Amazon advertising using ava maria... you are disgusting!

Remove your advertising using the sacred song, Ava Maria. How dare you use this song to sell yourself! I was disgusted with Amazon every time I hear this highly religious song in your crappy low class ads. You are not going to benefit and will receive many negative and angry complaints from people who do not wish to hear you using it to make money! I am a long time customer and know plenty of others who will abandon your service over your outrageous choice. REMOVE it, out of RESPECT for your customers.

Amazon my items lost by Amazon.com

will explain the situation from begin. I ordered a ring bell at 30 September 2019 with this order number: ORDER # [protected]. After 2 weeks waited with patience, but estimated delivery date already gone. I called Aramex, and I send mail, literally the parcel lost by Amazon. They refunded me as gift card, even they didn't ask me. And the second issue, I wasn't sure shop from Amazon again, but because they refunded me gift card for lost parcel, I bought another ring bell. ORDER # [protected]. I expressed my concerns to Customer Services maybe 2 times, because that was gift and I didn't want any hassle. From Exclusive CS Aaron promised me that there will be any trouble, I trusted his words...

Today was estimated delivery date, and seems there wasn't any move since 18 October 2019 in Aramex. In this period I talked with Aaron again I remembered his words, and he responded me exactly this: ''I realize you're upset, and I regret we've been unable to address your concerns to your satisfaction. However, we'll not be able to offer any additional insight or action on these matters, and any further inquiries on this matter won't receive a response.'' I talked with Aramex today, and they confirmed that there wasn't any move since 18 October. I am sending mails for this issue, as he Aaron told me no one responding. I don't know what should I do. I know it happens once, but second ... And no one cares? I wouldn't be worried if I bought for myself, but this is for someone else, Amazon literally put me in a difficult position.

And now: ''Now expected October 24 - November 2
We're very sorry your delivery is late. Most late packages arrive in a day. If you have not received your package by November 2, you can come back here the next day for a refund or replacement.''

Amazon I am not received ordered product from amazon but the bank billed for me with interest

September 28th i have ordered mobile from amazon its a emi order, they not attempted to delivery and without knowing me they returned the product. but i also contacted the amazon customer support. they told me your refund initiated you will get it in your payment method.

But when brought from amazon side they gifted the cashback. that the cashback amount deducted from my previous payment.

I have contacted the bank they told me your emi is not cancelled.

Now, i not received the ordered product but i need to pay emi amount including.

Amazon totally stealing my money using high tech fraud concept.

Amazon customer service and packages not delivered

I called customer service and spoke with Keyla. I explained I sent a gift and paid to have it shipped overnight. I didn't get a picture of the delivery, I didn't receive an email that the package was delivered and the person that was supposed to receive the package did not receive it. The tracking said it was delivered but it wasn't. I had 2 additional packages that were supposed to be delivered. One was signed by someone I don't know and the other was still being shipped. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience, empathize or show any remorse. I told her I didn't feel like she cared, she didn't respond for quite a while and I told her that just showed me she didn't. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never order from amazon again. I spent $130 for 3 packages and when one is a gift, at the very least it should be delivered and cared for. Please review the call and give that girl coaching, she needs to learn that customer service is literally a job focused on the customer and caring about the customer and the sad part is she didn't even seem bothered when she was called out for it. Amazon my mobile phone

I have ordered 2 cell phone on 1 St October by paying 15344 to Amazon online.
Till now 22-10-2019 I have not received any order and now when I am asking for the refund they are not taking any action. Neither they are shipping my order..
Pls help me I am poor customer who is earning only 10-15000 in a month .
These big companies are cheating and I am not able to do anything.

Amazon deceptful delivery order no.702-7507325-7821010

I was expecting to receive my order in an orderly fashion in a container sealed by manufacturer, instead I received my order in a carboard container sealed with a brown tape. With batteries contained in 2 carboard boxes (should have been packaged in plastic wrap by manufacturer, I charged the batteries on the dual charger that I had purchased on my original order, charging time were visibly different. I have paid for brand new tools that I should have been sealed by the manufacturer. I questioned xping about the matter. They tell me that they shipped serviceable equiment, that I should be satisfied, I am not satisfied I am pi.. Ed of as far as I am concerned, I could have received second hand equipment that were returned for what ever reason. If I have problems with warranty I will never have satisfaction. I have contacted them on many occasions, I am getting the run around, latest message is that they will give me 10$ to settle the matter. I am a long time customer with amazon always satisfied. Their deceptive actions are creative for a breach of trust. I want to receive my order in a container sealed by the manufacturer. Thank you

Amazon I did not order anything.

They charged my MasterCard $29.52 and I didn't buy anything at 9:17 pm. I go to bed by 9 pm every night. This was after I purchased something from Amazon a few days ago. There is no number to contact them directly. Please help me resolve this and refund my money as I see it has happened to many people already. I live paycheck to paycheck and although $29.52 is not much to some, it gas or groceries to me. Thank you for looking into my complaint.

Amazon poll pay unpaid

I'm still waiting for my Amazon voucher after nearly 3 weeks. I've emailed lots which they have ignored. Then they said they were updating to make things better but now I can't get into my account at all! It keeps coming up poll pay has stopped. What can I do if anything I took time to do these surveys then then won't pay you. I don't seem to be the only one looking on trust pilot.

Amazon returns

I chatted with Lean from customer service yesterday. Per our conversation I asked why should we have to go to a UPS service location when the product we received was the incorrect one. I had looked back on my orders from April 2019 and did a back again for filters. The seller sent the wrong size. Not our fault. Lean said he would schedule a 3 time attempt pickup from us next business day. We found out that next business day is Monday which is our doctor and errands day. I called UPS they said Amazon had scheduled a one time pickup for Monday. Therefore Lean lied. We are very upset after being a Prime member and doing the volume of business we do that now since it was scheduled for Monday a day we were not going to be here we have to wait for label from UPS and end up still going to find a UPS location to drop it off. I was also upset that the seller encouraged to resend the product but never changed the size so I had to call and cancel that. I talked with Ginger who was trying to resolve the issues and next I know I am cut off and of course when you call back you have to start from scratch with another person. I am truly disappointed in all of it.

Amazon charge of $124.03 on amazon prime

I received my bank statement today 10/16/19 and there was a DEBIT made in the amount of $124.03 by AMAZON PRIME. I have never used this service, yet somehow my bank account DEBIT card was charged this amount. Please help, as this is a SUBSTANTIAL CHARGE to me of which I
have no knowledge . The unauthorized DEBIT was paid on 9/11/19.

Amazon prime membership

I did NOT sign up for Prime Membership. I was checking the box for shipping and clicked In how many days I would like to receive my Pkg. I am now a member of Prime and since I hardly ever order anything from Amazon, I certainly don't want $14.22 taken out of my bank account each month. Please credit my account with the $14.22 and cancel my membership ASAP. I will be calling my bank as well.
Thank you for trying to take money out of my account each month and leaving no Customer Service number where I can call to cancel it.

I used to really like Amazon because ordering was easy and there were no TRICKS! Now it's not fun to order from Amazon anymore without feeling like I signed up for something that I didn't actually sign up for.

Amazon delivery service

My shipment (Amazon.com order #[protected]) of multiple boxes was delivered to the wrong address. This is the third time this has happened. It's not hard to get the right address, the house number is illuminated on the front of the house. Additionally, many deliveries are left out in the open, when I have a courtyard with pillars that the pkgs can be placed behind.

Amazon amazon prime guaranteed delivery

I have been a long time Amazon Prime member. I moved into an apartment building this summer. I am repeatedly having orders late because the Amazon delivery drivers will not read and use the delivery instructions. If the front office is closed, many of the drivers don't attempt to make the delivery (a few are diligent and deliver to my unit.) The delivery instructions attached to my account clearly state to use the call box and provides the code to use.

I have ordered several things specifically choosing products with guaranteed same day delivery because I need the item as soon as possible. Several of those items have been days late because repeated attempts are after hours or on weekends and the drivers won't use the call box. A few times a repeated attempt has reported that they can't find the address. GPS picks up the address very easily. It isn't a difficult apartment to find.

This time I ordered a food dehydrator (order #[protected]) on Friday, October 11. There were failed attempts Friday night and twice on Saturday. I was at home all three times and could have opened the gate if the call box had been used. Tonight, I received a text stating:

"Hi, my name is William. Sorry but I can't find your place. Can you help me with any tips or specific directions?

Within seconds, before I could respond, I received another text:

"Unfortunately, your order couldn't be delivered."

Prime shipping is the only feature of Amazon Prime I use on a regular basis. I love shopping with Amazon because I can order just about anything I need at any time; however, if the service continues as it has this summer, I will not be renewing my subscription.

Agree completely -- Amazon service is the worst. I'm also in an apartment building that has an intercom for entry after 5 PM weekdays and weekends. Driver won't use it -- instead leave my packages outside (sometimes in the alley or at a small non-public locked door on the main street, in view to anyone walking by but out-of-view to residents. Never have that problem with UPS, FedEx, DHS, or even the USPS.

I've also noticed nearly half my Prime guaranteed delivery orders don't make the guaranteed delivery date. Very frustrating to wait around near the phone and then late in the evening get a "you package is running late" message.

Amazon echo dot

Called in to Amazon as I unkownly bought a stolden echo dot on line from a third party. I figured I would rather give it back to the right full owner then back to the thief selling stolen goods. Amazon would not help me, told me to take it back to the thief and get my money back. I told them that if i did that: that would be contributing to the theft. Amazon contributes to the theft as they would not contact the owner ( I gave them the device number). So it could be return. I guess Jeff Bezos figures he'll get more sales this way.

Amazon 1,000 oxygen absorbers

I placed an order for Mylar bags and 1, 000 oxygen absorbers. The product arrives with fraudulently labeled absorbents. They say they are 1, 000, but they are really 100 cc'c.

I let DC Trade know and they sent out the same 100 cc absorbents. I have waited a month and a half now and the situation has not been fixed. The product is useless to me without the 1, 000 cc oxygen absorbents and other people will be getting ripped off and may not even know what 1, 000 cc should look like, thus, they will ruin the food they store.

The company is not fixing the situation and wants me to take a 10% loss on the refund and a loss for the $29.00 shipping fee I paid for. This is unacceptable and even amazon is not ding anything to fix things.

Amazon service

We are the front unit of 8 units in Jamaica Plain, Ma. Recently, one of your contractors, Sheffield Express, has been defying the very well marked sign with instructions as to where deliveries are to go. FedEx, USPS, UPS all abide by it, but Sheffield routinely does not because the driver is under such pressure. We ask that packages not be left on the front porch because they are likely to be stolen. Today, I was watching the driver deliver and drop two very light packages that she could easily have delivered to our mailroom 25 feet away. If I hadn't been home, they would have sat there for anyone to steal. BUT MY REAL CONCERN was that she was clearly under some serious pressure and I felt bad asking her to do it right. I'm sure this is not an isolated incident. While I understand you're competing with other companies for prompt delivery, I would hope that you are considerate with your employees and check on their welfare regularly.
