I was a customer for Assurance Wireless phone I have a free phone but I requested my phone to be changed because I have many calls from people that I did not know. I went to the wireless representative who was working in the streets. One of the phone representatives gave me a phone full of private information such as Social Security State Aid, pictures, and different personal addresses. I used to receive several calls from people asking me about my phone > I called Assurance and requested my phone to be changed. I received another phone and the Assurance worker was unable to activate my phone. I sent both of the phones. Presently. I haven't had a phone for 3 months, I was told that I must pay $30.00 dollars which I did. but according to them, their machine was not working. I think that it is very unfair they made a mistake then I have to pay for their mistake. I sent both phones with all the private information but they did not appreciate Please look into the matter as soon as possible Thank you Pilar Uribe
