Applebee's carside to go deficiency

I use carside to go a few times a month and I always get ripped off. Today I was shorted a home dhicken bowl and a brownie dessert. It seems to happen every time. I can't drive back down everytime, so I just take the loss, but it's getting tiresome and expensive. Yesterday's loss was around $20, so I've lost well over $100 to them. I wonder what is so difficult about filling an order and I hope they're not doing it on purpose to make a buck. I'm on social security and will have to stop doing business with you if you can't remedy the problem.

Applebee's Service and delays

We ate at Milledgeville Applebees on Saturday April 17 at 751pm. We sat at table and got paper menu and when waitress came she had to hunt for menu. After we ordered a well done steak and it was delivered 10 minutes later we got a salad with no silverware. After 10 min we got silverware and waited 10 min for napkins. then after steak was delivered they were bloody and we sent them back and then delivered after another 20 minutes. when we got our bill we ordered the 2 for 22 and had water to drink the bill was 52.00. we told waitress and it was corrected. There were 2 employees having waord near bathroom and our waitress was working a 16hr shift.

Applebee's Hours of being open

Well this is the 3 rd time i came to applebee in lynchburg yes it was about 5 minutes till 11
but i call 5 min earlier and she there open for another 30 min

so i wll not be going the applebee
after 10 pm
and now i'll be calling

Applebee's Price of 2 for 22

I ordered off the 2 for 22 menus and was charged $27.00 for one appetizer and two entrées listed as 2 for 22 dollars, when I asked why, they said, "although the steak was on the 2 for 22 menus, it cost more"?
I had also purchased a second 2 for 22 deals of an appetizer, and one steak and one burger entrée and was charged $24.50. This is blatant false advertisement and we shall never return to Applebee if this is not changed. The Applebee is located in Augusta, Maine.

Desired outcome: the 7.50 I was carged for three steak entrees over the 22 dollars

Applebee's Bad managers

I thought this was the friendly neighborhood bar and grill. Definitely not, it was a horrifying experience. Again, every time I go there it is simply bad every time. If the manager would've handled it properly and gave me my money back it would've been forgivable. My steak was burnt to an absolutely unbelievable crisp and they handed it to me and I thought it was a hockey puck on my plate. I would've never taken that to the table as a waitress. I want my money back as I got $45 worth nothing - as the chips were salty enough to warrant a trip to the ER, and they brought me the wrong Margarita... I accidentally left my $25 gift card on the table, which I didn't plan on spending there, it was under a napkin and I called right after to see if anybody had grabbed it and nobody knew where it went... interesting, certainly. Suspicious and strange.

Applebee's service

We arrived at 5:45pm Saturday. Even though the restaurant was full we were told we would be seated in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we were seated at the first booth on the right-hand side. We ordered an appetizer on the computer and the waitress came over and took our drink order. All the drinks including my beer came, my wife's margarita came about 4 minutes later. I ordered another beer on the screen. It didn't come. The waitress came over and I told her I ordered it. About 5 more minutes passed and the beer comes. Well, half way into the beer and about 40 minutes after we ordered still no food. The party directly across from us were seated after us, ordered similar items and were already done and cashing out. A party of 2 that were sat just prior to us were done and leaving as well. We asked the server and she ran out back and came out with kids mnc. We said we needed to leave that we waited too long and would pay for what we ate and drink. The manager came out. He said he would comp the food but there was nothing he could do for the liquor. We assured him all we wanted to do was pay for what we had and leave. He was very unprofessional, (sloppy looking I would say) He made it seem like we were being unreasonable and we were just looking for free food. The manager packed all the food in Togo boxes and plopped it on the table along with the check and an insincere apology. So, cold food in a to-go box is recovery for a customer service incident?

It was Tuesday 02/23/2021 5:35pm . Its was our
third time that the waitress told us the waiting time is 45 minutes because of short staff. I understand if it was busy but it wasn't on all three times we went there. Applebee's was our favorite restaurant, but three times the same story about short staff that's ridiculous and we never eat there again . R. Badie

Applebee's hamburger, service operation

First and last time to visit Applebee's restaurant in Foley, AL. The whole operation sucks. Short staffed, long wait to be seated, long wait for food, lousey hamburger preparation, hard and cold fries (had to ask for fresh, hot bowl of fries), etc. Poor management or probably none at all. O'Charley's is close by and is far superior in every respect. Mistake to try out Applebee's---will not see us again. Hoping we don't get sick tonight from it all. Our recommendation---go to O'Charley's for an excellent meal.

let me try to warn everyone applebees will not treat you like a human... in fact worse than i can put into words... when you call corporate office at this phone number listed AppleBee's_HEADQUARTERS_+1_8_5_5_4_8_5_O_4_0_7
on their site...they hang up on you...when you ask why...they say because we can...you call back later and they say... do not bother me... go eat elsewhere... meanwhile i never got to talk to anyone about the specific problem i was calling about... i recorded this over and over for days... the person they have answering their phone line...needs to be fired if not charged with offenses... as a christian man...i would like to say this did not bother me...but his name calling and mis treatment has prompted me to contact every site i can to warn others...

Applebee's all

The worst waiting for a seat. They had 20 Booth's open but would not seat any one because they said that the kitchen was backed up, You would think that they would seat the 27 people waiting and get there drink order and let them know that the kitchen is a little backed up, at least they are sitting down. I watched 19 people walk out because of the poor service Just on seating them or I should lack of seating them. I don't know how you can run a business like This.

Applebee's poor service and poor management

We have visited this Applebee"s (88 old trolley Rd in Summerville SC) several times and on every occasion the customer service is getting worse and worse. On Jan 4/2020 we decided to try it one more time as location was very convenient . It was a bad choice and over all a terrible experience. First we were told to wait for 15 min while there were many empty seats available. Then The waitress didn't come to our table for another 15/20 min., we ordered water, ribs and shrimp immediately at once realizing that we did not want to be stuck in Applebees forever because of a slow service.Our waitress was extremely slow, food was brought almost an hour later and before our food arrived we stopped a flying by manager to ask why all these people who stepped in the restaurant 30 min + later than us and they have been served with food, but not us. Manager was with as bad attitude as the waitress. The manager on duty even had the nerve to give me all excuses that he was short on staff and was running things in the back and up front, and stood up for his employee;s poor service. I asked the manager if we could have been served faster, and the answer was it takes time to cook frozen ribs...….. Really? We felt like it was our fault of such a poor service. So finally, after being at a restaurant for 2.5 hours we asked for our check please. It took another 15 min to process the payment, waitress said that very often their system is down or working weird. We will never return again... and people wonder why so many applebees stores are closing... Because of the lack of customer service, poor management (full of excuses)t, extremely slow service, unprofessional staff with who cares attitude . My advice to go somewhere else to enjoy your lunch/dinner
