unauthorized credit card charge
On 11-24-19 I had a charge in the amount of 13.90 for a recurring charge for Amazon Prime. I don't believe I even have an Amazon account. If there is an account in my name, I would like that cancelled please, Jennifer A Boggess. Its saying may be from a free trial period that has ended. amazon arrogance - unilaterally closing my account, still takes my money
On 2 Dec I ordered some items from Amazon in Germany, for delivery in South Africa.
On one of the items, they then gave it to Australian Post to deliver to South Africa. This is obviously really stupid, if it goes to Australia ( from EU or UK) and then back to South Africa. This was not a free delivery.
Because it is very difficult to get hold of any sensible person in Amazon, there is no contact number in Germany that I could find, I wrote three emails and told them it is stupid to send the item with Australian post - it is quite far away from South Africa.
They abruptly cancelled by account with a simple message that it is "final" and "irreversible" and also that I should never try to open another account with Amazon again - basically banning me from life from buying something on Amazon. In the same email they also said they are cancelling all orders that I had on the system.
Then we received mail that the goods is on the way. On the 5th December they took the money off the credit card account. Then one item arrived and another one was somehow unilaterally returned by DHL with a note on the Amazon web that they could not deliver. Two items, on the same order, shipped within an hour apart - one arrived, and the other "could not be delivered" - with no reason given at all.
But they still have my money for all the orders - so what do I do now with a seller ( Amazon itself) that closes my account and every time I try to communicate with them they tell me never to open an account with them again. Is this legal and is this the standar way that Amazon treats their customers? ( Apart from the stupidity to send something from the UK or EU vir Australia post to South Africa. I can just smile about the level of geographic knowledge displayed)...
poor customer service - account hacked
My account was hacked and my email was changed. Despite changing my password and adding the dual sign on. I have called and was told it would be reviewed and they would email me. I stressed, not to email the account that the hacker changed it to but to my account. I never received the email so I assume it went to the hacker. I called back and they have to resubmit to the security team. It has already been over 3 weeks since the second incident and now I have to wait 2 more business days an hope they contact me. Poor security and poor resolution!
My account is under the name Tammy Atkins. The original hack was back in mid October and now it's December and I cannot get a resolution. I want my account secure and back to me. I am unable to view amazon prime for over a month because it is attached to that account. I would think that the account security for your customers would be a high priority. complaint about delivery drivers
Amazon is using my private drive to get to main road. I met a driver as I was to exit my drive and told her this was not and she told me I didn't have any "no trespassing" signs so we promptly displayed numerous signs. Needless to say drivers just disregard signs. I would appreciate a personal telephone call to talk to a representative. I have pictures of my private entry and anyone could clearly see this is not a street. I am a private citizen with no public funds provided for my property being used for your many deliveries. One driver ran over landscaping and I know she had to have damaged the truck in some way. Am anxiously awaiting a communication from your company. This item was due to be delivered on 3rd December. Your driver's E-mail states that it was delivered and left at reception. I live in a block of apartments and there is no reception. Also, we have security gates here and he would be unable to gain access in any event. We have 3 janitors on duty at the time he is supposed to have made his delivery, but nobody saw him. I was at home at that time but he did not call me. My goods HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. Please will you find out what has happened and deliver to me as soon as possible.

I purchased some thing at Amazon on June 28, 2019 and after that I have ben getting charged 14.19 every month and I don't understand why. #[protected] This is the order number.When box was opened, two products of Armour All, the multi-purpose cleaner and protectant were broken causing the contents of both to leak in the box. It looked like someone opened the box and put all the bottles in individual plastic bags and then sealed the box up without replacing the two bottles that were broken. Then they put the box into a bigger box. When I received the box it had leaked right through. I have taken pictures if you need them.

Sad day for Amazon.
Two times in a few weeks I have had an issue with Amazon that can't seem to be resolved through customer service.
1) A few weeks ago a driver decided to use my front yard...yes, yard with grass...as a place to do a u-turn. Putting tracks into myu yard. Not cool.
2) Delivery driver places a package in my driveway...letting it balance on its end...think of a tall skinny box...3 inches thick...there you go...all it needed was the wind to blow it over and destroy the contents. This to me is a sign of laziness. They simply backed into my long driveway near the top...put it on the ground, and left. Not cool.
Shame on you Amazon.

I specifically ordered this TV since the website stated "free two day" delivery. Now I'm clicking on the tracking button and it states delivery by "Wednesday"...! I'm one click away from just cancelling the entire order and going to Best Buy!
This is not the first time that the website stated one or two day delivery and the package failed to show up! This is beyond frustrating. If you can't deliver in the time frame specified than don't say that on your website.
This is an extremely poor business practice! Depsite the selection I might as well go to a brick and mortar store, at least what's in stock is available!

Amazon prime driver drove over my lawn
On 11/22/19 about 10:45-11am an Amazon Prime driver, a young male, had just made a delivery to 62 Barlow Ave., Sewell, NJ 08080 (Robert Dick residence). He proceeded to drive across my lawn, making a U-turn, causing damage to my grass and possible sprinkler system. My neighbor, Robert, yelled to him to not do that and he sped off. I want to register a formal complaint. I have called and was hung up on and sent a prior email that I don't know what happened to it. I expect and would appreciate a response. My complaint is to Amazon. I am a faithful Prime customer and order many things every month on Amazon. Recently I tried to order Scandinavian Delights Raspberry/Rhubarb spread which couple of months ago I bought at Whole Foods in Austin for 7.50 a jar. Imagine my surprise when I saw Amazon was charging $18.98 for a 13.4 oz jar. Since Amazon now owns Whole Foods, I can only assume it's been Amazon's decision to increase the price by well over 100%.
This is price gouging. I can buy the same spread for $7.50 elsewhere but not in Austin. However, I am willing to pay shipping to get the spread because I will not purchase the spread from Amazon. I ordered 4 jars last week and they arrived today. Even with shipping they are $5.00 less a jar than Amazon is charging. Can I assume that many other products sold by Whole Foods will also be subject to monstrous increases?
I am a very dissatisfied customer.
inappropriate message on bracelet
As a Christian, I am offended by this saying on the bracelet. Looking for my 14 year old granddaughter a Christmas Gift and look what I find. I would never even begin to consider this as an appropriate gift for anyone - let alone a young teenager.
Others can be offended by any number of things these days, and it is high time that Christians stand up for when they are offended too.
Please remove this bracelet with this particular Inspirational saying immediately. And, calling it Inspirational? You've got to be joking.
How about God Loves You - or Jesus Loves You - or any number of other truly Inspirational sayings. If you didn't want to bring God into the picture, because Heaven forbid, someone else will be offended, then just simply say "You've Got This" or "Way To Go, Girl", but to have this terribly insulting word displayed is shameful, not inspirational.

Amazon does't show what country the product is coming from. I made a purchase of 2 sports bras. Long wait on delivery. Finally get notice in my mailbox that said I had to pick up at my post office because the package required a signature of an adult over 21. I spent my lunch hour picking this up at the post office. If I had time to shop for things, I wouldn't be ordering online. What good is it to pay delivery if I have to leave work and go pick up? Why could they not be stuffed in my mailbox like all the other junk? Why did I have to sign for sports bras? I don't want to buy from any other country except from America. I'm not a happy customer.

Was wanting a laptop with Windows 7/8 so purchased Acer Aspire One 725 11.6 inches Netbook (1 GHz AMD C Series, 2 GB DDR3, 320 GB, Windows 8) Red.
The laptop arrived, opened, and attemped to set it up. The power cord was very loose and impossible to stay attached. Tried to connect to the internet which is present in my home. Would not attach and error code requested to go to sticky fingers. This I tried and said not present. This was DAY 1 of receiving this laptop. I am NO expert in the field of software but this was not right. Never did attach to the internet so YES, now it was to be returned. Contact with the vendor and told him of several issues. It was mailed at MY COST back to the vendor that lived 30 miles from me. He had it back in 2 days. So now I am out the cost to return this defective laptop plus now 30% restocking fee. THAT IS NOT THE POLICY FROM AMAZON THAT I AM USED TO. THIS WAS A DEFECTIVE LAPTOP - SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN SOLD.
