Applebee's chips and salsa

After waiting a long time for our food and eating more than half of the chips and salsa my lunch companion noticed there were two fried bugs ( roaches) we alerted our server immediately to get the Manager. Once the manager came to our table I showed him the bugs in our food and his response was "Really " and my response was "All you're going to say is really " and he said "Yes". He never apologized, we left without eating anything else.

Applebee's service

Our waitress told us it would be about a 30minute wait for food because they are busy and now it’s been about 1hour 15minutes and we haven’t heard anything about our food. Our waitress isn’t checking up on us. This is the worst service I have had at any restaurant, no matter how busy it is. If I am seated and a waitress takes our order, she should check up on us and let us know. AWFUL SERVICE. WONT BE BACK.

Applebee's glass on the seat which cut my 3 year old's leg

We walked I to the location in Seminole and requested the large booth since there was going to be 8 of us. We were told that they were in the process of cleaning the booth up and it would be a few minutes. It was less than a minute later and they walk is over to the table. My 3 year old jumped up in the booth and began to slide over, when all of a sudden she began screaming, I picked her up and looked down to find her knee bleeding and there were pieces of glass on the seat. The restaurant offered a bandaid but did not have anything to clean the wound with. They appeared a little annoyed, we did stay for dinner, but never once did they offer anything other than a incident report. This is not an acceptable way to deal with an injured child. I do not know that I will ever eat at an Applebee again

Applebee's service product

Currently at the store on Niagara falls Blvd in N.y Waited an hour for a drink and 2 hours for food, that was cold and not what was ordered. Waitress didn't check for drinks or if our meal was acceptable. Me and my party of 8 will not be returning here, or another Applebees in the near future. I suggest you get bus boys and train your wait staff to care about your customers.

Applebee's everything was terrible

When we came in we ordered two pink lemonades. She took our orders and came back and put the regular lemonades down. She didn’t say they didn’t have any pink lemonade, instead she just put the drinks down that we didn’t order and then we had to ask where the drinks were and that’s when she told us they didn’t have any. She should of came before and asked if there was anything else that we wanted. And while she put the drinks down she didn’t say a word to us. When we ordered the wings she didn’t ask if we wanted ranch or blue cheese she just assumed for us. She was so disrespect and she had no manners. When she was talking other customers next to us she had a complete different attitude. She also took forever to bring us our meals. And she bought them out all at different times. We couldn’t eat together because if we waited for each other’s meals our food would’ve gotten cold. And when I received my spinach dip I could lay my bare hand on the top of it, it was that cold. She constantly walked past us and didn’t even ask us once if our food was good. The worst service I’ve ever had. She was so rude and mean she actually hurt the feelings of one of my guests. I wish I got her name but she never told us and I didn’t want to make a scene. She wasn’t giving us any time of day as her customer and we still tipped her because we’re good people. She was supposed to offer us a free app at the beginning of our meal and she never did. While we were fully done eating and starting to pay and when we called her out on it is when she said “i do it apl throughout the order, sometimes in the beginning sometimes in the end” who asks if we want drinks at the end of our order? While we’re paying and done eating. That was a blatant lie because she forgot and wasn’t doing her job well. People like her give the company a bad name and completely ruined my Applebee’s experience that I went to on my BIRTHDAY. I didn’t even want to tell her because I knew she’d only make it worse. I don’t plan on going back for a while unless they do something about this.

Applebee's horrible service

I went to dinner at the Applebees in Conway South Carolina on Friday Sep 29 2017...first of all the waitress was rushing us to order as soob as we sat down...it took 45 mim to get our appetizers...then after another 30 minutes the manager came over to inform us that she could not find our food order in the kitchen...the service was absolutely horrible ...i will not be visiting this establishment ever again

Applebee's bad food

7 family members came out to eat at your Applebees on 6 Mile and Haggerty in Michigan. Food- was horrible shrimp stir fry no sauce steak stir-fry no sauce one of the hamburgers no top on ribs was so tough that they had to be sent back twice finally gave up didn't eat them. steak was so tough you could not cut it with a knife. After 2 hours of all this nonsense we paid the bill in left never return to your restaurant never had such horrible food at Applebee's I will tell all my friends it was a disgrace not a way to spend a birthday party

Applebee's poor service

Attended on sunday afternoon and place had minimal customers. Greeter was professional however sat us at booth that was "sticky". Was escorted to another. (also sticky & was informed it may be the disinfect used to clean tables). This should be looked into. I assumed water was standard to offer guests but it never was. We did receive our choice of beverage rather quickly. Since ordered lemon in tea I squeezed the lemon and had to search for napkins. Eventually went to the bar. The time wait for service to order was exceptionally long ( about 20 min) considering so few customers . I guess the young lady saw we were getting impatient and finally took order. No smile, no introduction of who she was. After completing dinner, she just placed the bill on table and left. No "whenever your ready to pay, , , , , etc.". We have been to Applebees before and as always, the food was exceptional. Hot, fresh and well presented. However your servers could use an update on proffessionalism when dealing with customers. Also at 430 pm the restroom was in ill repair. The signage on door stated last cleaned was 1115. Need to pick up the pace alot more if you desire more customers. Left minimal tip but did leave some.

Applebee's jenni

I am a regular customer that has been going into your establishment for 20+ years in Irving Texas. I have had been a loyal patron for all those years and must say without any problems. Today was not a good experience with one of your bartenders, I was humiliated and ignored to the point that a friend and acquaintance asked if I had any reason to be treated with that much disrespect . I had one other incident with that same server some months ago. Not sure why I got so rudely treated. I can understand why you have problems with retaining repeated clientel. FYI

I admit I was trying flirt with her since I found out that she is single. When i asked her for her phone number and if she can go out with me she told me no. When I asked one more time in case she changed her mind she was really rude to me and told me I was harassing her at her place of work and that she talked to her manager who told me that I should stop bothering her. The young girls have no manners.

Applebee's food and service

Took my family to Applebee's last night in Chippewa (beaver falls), PA. My husband is not a big fan but I assured him it would be better. Started it out ok. Waitress took awhile to get our drink order but not too bad. We ordered our food eventually. Waited about 45 mins for our order. My daughter and husbands food finally came but we were not given any silverware. Took another 5-10 mins to get waitress attention to ask for silverware. By the time we got it (after reminding the waitress a second time plus asking an additional waiter) my husbands chicken caprese was lukewarm. He realized it was then missing balsamic dressing and basil seasoning as it was described in the menu. We told the waitress and she said oh that must have been sitting next to the plate and I forgot to grab it. She brought it back 5 or so mins later and we asked about our other food for my son and myself. We ordered appetizers which u would think would have been out first. My son's came first and she said mine was still coming. 10 mins later my side Caesar salad and won ton tacos came out. The tacos were soggy by then and disgusting. At that point we just wanted to get out of there. I can't imagine ever wanting to go back.

Applebee's I am complaining about the whole service.

My man and I arrived at apple bees at 11.30 pm. The host was a host gave us our drinks h20 n cherry pepsi no problem. So the waitress took our order 11. 45 didn't ask or offer happy hour just told us our ONLY OPTION as she said. Long story short I ask 3x refill never asked what I was drinking never brought silverware but brought food then said fries cum with 2 4 25 bby bk ribs told manager n she said that's what we give e if u dnt say u want something else. NO SHE DIDN'T CARE WANTED TO GO HOME I STEAD IF GETTING HER MONEY N PERFORMING JOB DESCRIPTION. SHE LEFT A PERSON DRINK ON BAR FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE GIVING TO THEM THEN GAVE THE 2 SHOTS FREE N TOOK SOMETHING OFF BILL. NEVER EVER AGAIN THANKS TO SARAH. L

Applebee's hair in food

Good Day
I had take out and as I was eating my food I saw hair and it looked blue. I called the restaurant to let them know and I mentipned tp them that the hair looked blue from the angle I saw it in thr light. Please resolve this issue with your workers. Not sure if they worr a hair net. If ypu have any question please feel free to contact me via email.

Applebee's customer service

Ad says Happy hour all day everyday $1.99 bud light yet we were charged $4.99 per beer. Waitress said it was a misunderstanding that it should have been markedly out. Manager Shaun said anyone with common sense won't know it pertains to a certain beer and kept saying zengenbock and to feel free to Snapchat about it. Very rude manager with a company whose core value is integrity. Hurricane Harvey did enough devastation around here without Applebee's price gouging

Hello, My name is Carroll Faulkner I went to take my family out for dinner first we were at olvia garden but my family said we want to eat at Apple bee's but I said we already have are drinks but they said Mom's let's go over there so I paided for are drinks and we left and came to Apple bee's we got there got seated and are Waiter was so rude omg I wanted to leave so bad but my daughter and husband didn't so we ate are meal and paided and left I wanted to eat dessert but she was so rude I will never come back

Applebee's ordered chicken capativi

Today I stopped in at the Wooster Applebee's for dinner around 6:15 when they said it would be ready waited till 6:35 for the person to come out to car side to go and ordered a two three cheese chicken capativis and only got 3 pieces of chicken in both orders, hardly any noodles went in to talk to the manager and the staff was rude, waited 10 minutes and no one came so I just left.

Applebee's mistake with check received

At approximately 1:00 pm on 09/04, 2017, I ordered lunch. On receiving my check, I noticed my additional payment beyond the card I offered contained change for an additional $10.00. The only bills which I carried were twenty dollar bills. The waitress was certain that I had given her a $10.00 bill and not a $20.00 bill. She would not change her thinking. When tallying the receipts for the day, they should show an additional $10.00 overage. Hopefully someone will contact me.

Applebee's boneless wings and ribs

I ordered 2 orders of boneless wings. They
Both contained 5 of the smallest and over cooked wings I have ever had. A few of them
We're just breading. My half rack of ribs were so overdone that I couldn't eat them. I have ordered several times in the past and Normally I don't complain but this was so bad that I have to complain. I spent 48 dollars for food that was horrible

Applebee's applebee's management

It was taking awhile for my server to come and take our order so I took my kids to the restroom. As I was walking there I saw a shorter brown haired female manager yelling at my server very loudly about something. The server was in tears and obviously very upset. I do not think it is professional to discipline employees around customers especially when it causes their tables to have to wait longer for service. Clearly this applebees needs a lesson in professionalism because after what I saw I would not want any of my children to ever work at that establishment. My family will not be dining there ever again because it is clearly a hostile environment. The server was very sweet and we tipped her more than usual because of the service she gave us after she was finally able to take our order.

Applebee's product

I placed an online order at the location of 4191 rockside road independence ohio 44131 .The order should have been ready at 1:00pm est I arrived at 1:03pm est and waited at the curbside pickup area until 1:10pm before someone came out with another person's order. The young lady walked up and asked if i was waiting for an order and i told her yes and gave my name. She went in and brought the food back out. Once I got back to the office which is 3 mins away, I looked at the food. My pasta was cold and dry with barely any Alfredo Sauce the chicken was also cold and both salads had old lettuce .I'm very dissatisfied with this meal because, I was there timely the food shouldn't have been cold and definitely should have been fresh.

Applebee's my..

I visit Applebees in Oneonta NY 13820 quite often and we love the food...I was going to pay my bill today and to my surprise I was charged for playing a game on the computer system that was on our table...Fortunately for me, I check my receipts wherever I dine or shop...This is the 2nd time that I have had a problem with something being on my bill at your restaurant that did not belong there...Not sure if I will visit your establishment again after being charged twice for something that should not have been on my bill

Applebee's I will never eat there again

their food is so pathetic, I don't want to eat there anymore. Their menu is a mess, and the food honestly could be better. I can't imagine the way they prepared my order, probably they just burnt it on fire. The employees did nothing to resolve the issue, though they could have just replaced my food.
Summing it up I don't want to eat at their restaurants, I doubt they'll improve something.
