 100 times before shopping on Amazon. I thought Amazon aimed for customer satisfaction, but I was very wrong. Even on shopping sites in China, I have never encountered such a disgrace. In summary; I renewed my prime membership, bought the product that was in stock, my product was not shipped to me, I contacted many times there was no shaking, then it was said "no product we supply" ; after all, I was victimized. This kind of act of a seller who does not fulfill his responsibilities and promises, and who continues to victimize his client as if he were making fun of him, is officially an example of "fraud". Woe to those responsible for this matter and the like!..
Desired outcome: To get the item I purchased for, as soon as possible, not later than today!.
Just closed my account, so the issue has not been solved but it's a perfect prevention from another one.

I spoke with customer service rep very disrespectful and threatening language towards me not help I'm files charge again your customer service rep employee.
Desired outcome: Never do that again

excuse me why can't i post my issues with this product? isn't that why there is a forum? if not you should disclose that it is "Just A Forum For Positive Reviews" Also, if ppl post problems, the seller can possibly reach out to fix it before they tell 50 ppl not to buy it etc not that you care
My account was hacked 7 weeks ago and they added two step authentication to my account.
I've spoken to at least 10 different people and they cannot get this resolved. They acknowledge the account was hacked but they cannot figure out how to get my account back. Unbelievable that a company this size cannot figure this out. I have $300 in product that needs to be returned and I cannot. I am incredibly frustrated. They've always be quick to respond but in this case all I get is a run around. Quick to take your money but not quick to resolve an issue when your account gets hacked.
Two unauthorized charges
i was charged two unauthorized charges on june 21-2021 on my debit card. one was $197.43 and another for $1.58 i dont know inything about these charges. I didnt do this. About Amazon
Amazon's success can be attributed to its innovative business model, which has disrupted traditional retail markets. The company's online platform allows customers to browse and purchase products from a vast selection of categories, including electronics, books, clothing, and household items. Amazon also offers a range of services, such as Amazon Prime, which provides customers with free shipping, access to streaming services, and other benefits.
In addition to its retail operations, Amazon has also expanded into other areas of technology, such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a cloud computing platform that provides businesses with a range of services, including storage, computing power, and analytics. AWS is one of the largest cloud computing providers in the world, with a market share of over 30%.
Amazon's success has not been without controversy, however. The company has faced criticism over its treatment of workers, with reports of poor working conditions and low wages. Amazon has also been accused of anti-competitive practices, with some critics arguing that the company's dominance in the retail market gives it an unfair advantage over smaller competitors.
Despite these challenges, Amazon continues to be a major player in the technology industry, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. The company's commitment to providing high-quality products and services has helped it to maintain its position as one of the most valuable companies in the world.
