Product I was charged for but never received
On November 29th I ordered 2 products online from Bed, Bath and Beyond, a Cuisinart coffee maker and a Waterpik Sonic-Fusion Flossing toothbrush. I received 1 carton on Dec. 8th. When I opened the carton, the Cuisinart coffee maker was inside, but not the Waterpik product, even though both items were listed on the packing slip. There was no room for the Waterpik to have been packed in the carton.
I called BBB twice. The first time, on 12/8/20, I was on hold for 30 minutes and finally had to give up. The 2nd time, on 12/11/2020 I was on hold for 56 minutes and 30 seconds, and was promptly disconnected. I also sent an email to the company directly off of their website on December 9, of which I have not yet received a reply.
I finally filed a complaint with Paypal, which is how my order was paid for. The are currently working on my claim. I also intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I have never had such an issue before with ordering online.

Overcharge
I made a purchase and provide cashier 20% to finalize. Got home went over ticket and I only got a 15% discount. So overcharge of $7.05. Bought and expensive Coffee Maker as a gift for my father-in-law. Paid for Same Day Deliver and Gift Wrapping. It arrived the correct time. However, it was just dumped at the front door. No Wrapping, No Outer box, No Gift Note, nothing! Ruined that Christmas gift! Tried to call Customer Service, Wait was at the minimum 40 Min. I was not going to spend an hour on the phone to get a refund for the wrapping that was their error. Must be how they make a lot of money. Wrote and Called to 10 Senior Executives. No Reply from Anyone. Probably out spending their Million Dollar Bonuses. After 20 years as a loyal Customer I will never shop at BBB again. Forced to relay the fraud to the Better Business Bureau and to Master Card. No wonder they are going Bankrupt. Seems like the New Senior management is worse than the old crew.
Online order never delivered
I ordered a Keurig as a gift on Nov 28! Website says standard delivery typically 3-6 biz days. It is Dec 17. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER! I've called numerous times and all I get is the overseas call center that does not help! I want my item that I've paid in full for delivered. Supposedly it was shipped but the usps claims they've been waiting for the item since Dec 7! That's TEN days ago! I want my item delivered and I should be able to speak to an American regarding my issue-not someone in a foreign country
Refund for an Item I shipped back using BBB label through FedEx Ground
Finally after 11 weeks my refund was completed after making numerous calls to Bed Bath & Beyond (BBB)and Fedex help desks. The return process started in September 2020, with Return Details is for Order#: BBB6503507951 and case numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], and [protected]. Whereas I spoke to many of BBB employees that were polite but was unable to process due to the large amount ($3152.86).
Supervisor Ronald, Des and Wanda did follow-up with the Return Department and they were able to process it. The delay and my efforts were very stressful. This is unacceptable casing me to not finish my redesign for my room. The COVID lockdown resolved that issue but I was unable to order another preferred item. I will not be ordering that because of the refund delay and the cost and timeline endured. There was no additional compensation offered and that too is unacceptable.
If further information such as documentation sent to BBB let me know. PS I have been a loyal customer for many years and feel that I have been treated unfavorable.

The Canadian price is insane. The price is 3.8 times higher than the US price.
I spoke to Go Beyond to determine if this was a mistake and was told it was due to the dollar difference. This is an outright lie, as US to Canadian dollar is not 3.8 times higher more like 1.3. I spoke to two people at Go Beyond, one being a supervisor and was told the same thing.
I talked to stores, and they were no help but told me to contact Go Beyond which ended up pointless.
I am looking for an explanation of the inflated price for the same product or if it is an error.

I visited bed bath and beyond on November 27th. The entire store was 25% off and I also had a coupon for $20 off entire purchase.
After I checked out I noticed that my $20 was not taken off Only the 25%. The checker attendant had no idea how to explain it and would just say, yes the $20 was taken off, but couldn't explain where the $20 was taken off at.
She just wanted us out of there ASAP because she didn't want to deal with it. I do a lot of business with this store (since I am a business owner) and I'm real disgusted how the employee performed on this transaction.
Store associate named Susan+
On 11/3/2020 at approximately at 630 PM, i have arrived at the West Los Angeles store located at 11854 West Olympic Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90064 to have a curbside pick-up of my order (BBB [protected]). I had already sent all of the information/curbside pick up details informing them that i had arrived at the location via email .
I had to wait 45 minutes and make 3 calls to the store to determine why is my order not been delivered. I had to get into the store ( while i had my 2 children in the car) to pick up my order.
I asked to speak with a manager and Brandon was the manager on duty. He stated that Susan ( your employee) was in charge of bringing my items to my car. She never did. No apologies either.
I want Susan your employee discipline for the lack of customer service and her inability to simply bring items to customers waiting outside. You have lost an entire family of shoppers due to Susan's inability to simply do her job.

Exchange and refund
I purchased a baby Einstein curiosity table on 10/3/20 (BBB6513215167). I received the item in 10/4/20. The item was defective. I attempted to return the item to a bed bath and beyond store on 10/5/20. I was told I can not return the item at a bed bath and beyond location. I need to go to a buy buy baby location. I was unaware the item was being sold by a BBB partner and they would not honor a return. I filed a claim to exchange the item for a new item. I received a confirmation email on 10/6 stating the exchange is being processed (BBR4001053446). I shipped the item back to BBB. BBB received the item on 10/9/20. I have not received any communication regarding the shipment of the exchange item. I call customer service on 3 occasions 10/15, 10/22, 10/27 each time o was told the item will be shipped soon and I will receive email communication in 2 - 3 days. To date I have not received any communication. On 10/27 I requested to speak to a supervisor but was not transferred so I requested a refund. I was told the refund would take 8 - 20 days. I asked to expedite the refund because it's been almost 3 weeks since I returned the item and have not received any communication. I was told my refund would be expedited and I will receive an email confirming the refund. I have received an email confirmation or a refund. I would like a full refund processed immediately.
Broken stuff no replacement
I ordered new bathroom stuff Back in July. The stuff arrived broken in the package I called immediately with pictures to show there was no bubble wrapping provided and it was thrown around. I have emails verifying that they would reship the items out to me. After 3 dam phone calls and two months of [censored] there is still no replacements this company is sorry and so is there customer service who told me that it would take 3 weeks well here it is almost 8 weeks later and where is the dam stuff I paid for. Toxic fragrance pumped into the air
On entering I was assaulted with fragrance that gave an immediate headache. I drove home with the windows open and still could not get the fragrance out of my clothes. I tried to place an order on line and needed to change it prior to finalizing it I could not change the store or delete one of the items. Finally because the order was $1.88 short they would not ship it at nc. I tried calling customer service foe store pickup and was told the wait time was more than one hour. So I tried to do a on line chat and the wait time was four hours and 30 minutes.
Why don't they just close the door?

On June 9 2020, I ordered two shower curtains at a price of $39.99 each -- total order $86.58. However, when I received my order, each shower curtain had been marked down to $15.99 each, making a difference in the purchase price of $52.05. I did request a refund of the $52.05 through PayPal and was denied a refund.
I have gone through the PayPal appeal process, but they still deny my claim for an overcharge.
To me, this is nothing more than fraud on the part of BBB. If an item is purchased at one price and then received with a marked down price, the difference should be refunded to the consumer.
As indicated in my attachment, the shower curtains were clearly marked down to a reduced price of $15.99

Order delivered to wrong address
Order for $900 of product was delivered to an old address I had deleted. Customer service refused to reship merchandise or provide an immediate refund. The delivery service (FEDEX) could not reclaim the product, and we are told that a refund could not be issued until all the merchandise is returned.
I am being penalized for a shipping error. I want the product today or the money refunded today.

I ordered a salad bowl online from bed bath and beyond on may 9, 2020. I received it on may 14. It was incredibly ugly and did not appear to be suitable for serving food (the wood was unfinished). I followed the instructions posted bed bath and beyond's website and sent it back via fedex on may 19. Tracking shows that it was received at bed, bath, and beyond's facility in lewisville, tx on may 21. Today is july 2, 2020. I have written to them 3 times, asking when I am going to receive my refund. They do not respond and I have not received my refund, even though it's been well beyond the time they say on their website that I would be contacted and receive the refund. Pretty pathetic when a big company like this is so low that they cheat people out of their refunds, which it appears is happening. I used to like this store, but no more. They have the product back and probably have resold it. I want my money.
Missing refund and no customer service available
I returned a chair that the warehouse received on June 18. After a week of no sign of refund I called. I was told the warehouse hadn't had time to verify the item due to COVID. I was told it would be another ten days. When that time passed I called again and was promised the refund would be in my account by July 18. It never came. I have called many days and the automated message says the wait times are anywhere between 30 to 90 minutes. Who is going to sit on hold for that long? I tried the online chat system and the wait time there is 60 to 90 minutes. I tried to wait for that but missed them when they finally picked up because it had been so long. So now I can't get a hold of anyone and they have had my money for six weeks and nobody will pick up a phone. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in decades. I will never give them my money again.
Two items were allegedly shipped but were lost in transit
One item was allegedly shipped on 4/21, the other on 5/3. Although I was charged for the items the tracking numbers shows that FEDEX never received the items. Waited 2 hours to finally get a representative through their chat option as I was unable to get through on the phone. Was told the items would be replaced and I would receive a confirmation within 3 business days. Still no confirmation. I will now dispute the charges with my credit company. Abysmal customer service. I have always been a loyal customer but I'm rethinking whether to order again until they get their act together.
fraudulent credit card charges
I have now had to cancel my discover and my chase visa because of fraudulent charges being made at Bed Bath and Beyond #651 in NJ. I am sure the company is aware, the card numbers are being entered manually by their employees. This is the second time the first was back in November. There is criminal activity happening in your store. At this point I won't shop at any bed bath and beyond and will tell everyone I meet that they are allowing this to continue
rebate card
I received my Rebate card for $5.00 during Christmas. I went into the number on the card to activate it. And it was activate only to find out the balance was zero. I haven't used this card, as it was still in the envelope. Where did my money go.
