ToGo order
Hi, I placed a ToGo order from Applebees at 2815 Augusta Road, West Columbia, SC 29170, for my staff at work today and a lot of the order was just awful.
We ordered two of the 2/$22. 2 bacon burgers and 2 half rack ribs. The burgers were actually good.
The mozzarella stick appetizers were cold, chewy and soggy.
We did the 5-wings promo with the burgers but were not given the wings.
The ribs were overcooked and just not good at all. I wouldn't have even eaten them but I got one of the burgers.
The two teas we ordered had the little amount of ice they put in, melted, and the teas were still warm but now watered down.

Desired outcome: We would like some sort of refund or credit due to most of the order being either not edible and/or wrong.
Applebee's S.Cedat
I was hired in at Applebees S.Cedar. I am disabled gave them 20 pages of documents and ended up becoming I'll with congestive heart failure but still came to work. I was terminated for being I'll too much. Really? I would like this dealt with swiftly please as this is breaking the law. And they lost my paperwork so they say...
Desired outcome: I want to be able to work there and the kitchen manager terminated on grounds of discrimination.

Mistreated employee by management
This come in May 2022 I will be working at Applebee’s now for one year. When I initially started they told me I had to work carside And expo as part of my training and being a new employee. that all new employees have to do both which was fine and I did it. To date I have only had one full week where I didn’t do either. I told my manager I did not want to do either anymore and then I feel that since I’ve been there almost a year now that I have some seniority and over the other new people she’s hired to not do it anymore carside or expo she agreed and she agreed to take me off. She has not taken me off and I keep requesting for her to do so and she still doesn’t and still schedules me on carside in expo. There are plenty other people that work there that have been hired even after me they do not do either or as much as I do I feel like she’s discriminating against me because she doesn’t like me for some reason or something I’m not too sure but I just don’t understand why I feel like I’m the only one that ever does it there’s other people that’s been there longer than me that are never on there and they’re not on there because they don’t want to be on there because they have seniority I have some seniority now after a year and I’m still on there please help me !
Desired outcome: I want to be a server only!! Please! I do not want to work on expo or carside anymore! I’ve had too many bad experiences on both

Friday February 11,2022 I went to the woodriver Illinois Applebee's and ordered 2 steaks rare and they came out with blood in them. They were very hard to chew and felt like they were just thrown on the grill. I also ordered the bacon Mac and cheese and the noodles were so hard they couldn't even be chewed. It took almost an hour before anyone came and took our order and when they did our food was horrible.

I had originally sent this to a higher up but never heard back from them. This is the email I sent. Hello hope this email finds you well. I found your email on our receipt at Applebees in celebration. So we came to take my twins to eat for their birthday. I’m really shocked at the food service. I’ve ate at multiple Applebees and never had an issue like this. We had 2 fiesta lime chicken dinners my sons the rice was so stale we had to ask for a new fresh side. Cook blamed it on the pot but at least new side was better tasting. We even compared both rice plates before making complaint.. Normally I don’t like to complain because I know it’s not the waiters fault. but at the same time it was just one two many things. there were a few issues and was just shocked. the plate they served my meal on looked so dirty I can’t believe they would let that out of the kitchen. (see attached pic) then my one 5 yr old could not even eat the fries they were so salty and the chicken tenders were so over microwaved I even put them in a napkins hoping it would lessen the salt.. I didn’t want to keep complaining to the server as I know it’s not her fault. My other twins pizza was not even warm she didn’t even eat it and she loves pizza. So we made only the one complaint. Thought maybe since she knew it was there bday gave her the benefit of the doubt and they would make up by maybe singing happy birthday or something.. no nothing.. my twins even had to go up to her and let them know they needed another drink after waiting for a lil more than normal time. She was chit chatting at the front with the lady who seats people. I just didn’t want to be that customer. But wow! I really just wanted to grab my kids and walk out. Probably could of succeeded being they pay little attention. But I was not going to set that example. Then Honestly what I saw on my way out when my children needed to use the bathroom was icing on the cake.. see attached pics. Hopefully i am emailing the right person.. I started this email before getting up. I was a bit shocked and disappointed. Judging by the bathroom pics I’m not surprised in the lack of the rest of service.. very un sanitary…

Quality if food
I ordered food for my husband, granddaughter and myself. I was so disappo
inted in the flavor and quality of the food. Because I like Applebys so well and haven't had a disappointing meal there. My husbands rib lets were dry and tasteless. He didn't get his Cole slaw. I had an oriental chicken wrap. No sauce on it and regular slaw on it. No crispy noodles or almonds. It just wasn't the same without the oriental sauce on it. My granddaughter was pleased with her 3 cheese penne. I purchased these meals on Sunday Feb 6th at Auburn Indiana Appleby after a weeks stay in hospital. order was not brought up for carside to go order, website stated the food will be brought up, waited about 9 minutes after the pick up time finally i called the restaurant and told me to go inside and pick it up because of the store policy after 9pm but that’s not mentioned in the website, food was cold and fries were soggy. I was working at the Shively location in Louisville Kentucky and wasn't getting paid in over a month but kept hearing complaints from half working managers when I am pregnant and high risk needing to be very cautious. They didn't seem to care to overwork me though which is annoying and this is why folks doing want to work not businesses be so allergic to paying employees but want you work people to death LITERALLY.

Gift Cards/Customer Service
I had a problem with my gift card order and I can not get in touch with customer service for assistance. I call [protected] and they say someone will be with me shortly and I ended left on hold for over an hour. I have tried several times and the same thing occurs. I need to change my order immediately. I was shorted gift cards and the bonus cards all expire the end of Feb 2022, so there is no way I could use them and it would be a bad waste of my money. I need to reduce my order to just 2 $50 gift cards. I need for someone to contact me asap. I am not going to hang on the phone being put on hold any longer and then eventually the system just disconnects and I get hung up on. What terrible customer service. Tis the season I guess! Visited Applebee's with much excitement today. Order 2 meals which we had inside with a cold beer. At the same time we ordered a to go order. After we finished and waited 30 more minutes after asking about the to go order, still no to go order. Waitress avoided us and I had to go ask someone else. Got the food (no napkins, cutlery) and no apology. 10 minutes to get home food is cold and steak is nothing but fat and tough and not cooked as requested. Will be a long time if ever that I visit again. Buford Applebee's on Hwy 20. Restaurant was not crowded at all and had help. So disappointed!

I'm sorry to complain but we were excited to come to your establishment tonight. We arrived at 8:15 and the music was so loud we couldn't even hear each other talk and the DJ was yelling over the music. We enjoy listening to music but it was to loud and ridiculous. Some Applebees on weekend nights do become a club of sorts at night.
I had the misfortune of working at an Applebees eons ago while putting myself through uni and was advised my first day by management to never order the riblets. Was not aware they are known for their riblets as we rarely sold any and when we did, they got sent back.
Going down hill the past year or so.
Nobody at the door anymore to greet or open the door for the elderly or handicap, have to stand around while the girl sits people living everyone else wait, the manager has to bartend can't get any beer he's a one man band back there.
Food was good, the price is about right, Waitress did the best she could short handed.
Desired outcome: FYI. A big disappointment.

We frequently eat dinner at the Applebee's located in Hendersonville, NC. We have always enjoyed our meal and service for the past 10 years at this particular restaurant. However, when we went to the restaurant on Thursday, July 8, 2021, we were extremely disappointed-not in the service or the food but what we saw. One of the waitress was wearing a mask that said "Black Lives Matter." (We have had this waitress in the past void of the mask and she is a good waitress.) I feel that this does not belong in your work place. We all have personal feelings about things but, I for one, would never ever think of wearing that mask in a place of business. The manager should have addressed this with her. Unfortunately for you, you have lost two extremely good customers.
Management is probably scared of a mob of BLM people protesting and tearing their restaurant apart if they say anything.
