I am a member of Amazon Prime and one month I noticed a charge of $14. 95. I checked back the previous 5 months and the charges were billed to me without my permission. I would not buy Audible anyway because I can access this service with my Prime membership. I have not been able to use my phone for a while or I would have contacted sooner. I have been corresponding with amazon.co.uk raising a complaint which has received the template response of "I have checked with the details of the issue and I understand that you want to know the details of our complaints procedure and I am sorry to know you feel that our previous correspondence has pointed you in direction of contacting Amazon.com. I would like to inform you that the Executive Customer Relations Department is the most senior department to which a complaint may be raised in relation to Amazon.co.uk. As such, your correspondence has been treated as a formal complaint. This department liaises with customers on behalf of Amazon's most senior executives".
How can I raise a complaint with Amazon Inc? as the answer is inadequate.

Hi, on Aug 19, 2018, around 9:00 PM I contacted Amazon Brazil to ask for more information on how to send a book from the Kindle store to my husband's Kindle device. The chat operator was rude and unprofessional, either the answers were lousy short or he was patronizing me.
I asked him to register a suggestion for improvement on the topic, as he told me I would receive an email showing that the suggestion was made in my name. I never received the email, leading me to conclude that he didn't do what he promised.
I felt really bad about it, I was very disappointed with Amazon. And I would love to see an action in this regards. A screenshot of part of the conversation is attached to this feedback.

I am a loyal, solid, amazon prime customer. I place many orders with you monthly & am generally very pleased with amazon prime, your excellent customer service & follow up if any problems exist. Thank you. I have never had a problem with returns & you are always prompt & courteous. I have until now, also never dealt with a foreign chinese company on amazon before & can now see why I avoid dealing with them like the plague. I want a full investigation. Please look at my last half dozen orders from junlan, ningmi, ohoo, & then 'icooltech'. They are for performance fitness work out clothes. I am a professional athlete & certified uspta & ppr tennis pro for 28 years & am used to dealing with quality products such as nike, adidas, etc... Against my better judgement I ordered about a dozen products from the companies just mentioned. I am a men's large for shirts & tank tops & very true to size. The products sent to me in a large were all the size of a men's medium by us standards & I can see now that I am not the first of hundreds, possibly thousands of similar complaints. I had to send them all back, a lot of wasted time & effort & will at least say for the most part, no problem with being offered a ups return authorization.in my opinion the products were mis represented by incorrect us sizing compared to chinese men's sizing of similar products. This return circus is time consuming, my dime to the ups store & aggravation I don't need. You will agree. This icooltech company would not send a ra. They were the only company who on their return authorization sight did not offer 'incorrect size sent' as a valid reason for return. Please check their competitors. They informed me it was not cost effective, really? For who? 1st response, "would I take a 20% discount from the full amount of what I paid"? Really, I wrote them back explaining "unacceptable" & would like to forward this e mail correspondence to you at prime & please ask for a full investigation (or you can please dissolve my prime membership) I don't have time to negotiate this back & forth. I accepted their last request for a 40% reduction of my 100% already paid for bill. Fair? Hardly,... But i'm done with them & exactly why I want other prime customers to know exactly what they are dealing with when buying foreign, chinese men's fitness clothing products. Every other company I listed was fair & I actually repurchased their exact products in an xl. Icooltech has not offered an r/a. I simply want other customers to be aware of this & have you look into why we have to deal with this bs. This is why I pay extra to be safe guarded as a prime amazon customer. I also believe in doing the right thing. I do not mind paying for shipping if in the wrong & very rarely write bad reviews. I want this looked into please. Dear Amazon,
I'd like to file a complaint with regards to a refund, that I still haven't received from Amazon and I'm not really sure why I haven't received it yet, as I have passed on all the information and evidence that they have asked for in emails, in order to process the refund, but I don't hear anything back. Here is some information to help you understand the situation, (please see the text below and attachments 😌).
On the 6th of August 2018 my Amazon account was stolen and fraudulently used for 4 transactions on Amazon US - the transactions appear on my bank statement in UK in British pounds as the following amounts - £37.45, £24.95, £129.74 and £93.49 - the charge descriptor on the bank statement is - AMZN MKTP US, (also mentioned on the bank statement is - AMZN.COM/BILL LU), furthermore the last 4 digits on the credit card that was used fraudulently are: 6921. The transactions were done on the 6th of August 2018 and appeared on my bank statement the 7th of August 2018.

I have tried phoning Amazon on the numbers that I have been given by customer service to communicate and to try and get the refund several times, but was informed on the international number for Amazon that the number was out of order, also I can't seem to use the second number that I received from Amazon, as it's for customers within US/Canada (and I'm based in the UK), furthermore Amazon's chat button doesn't seem to work at the moment either, so what do I do now? It seems the longer I have Amazon Prime less things that are eligible for free shipping. That was the main reason I signed up for it. Also when trying to apply Free shipping codes off the internet I'm never eligible to use them.
The same goes for my Prime video. Half of what I go to watch they want to charge me a separate fee to watch.

Amazon sends unwanted pop up ads to my cell. These ads block the content of news sites and will not allow closing of the ad without closing the entire page.
The ad presents a contest. After encountering these ads multiple, irritating times I answered the three questions. Bill Gates founded Amazon, Amazon is based in Russia and Amazon was founded in2014. I was a WINNER, all 3 answers were deemed correct.

I am buying from Amazon.com for a long time, it is getting worse and worse
Last straw was my purchase of the drawer.
1. They dropped it downstairs (101 lb).
2. I have to pay $10.00 to bring it to my door, even I called many times and ask to put in my account to deliver it to my apartment door.
3. I paid $50.00 to the handyman to set it up, it took 5 hours to do this even before order it I did a research on how people respond to a set up and didn't by a cheap one.
4. He started with the base and in the end told me it'a a dent on the front of the one of the drawers.
it was already a done jobe, he took the money, and I just ask him to put a damage drawer the last, so iit is not going to be soooooooooo bad.
Then I called Amazon (they have a warranty (From A to Z) and ask them to help me with the discount or and the $18.00 discrepancies in the price, because I got the invoice for $99.00 (the cost of the drawer).
I spoke with a LOT of people, many calles, so many e-mail I have back and forth. They promise 10% off, then they ask me to send it back, I explain I don't want to lose money, wich I spend on delivery and set up, and in the and they refuse to help me and I have damaged drawer with the wrong price from $99.00 on the invoice I paid $128 and a change and just because I didn't by it in the store and didn't know about dant up in the front they making fun of me...

We recently placed an order for several items on Amazon.com on their prime day and got some decent deals. Cool it said wed receive our order the following Friday. Fast forward to the next day and our account says we need to make a payment revision. We look at our account and it says our remaining available balance is $18. Now we made about a $200 purchase on July 16, 2018. The reason we had to revise from what customer service told us was that the day we made our payment, at that moment our credit limit decreased! And it decreased by the amount that our purchase was. It was an odd amount. So now we don't get our order and we just have to swallow it. Their reasoning was that the credit bureau did it and Amazon has no say so whatsoever about our account. its hot as hell in Texas I needed my purchase! This is the type of thing that will make us NEVER MESS WITH AMAZON AGAIN! They invented a chat app, but that's worse then before.
After the items have been returned to amazon for more than a week, I haven't received any refund, so I contacted them through the new chat app. T
They promised me a refund after I chatted with them the first time, but the refund has not been issued after a while, so I chatted with them again, this time they couldn't even track down the item with the tracking number, and asked me for my sensitive personal information ... I didn't feel safe to provid the information through a chat app, so they got angry and said couldn't help me .
And eventually, I lost my refund with Amazon...

My Amazon account has been under review for the best part of 2 years, which means that I cannot sign into my account. Amazon have continued to take £7.99 from my account each month and this month they took an additional £7.99 even though I've tried to make it transparent that I have not been able to sign in.
I have also tried up to 10 times calling customer service, which only results in a new fresh form each time I call, therefore leading to me getting absolutely nowhere.
Amazon sent me a link to find out what is happening with the account, but it asks me to sign in to find out the status of the account, which is impossible to open because my account is on hold and cannot do so.
Can somebody please help me with this as I am trying to navigate every angle possible.

If you forget your password, and also change your credit card, you can't get back in after all that time you spent shopping without having to call the company, which does not sound like any fun at all, or having them call you while at work. The radio I received from the seller did not work. I asked for a refund and they refused (I even offered to send it back on my dime). So I opened a case with eBay and then the seller offered a replacement, but only if I agreed to close the case. Not knowing this was a scam, I did and of course, no replacement arrived. I contacted them several times and they said it was out of stock, so I asked for my money back (again, several times) and they have not responded. Because I was duped into closing the case, eBay will not help me.

Shipping to one's physical address is of no value if the USPS does not do so. I have filed a complaint with the USPS Inspector General's Office (see attached); you should too
